Kelvin Yong: Bad staff attitude. Particularly, Danielle Edwards is the worst front desk person I have ever met. Tried to check in @3:30 and was told to wait till 4pm. Then, Danielle told me to check back in 45 min with no explanation. Luckily, I did not sit around at the lobby. My room was not ready until 645pm!! Then the same bad attitude from Danielle when I get the luggage from the storage. Other staffs were professional, but my experience was ruined by one unprofessional front desk staff.
Susan Cassidy: The staff of this hotel are kind and welcoming. They really keep an eye on things, which I appreciate. We felt like we were safe and in good hands during our stay. We found the location really terrific, the lobby and room very comfortable. I was with two other family members, and we got connecting rooms, which made the stay quite enjoyable. Love having the equipped kitchen -- many thanks for including the corkscrew!!

TASHA HARRISON: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. If you need to be near the DC convention center, this is your spot. It is a quick like 7 min walk. It is located by great restaurants AND across the street from a grocery store, which is awesome since the hotel suites have a kitchen. The price was high but compatible with others in the area. Very nice staff. Comp breakfast was sufficient; hot and cold items. The fitness center has good equipment. I would definitely recommend. Garage parking at the hotel is $49 per day. Again about the same for other hotels. So if you dont need a car, dont bring it.
Celeste Swanson: All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful...especially Shaquita! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also fantastic! The breakfast area was super clean, and they had plenty of each food item. The pullout couch was somewhat uncomfortable, but everything else was great!

María Sulbarán: We chose this hotel for our first visit to DC, and I would stay here a million times again. Since the beginning the manager Angie was wonderful and accommodating. She gave us exactly the room that we needed, and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. The room was beautiful, very nicely furnished and with a very convenient kitchen with everything we could need to cook a good meal. Breakfast was simple but just right, and the shuttle service was one of the most convenient amenities, besides the location. We were exhausted after spending all day out, and coming back to the hotel was always a pleasure. Thank you so much for being our home for 5 days, we will see you again next year!
Barbara Mele: Check in was fine, the rooms nicely laid out with a kitchen and work desk, as well as a pull out bed. Unfortunately, the fire alarm’s batteries were dying, so it kept beeping, a loud, sharp chirp. The front desk said they could put in a work ticket, but as they didn’t have any service personnel, they couldn’t do anything. What kind of hotel doesn’t have someone available to fix things overnight? I had to ask for batteries, which they then did not even bring up to the room. The batteries didn’t stop the alarm from sounding, so we had to go back downstairs and ask for a different room. Hardly a comfortable or homey experience for a family who has been out traveling all day and just wants to rest.

Leslie Jones: Once I added parking to our reservation, it was easy to check in ahead, share my digital key with my guest, and get in and out easily. But, our room, 725 was not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom vent was dirty and the carpet has a major stain. Bed was comfortable and kitchen very usable.
Krishna Putchakayala: Solid location with nearby grocery/drug store/restaurant options. Near metro, which is direct access to the National Mall and DCA. Free shuttle service which helped with luggage and may be needed for individuals with mobility issues (relatively steep uphill to first traffic light but not a major issue). Nice walkable playground and even car rental. Location made it easier to avoid traffic throughout our stay. Relatively new/clean with nice rooms and complimentary breakfast/happy hour that kept our children engaged and eating. Manager was great, stepping up to lend a hand with everything. Lobby was nice, inviting fireplace and table game.

