Daina Agee: The staff at this store was incredibly helpful & kind. I called to confirm they were open, the call was answered by a human (no voicemail or phone tree), & they told me about parking options (a garage next door or the loading zone out front). There was a mistake in my shipping address and the staff was so so nice to fix it for me over the phone and run the paperwork out to the curb. THANK YOU so much. The store is off the beaten track but well worth going to SW because the staff was so nice about everything.

Suzanne Papiewski: I go out of my way to visit this UPS store on a regular basis because they are always quick, efficient, have multiple services such as notary and passport photos, and the BEST selection of elegant and beautifully curated greeting cards that I can’t find anywhere else. A totally professional and friendly crew.
Michelle McKeever: The customer service at this store could not be better! Truly, these folks are angels. Ho LEE: had a great experience yesterday with Leslie. There was a disconnect between the return code the company shared with me and it being recognized by the UPS session. She was friendly throughout the process of figuring out the disconnect and helped me solve it in a short period of time. In addition, I have used this office twice for Amazon returns and it was ultra fast and perfect. They know how to handle returns, they tale care of packaging and labeling. You just drop the stuff and show the barcode Amazon gives you online and voilá! Very happy with UPS in my neighborhood!!!

Ivy Turkson: We’ve been living here for awhile and every time we come, there is a gentleman. named Thomas that helps us out. He is the most helpful, kind and conversational person ever. Never frowns either! I suggest coming here 3x over for customer service and supplies. Especially when Thomas is there.
Preston Bays: I went in with my wife, infant and toddler to sign piles of papers and have them notarize it. It was a long process, but Thomas was a true professional and made the process much better than it could have been otherwise. In between helping us, he assisted other customers but always made sure I was ok. Many of those customers also knew Thomas by name and we’re friendly with him, which doesn’t surprise me after my interaction with him. Shout out to his coworker Laila as well.

The clerk rudely stated that my boxes were too busy because I had crossed out name brands, etc. on the boxes per the PO guidelines. She told me I needed to go buy brown tape and cover them up. So, we decided to just go to UPS 20 minutes away. And, wow, what a difference! Larry at the Van Ness store and his co-worker gave every single person a smile and always asked, "How can I help you?" And moved mountains to do it. Thank you, Larry!!! Smiles go miles for sure. I went from being angry at the PO to happy to have met such a wonderful employee at UPS. I will be bringing all of my shipping to UPS.

Mason WU: I am hardly ever writing reviews, but I had to give WDC Apostille & Legalization Services 5 stars, if I could I would give 10! I am working in China now, and had to legalize my FBI certificate and US Diploma to obtain my work permit and visa. So I was recommended to use this Company as their legalization and visas rates were the lowest on the US documarket! They charged me for their service for package of documents for legalization – only 160US + officials fees (this rate was regardless of numbers of documents). Their service fee for visa is only 65 US on the top of the official consular fee. They do the preliminary documents review, so I fixed all documents issues before I mailed them the actual original documents! I sent them multiple emails and they responded in less than 5 minutes. They kept me informed all the time about the status of my application, completed everything very fast, so I got my work permit within one month! I would recommend this company 100%.

Chris Tynan: I had two recent experiences at this store so good I should share with others. The woman who appears to run the store has an extremely positive upbeat disposition and great high energy. She was able to manage multiple customers at one time very efficiently - all while maintaining proper social distance. She also was very helpful on my notary request - I had to come back in because my bank messed something up and she helped resolve the situation very rapidly. Highly recommend.
Kathryn Gilliland: Throughout the pandemic I’ve gone to this location to return things, print things, passport photos, etc., and it appears that there is usually only one woman working there, and she is working very hard. She bounces around and helps multiple people at one time, without showing any stress or rudeness. She’s also adept at using all of the machines and store policies. I’ve found her service friendly and efficient and I can see her being a big boss in corporate ups one day.

Cecilia Ferrara: The staff at this UPS store is very friendly and helpful! I went on a Saturday morning when it was busy and they made sure to greet and acknowledge me, letting me know they’d be with me soon. Meka was incredibly helpful and kind, providing me with free packaging for my Amazon returns (PSA: Amazon returns should be brought with their original packaging, especially larger items). I go to a lot of UPS stores for various reasons, and the staff here is always very nice and helpful which makes me want to go out of my way to come to this location.

Ras Sammiedread - DJ Morefire: Was hardly pressed and running late to get 4 photos edited and uploaded on 12 pages application and submit, then download the application and print them all within 45 munites. This lady in there was very professional and extremely helpful. Willing to do anything to make this happen. She said use your own computer to save some money and asked me to email the photos to her so she can edit them to save time whiles she was helping other customers at the same time. I am really grateful for people like you.
