jaki johnson: Customer service is a real hit-or-miss. The last time I was there a young lady had her music blaring and we could barely understand each other. Also, her attitude was absolutely horrid. I mean, I am sad that someone hurt your feelings and made you upset, but I just want a chocolate protein shake with a strawberry booster. Ever since then, if I see her behind the counter, I opt to go somewhere else for a snack. Aside from all that, the drinks are really pretty darn good. Expensive, but very tasty.
Kathleen Flynn: I stop at the Juice Press in Union Station practically every work day - love the acai blueberry bowl! Since each order is hand made there is sometimes a bit of a wait, but definitely worth it. And the service is great - really friendly and they always take good care of me!
Chris K: Got pomegranate protein smoothie - almost no sweetness, super chalky, and barely tasted like fruit. Also $12 for a large which is absolutely ridiculous. Got warned by another guy about the place as we walked away too!
Shelly Puri: A great addition to the fast food scene, typically laden with overly sugary drinks and fried foods. Juice Press offers a host of well-made smoothies (can sub out sugary fruit) made with whole food ingredients, as well as (mostly raw) plant based / vegan grab and go items, perfect for the workday.
Carmen Tomas: expensive, but delicious. i had chocolate chip cookies and an iced matcha. yum yum yum. i recommend offering coconut sugar instead of honey.
Nia: Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back for another Advanced Berry Blend.
Kevin Lippert: Great products. Great service. Whoever served me on Saturday night, 10/20/18, shoukd be promoted. He is great.
Brittany Stubbs: I strongly recommend against buying the Mother Earth juice. I respect the lack of sugar. I hate the aftertaste of bitterness.

Nils Hünerfürst: I tried the Greens 3 Juice/Smoothie. Quite good nothing fancy but the best part is there is no added sugar. Get the Pressed Member thingy to gather some Reward points to earn some free stuff.

Gürhan Topal: One of the popüler palaces to have sandwiches and fresh drinks. I had Joe Club Sandwich was good but a little bit dry, a little sauce can change the taste I though.
Tra My Nguyen Thi: This is the first time I ordered juice.It was overpriced and it just taste like ice.They added a lot of ice Instead of the juice.I ordered strawberry,banana and elderly flowers.But it taste like water with a lot of ice(I though I was ordered sorbet not the juice)So my experience you guys have to read the reviews before you want to try anywhere new.I see a lot of bad comments about this place.So this is my first and last time come to this place.My suggestion you guys could go to Starbucks with price $9.33 for medium cup of juice in here then you could get 2 Starbucks cups.I think they will close this place soon because nobody want to come back.

Victor Cano: I love their juices and especially the green shield but their turkey sandwich felt a bit lackluster. The bread was too hard for my liking but still was good still. I do like the juices as I said but the price is still too much for me. I enjoyed it overall.

Austin H.: If you want lunch I suggest you do*not* go to Joe & the Juice. If you want literally only coffee or juice, then you’re safe. The food here is overpriced and generally tasteless—and pastries often stale—for what you get. For an example, see sandwich photo attached. The sandwiches, specifically, are messy and thin… usually they have a strong “burnt” taste due to the thin bread choice that overpowers whatever is in the sandwich. The smoothies aren’t great and often chunky, not blended enough, as you’ll see from other similar reviews on this page. At this point I have two alternate similar options when I want lunch at work: Cosi restaurant across the street has great take-out flatbread style sandwiches if you want those. Protein Bar across Farragut Square has great smoothies if you want those, but Protein Bar temporarily closed due to Covid so YMMV. The vibe and decor in Joe & the Juice is nice and will impress folks who’ve never been before. Just be sure to order only coffee or juice or you’ll ruin their impression.

Shelly Puri: A bit difficult to find; it’s inside the Equinox, past the lobby (you do not need to be a member of the Equinox to patron Juice Press). There’s free parking across the street. The selection is almost as robust as the cafes in New York City and the vegan selection is great. You can get pre made smoothies or, make your own with more than just standard ingredients. They have raw chocolate snacks, an assortment of other sweets and grab and go juices.
