We finally found a way to accommodate being sure we had the same custodian week to week since certain protocols, especially related to COVID, won't work on historic finishes. The owner personally steps in when needed on projects that require special attention. A great group that we're pleased to be working with.

Shelbi Svoboda: Clean Decisions has done the lawn care for our 7 unit condo building in NE for the past four years and we couldn't be happier. They offer weeding/mulching at the beginning of the season (or throughout if needed) and are open to whatever cadence is a best fit for your property. We have them come every three weeks and are never disappointed. They leave the yard + the surrounding sidewalks clean.

Unlike other janitorial providers I have worked with in the past, Sentral leadership and their direct reports are responsive and engaged. Their service level employees are dedicated to doing a good job and have pride in their work. I could not be more pleased in the decision to work with a local service provider. An example of their outstanding level of service would include their ability to adapt and modify their service upon the onset of COVID. They were a partner in creating updated procedures and were fully engaged in training their employees on all new processes.

One of them is hiring a new janitorial service. Especially for a campus of six buildings and a staff that has been onsite for many years. We made the decision to hire Sentral Services, effective January 1, 2021 and they are unbelievable. Matt Humphrey: Coverall is a poorly run middle man with no accountability. They have gone weeks without cleaning our bathroom floors and when confronted about it we were forced to wait 2 weeks AND THEN we can finally request termination of the contract in ANOTHER 4 weeks. Holding us hostage by a service agreement to which they are not meeting based on the scope of work. When speaking with Trevor, after he stopped cutting me off he said he would contact the cleaner. This is the new cleaner to replace the old company who didn't do their job either. Find another service!
Dave Verma: This company is horrible of late. I have had Coverall Service my business for many years and was pleased with their franchisee's who came to provide service. Last November, the franchisee told us he would no longer be able to clean our business because he had some serious health problems. We were understanding of this and Coverall attempted to find us another Franchisee with no success. After a month of waiting for another franchisee and no franchisee was found we informed Coverall we had no option but to terminate our relationship with them since they were unable to provide the service. I had paid them though monthly billpayments and forgot to stop paying them and by the time I figured it out, I had paid them an extra 2 months. When I requested they audit my account in January they said they would but after several weeks of not hearing from them I again reached out to them and they told me they would audit and send me my money back. Long story short I still have not received my overpayment. These guys are not honest when it comes to accounting and auditing for services rendered. I would caution anyone who deals with them to be aware of this.
Kari Pigott: I wish I had looked this business up on Google prior to signing up! I thought the over 2 years of follow-up from the representative must have meant they had a good service to back that up. I signed a contract around Feb/March 2019 and had issues after the first visit, they did not touch a room (pictured) that was included in our contract. They were in touch right away and said they would be back out to take care of things. After second visit, the room again looked filthy, baseboards dirty, basically untouched. Contacted them again, with pictures, and they were quick to respond and came out again, at which point I took these photos. Their contract stated that they have 14 days to remedy any issues. This has gone on for 2 months at this point as my first contact with issue was March 15th, 2019, and it is now May 14, 2019. It also states that they will clean up to 12 ft walls. This is a little under 6 ft in the photo. It took multiple requests to cancel my contract, and there has been no effort despite my requests to discount charges as service was never rendered per their own contract. This has been such a waste of time, and I hope that this saves someone else from wasting theirs OR helps Coverall to improve their service, because ultimately that would be a great solution!

Megan Wharton: Marcel Clarke at Colonial Commercial Cleaning is a total scam artist. My family and I own a small deck remodeling company in Annapolis, MD. He called asking for an estimate for repairing/refinishing the deck at a home he was purchasing near our office. He said that he needed the estimate to be as high as possible in order to help him make the sellers lower their price. We promised to give him a professional, thorough and truthful estimate at a cost of $125. He agreed and asked for it to be done as soon as possible. We made the trip out, photographed, measured and sent him the estimate, same day. I was able to reach him by phone one time after it was sent. He said that his 'financial department should have sent the payment already' and that he would have them do so immediately. Since then, he has dodged all of our calls and not paid a penny. Marcel, if you'd like to make this right, feel free to call.
Reid Shilling: Possibly the worst cleaning company I have ever used for commercial cleaning. They cannot get their people to show up and clean per contract, or do simple tasks such as cleaning and moping the floor. May of their employees are temps, and they even had to subcontract our the work at one point to another company who also was incapable of cleaning properly. Every day is a struggle and I constantly have to go back and clean up after them. Further, they verbally agreed to do work and then backed out on their agreement. No integrity. I strongly recommend to not use this company.
