Chris Horner: We recently worked with Peggy Golden of Golden Interiors Inc. on the design and planning of our basement level to include a new In-Law suite. She was very thorough and planned all aspects of the basement entertaining space, bedroom, bathroom and storage areas including electrical and lighting plans. She assisted us with understanding the construction process and how to keep costs down. In addition she explained multiple design choices highlighting why certain changes were beneficial to the overall design. Linda K: We began working with Peggy Golden last year reviewing design ideas and cabinetry details for remodeling our Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry. Peggy’s recommendations and selections on appliances, sink, cabinets, countertops, flooring and lighting are perfect in our newly remodeled Kitchen. Peggy stayed within our budget and delivered a stunning kitchen with modern design, comfortable timeless solutions, upgraded sink/faucet, cabinet drawer conveniences and reviewed maintenance of all selections as we made final selections. Peggy oversaw every aspect of the project including replacing the existing window with a nicer design, and installing a new deck door with us in a few design meetings and then took care of everything else with minimal disruption to our home and time. She was also incredibly responsive to making certain that the job was done to our satisfaction. When recently asked what one thing I would change now that the process is complete my answer was “Not a thing."

Edward Liverani: We contacted Golden Interiors in the middle of a remodel of our kitchen and entire first floor. We wanted help with their recommendations for furniture arrangement, fabric selections, window treatments and color selections. We quickly realized Ms. Golden possessed total interior design skills. Our Design and Build firm was long on “build” and short on “design.” She expertly developed a lighting plan, created a custom shelving unit, drew up precise specifications for our crown and case moldings, steered us to an excellent furniture retailer, selected fabrics, and helped us with tile selection for our backsplash. Ms. Golden demonstrated to us time and again a keen sense of design, of color discernment, and a depth of professional knowledge. You can most definitely rely on her judgment, as she will offer her view of the proper design/color, and always offer a full explanation for her choice. We are thrilled to have worked with her, and we credit her for salvaging our remodel.

Jill Burdick-Zupancic: We had a wonderful experience with Eric and the team at BPK. Eric reviewed pictures and measurements of our row home to see how we could make our kitchen space more functional while updating finishes. We quickly learned that we were limited with converting the space we had, but with Eric’s vision, we moved forward with moving the kitchen from a short wall to a long wall on the same floor, resulting in exactly what we wanted and a totally new look – open concept, large island, and functional cabinet space. Eric was patient and detail-oriented during the design process, making sure we went into demo knowing what to expect with the final result. Leading up to demo we decided to use BPK’s suggested construction crew; I’m so happy we did. Luis and his team were wonderful to work with. Everything was by the books (permits, no cutting corners, clear change orders) and while the project did last longer than planned, this was due to delays in appliances and materials and not due to an overfull construction schedule. This project was a significant undertaking, and I’m so thrilled with our space. From the initial visit when we described what we had in mind, everyone at Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was incredible. They took a significant amount of time to explain the process, work through the specifics of the design with us, and help us be comfortable with the investment we were making. Marissa was outstanding throughout the design process. Once we settled on the design, we worked with Eric to quickly get the contract signed and they started the work as scheduled. Eric made the contract process easy. The people that came in and did the work were professional and very competent. The workers always cleaned up the house each evening when they were finished for the day. The company also was very quick to come by and supervise the work being done. Any minor changes were quickly handled by the supervisor. When we asked them to change some outlets for us that were not specifically in the contract, they quickly agreed. We are completely satisfied with the work that Bath Plus did on our kitchen. We are looking forward to getting a couple half-baths remodeled in the future and we will only call Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel to do the work.