Jason Young: I travel often for work and typically stay at Hilton for rewards points, but this place was a mistake. Location is great, but would not recommend. I stayed here for 8 days. On day 4, I put in a request for towels. It took 3 requests to the front desk before towels would show up to my room. On day 6, I finally received towels. Additionally, I requested room to be cleaned/serviced 3 times and each time I was told “we will get you on the schedule”. Housekeeping never showed up. I stayed here for 8 days and could not get clean linens, trash cans emptied, or even toilet paper. Eventually, I bought my own toilet paper as I was fed up with the service and staff ignoring my request. If you are planning to stay here for an extended amount of time, I would consider other options even though location is great.
Terence Mack: Hotel’s location is convenient, with metro stop across the street and ample restaurants within close proximity. Quality of room was very good in all aspects. I gave a 4-star rating (and not 5) because I was on business trip and in a connecting room where I could easily hear folks in adjoining room. I changed rooms midway to non-connecting room, which was much quieter (lesson learned: beware of thin walls if in connecting room). Other amenities are very good (free breakfast in large room on second floor that also represented nice sitting area with good scenic views, small but very good fitness center, and rooftop bar). Staff is also very nice, professional, and pleasant.

Melissa G: Great location. I did a day use for a business virtual online event. I enjoyed being in a different environment. Clean and quiet.
Lon Woodruff: I called the front desk early, the morning after my stay, to extend my room for one more night and the front desk confirmed. When I returned to my room that evening and used my key to enter my room, all my belongings were gone. Front desk said they had given my room to another guest. The manager would not respond by phone or text to the front desk person in charge at that time. After competing in a sporting event any being too tired to drive home, I was left trying to find another hotel for the night.

Shadow LeMere: I spent hours calling local hotels in the Fairfax, VA area to confirm pool & hot tubs listed under amenities were open. Most were not due to COVID, no lifeguard or just available for a few hours out of the day. That being said, I called here, Homewood Suites at Hilton (Fall Church) & spoke with Romay. This conversation, booking & stay was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The pool & hot tub were open at 10:00 am the morning after check in (we checked in after midnight & desperately needed some relaxation after driving cross country). The room we were looking to book was taken while Romay & I were discussing options. He was able to secure the last room available for the evening quickly & threw in a nice little perk since I couldn’t get the room I wanted. He was sweet, attentive & professional. He was friendly & made sure we were taken care of after driving for over 25 hours straight. The room was huge!!! The rooms were clean; there were two separate rooms each with their own bathroom, a full kitchenette area too (I don’t think there was a stove) & the beds were very comfortable (& I have a terrible back)! The staff was uber friendly & made check in/check out super easy and stress free. I will stay there again if I need a hotel & if family visits and the places by me aren’t up to par I will refer everyone to this location. Also, very safe neighborhood. Had a moving truck full of stuff & no one messed with it. Seriously, I don’t often leave reviews & I can’t say enough good things about this experience!!!
Web Gr8: Management Syed is excellent! He is most professional and courteous. My family appreciate him for helping with our warm stay. Mohamed was also very alert and they all work as a team to accommodate their guests (5stars). Delicious breakfast accomodations! The pool was clean. Hot tub was divine. The staff here is top notch. We will continue staying here when traveling to VA and Maryland!

Brittany E: I was traveling there for vacation and stayed on the 5th floor. I had called the front desk to have them help me get a cart to my room for luggage as I’m disabled. When I left the room and attempted to enter the elevator with the cart I guess it doesn’t have sensors… management claimed it is not updated and 20 years old. It slammed repeatedly on the cart and my arm. I have recently had a spinal fusion with 3 rods put in and it will take some time to recover. It also terrified my child. Management gave me some points on Hilton rewards for my problem and lacked accountability saying this has never been reported. If you are elderly or disabled just know they don’t have updated features to ensure your safety.
Meg A: Rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Hot breakfast was very good. And it is in a great location for visiting Washington, DC with our kids. Front desk staff was very helpful when we asked for recommendations in the area.

G McDee: I stayed here for almost two weeks. There is nearly everything you could want within walking distance. There are several shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants near the hotel. The staff was friendly. I liked the parking garage. The only negative I encountered was the cardio equipment was well used and the pool was shut down.
John Miller: Great location. 2 stars due to breakfast. No one stops the eggs, or bothers to check the serving temperature. 80% of the time eggs are cold. Stopped serving bacon for some reason. So breakfast is always eggs, and sausage sticks. Waffle maker disappeared, so no waffles.
