Shelly Kidd-thomas: Great laundry mat. Located about 1 mile from our hotel. Short walk to refuel our clothes for our 2 week trip. Cost was $3.25 for washer and 25 cents for 5 min in the dryer. Pretty reasonable for us. Busy but we were in and out in about an hour.

Anita F: This laundromat was close to our hotel, and easy to find. The attendant seemed friendly to those who needed assistance, and also made sure to sweep the floor periodically. A small load washer was less than $3 and about the same amount to dry. Washers worked well, load took less than half an hour. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs to do some laundry. I was there at noon on a weekday and it was quite busy, so on weekends and evenings there is likely a wait for the machines.

The process of washing takes 23 minutes and for drying - 33 minutes. There are a lot of people. Here you can buy different stuff for washing and drying. People here are trying to sell you something (sweets, chocolate etc)

The gentlemen who I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. Not even 8pm the next day my laundry shows up at my door perfectly folded and super clean! I was so impressed!! C. R. Huntington: My washer has been broken for about a month now (complex is being slow to repair) and my husband and I needed work clothes! We put it off at first thinking that it’d get fixed but at some point you run out of everything! I’d used a wash & fold service before, years ago, in New York, so I know the procedure. I called and asked about pickup and delivery though because my car decided to start having issues right before Covid, then I didn’t need to drive it so I’m not in any rush to fix it. THEY OFFER PICKUP AND DELIVERY (AT NO EXTRA COST)!! It was a Friday evening when I called and was told it would be picked up the next morning (Saturday). He went over their minimum pricing (I forget exactly but it was a minimum of 45 lbs, which came to about $107?) and for comforters or blankets it would be by the item, not the pound (I didn’t get that pricing as I was only having clothes done this time). At first I thought I wasn’t going to come close to 45 lbs, but I was actually just barely under that, so it wasn’t unreasonable at all. He said they weigh it when it’s done as it’s usually lighter (because less dirt)? I downloaded their app and in the profile setup you can choose detergent type, water temperature, dryer heat setting, fabric softener and/or dryer sheets. The next morning at around 9am Tony came to pick up all of our stuff. He was so friendly and professional on the phone and in person! He told me he’d be off the next day (Sunday) but that I’d get a call from another delivery person to deliver it back next day! Sunday afternoon around 3pm Tony calls and asks if I’d heard from anyone. I told him that I’d called and they said they were behind on an order but they’d still be able to deliver back to me. HE CALLED TO CHECK ON MY LAUNDRY SERVICE ON HIS DAY OFF. He said he’d call them to make sure and get back to me. About 20 minutes later Tony called back and said he was going to come by and deliver our laundry because they were so backed up he didn’t think they’d be able to get to my delivery. He was at my house with all my laundry about an hour from his first call! ALL OF THIS ON HIS DAY OFF! We had work clothes for Monday morning (next day service!) and couldn’t be happier with the quality work (the clothes were folded and packed beautifully and they’d followed my detergent instructions because my husband had no allergic reaction at all!) and the amazing customer service. I did not expect Tony to work on his day off to accommodate me, but he did anyway. Tony is definitely the head of customer retention! I’ll be back at least with my comforters and blankets (more often and with clothes as well if my washer stays broken). Thank you so much Tony for saving us from having to go work in dirty clothes or sit in a laundromat for hours in the little time we get off. Thank you to the staff members that did our laundry exactly to my preferences and folded so nicely I didn’t want to take it out of the bags!

It is amazing to be greeted by familiar faces, and their work is always of high quality. When a stain could not be treated, the staff is quick to point it out and issue a credit for a refund or to apply to the next visit. You will rarely get this level of customer service at smaller, more expensive dry cleaner operators.

Thomas DeFeo: I had been going to Lustre Cleaners on P street for over 20 years. They closed and I needed to find a new cleaner for alterations. I tried Imperial. Where have hey been all my life? I know my inseam size so I never need to be measured for alterations and the job they did was fantastic and quick. I was told they would be ready by Tuesday and I received a call the previous Friday they wee ready. I have another pair to be altered and I will head there tomorrow. Attendant was present and cleaning around which was very nice. Machines were a mix of newer and older. None took cards but a change machine was present. Plenty of siting but we were in and out after an hour.
