The accident left her permanently disabled, dependent on a wheelchair and skilled nursing assistance. From the start, Sal was kind, empathetic, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. When we received the settlement documents, Roger had already described to me the process leading to the result, so the settlement figure was not some mysterious number.
