Victor Albiniano: I contracted with Leo several weeks in advance for a very high profile job to detail a 45' trailer. Leo agreed to the work and I checked in several times including the day before and the day of service, all was good. Leo was to contact me when service was complete as I was out of state. No call! I tried to contact him on his personal cell phone and his business phone. He would not answer the phone. I had someone check to see if the service was complete and it was not. after several more attempts to contact him with no luck I tried from a different phone number. Magic he picked up. He offered many excuses why the service was not complete but never offered to get it done. I would not use him in the future as he is unreliable and dishonest. Jeff Lieberman: I got the Basic Detail listed on their website as $65 for a small SUV. They did a decent job for the price, but a couple of things didn’t sit well. First, I arrived at my appointment time and he told me that basically for $65 they wouldn’t do a really good job - that I should pay an extra $25 (so $90 total) for the same service and they’d do a better job and it would be much cleaner. I held fast at first at $65 but then relented and paid the $90 because I am about to have a baby and wanted to have a clean car. When I got the car back they did a fine job but the carpet didn’t look that well vacuumed and there were still some spots on the leather/fabric that I was able to scratch off with my fingernail but they hadn’t cleaned. Ultimately, I think you get what you pay for but don’t pay extra. Despite the response from Extreme Detail, my car was actually already very clean (no pets, no trash, no mud, just a few crumbs). He acknowledged that but said the Basic Detail still wouldn’t make the car clean unless I added money so they would work harder. I felt scammed.

Akhil Kathi: Overall the team does a great job with cleaning and the price is competitive. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 starts is because you have to pay for the parking as it is in the commercial shopping garage. If you get a detailing that last 4 + hours you end up paying +15 for parking and they don't validate.

Jillian Perrier: The charge was $55 for a wash & vacuum for a nissan versa. I thought that was a bit pricey, but I seriously needed my car cleaned asap. It took almost 2 hours. A few marks were left on the exterior that weren't cleaned off properly and I had to wipe off the windows & dash myself for the excess spray they used. Overall, it was an okay job, just too expensive for a basic cleaning.

I got the works (most expensive package at only $40 so I guess you get what you pay for) and came back to a MASSIVE scratch that this photo is after me attempting to buff it out with compound. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant and the workers, the attendant YELLED at me saying it was an old scratch, basically gaslit me saying it wasn’t the entire car scratched so how could just that one area be like that , and asked if I had evaluated the whole car before it was cleaned. I would have noticed this intense circle of scratches, it was not small - thumb for reference. The interior was clean enough but they left all kinds of junk everywhere else. See photos. Just wow….

Kiana Barcelona: Great quality car wash for a solid price - I get the $28 package and it includes interior vacuum and wipe down in addition to the exterior hand washing. They’ll also wash down your rubber mats. These folks are pros - they came over from Splash Car Wash after it was sold.

Micael Alemayehu: After arriving at the car wash my gut feeling told me not to use their services. But I looked at there review and it was not back so I decided to use their service. I wish I have listened to my gut feeling because it was the worst car wash that I have ever seen. They were still bug marks on my car they didn’t clean the windows thoroughly they were fingerprint marks all over my window. They just did a horrible job. I would not recommend this place at all for the amount of money they’re charging. And when I was ready to pay they did not have changed so I had to run to the gas station next to the business to get change. Worst car wash ever.

Ama White: My car was a tragic mess. I had food stains, dog hair (husky/lab), spill food, dust, etc to the point where my car smelled. As shameful as it is to admit, the point of it is to emphasize how AMAZING of a job the guys did at Inside Out. Darrell was super helpful and nice. Straightforward before I left my car with them about what add ons were necessary. The gentleman at the end who did the check out was also very professional and kind. Walked me through around the whole car and even the trunk. If i could give this company more stars, I would. They're more than worth the cost which is actually quite affordable in my opinion. Emily Gannon: Recently I was in the parking garage in the grocery store downstairs. As I drove up, I drove through an oil leak from the building and didn’t realize it. By the time I got to the exit ramp out of the garage I was slipping down the exit and lost control of my car. I then delicately re entered the garage and thankfully Inside Out Car Wash was right there. The team offered to get the oil off my tires and the gentleman in charge ran up the ramp as I went up successfully the second time. Not only were they conveniently there to help, they showed grace and compassion during a stressful time. 10/10 service!!! I would not have made it out of the garage without them.

Patrick Wilkerson: This was not the first time using Wash & Shine, but this was the first time that they did not thoroughly dry my vehicle inside and out. They actually thought it was acceptable for the price point.No way man!

Lisa M.: New management. This is now owned by the same place on Connecticut Ave, which I never liked. Considering that they no longer offer detailing here, and one of the main reasons I went here was for a detail, I was bound to be disappointed. However, in addition to this, the quality of the wash was considerably worse than before, particularly the interior cleaning but also even the exterior (they were suppose to clean my tires but left grease strokes all over, really just a terrible job and abundantly evident that the woman who was doing the job had not a clue how to do so and moreover had no interest in doing it thoroughly). The bottom line is that they now assign fewer workers per vehicle, and the amount of time spent on each vehicle is shorter than before. This unsurprisingly results in a vehicle that is not as clean. I will need to start looking elsewhere again.

Tim Shaver: The wash is fine but be warned: they charge $5 for an oversize vehicle. And they don’t warn you about it, they just add the charge to your ticket. I have a small pickup truck that’s the same size as most SUVs. Silly policy.

Sarah Andrew Wilson: I’m surprised by some of the reviews. I’ve been using Wash & Shine for at least 15 years and they’re my favorite. They’re thorough and diligent, and leave my car sparkling. Only once in 15 years have I noticed a spot that needed extra attention, and when I asked for them to take another look, they did so quickly and without complaint. Adriano S: Left the car unused for a couple of months, so it needed a good deep clean. They told me that because of the dirt that had accumulated, I had to pay for a $55 hand-wash service. When I collected the car, there was still plenty of mud and leaves at the bottom of the windscreen, and on the back window. Lots of other small areas had not been cleaned properly. Having paid $55, I expected a much more thorough service. I went back and spoke to the manager very politely, and he brushed me off saying that the car was too dirty to start, and they're busy as it was a Friday lunchtime. Ironic given that 1) the whole point of going to a car wash is when cars are dirty, and 2) i had been forced to pay for the premium service. I insisted that I wasn't happy, despite the manager rudely dismissing my original claim without having even seen the car, and they told me to get back in line and they'd see what they can do - given that the line had now grown to at least a 30 minute wait, I told them that I was very unhappy and that this was not the way to handle customer complaints. I told them that it was unfair for me to be in line again for their poor service, and they told me to then come back at 8am on Saturday, when they're less busy. I insisted, saying that is not reasonable. So they eventually came out with a group of three workers who, reluctantly and complaining throughout, making the situation extremely uncomfortable, gave a final (very poor) clean to the parts of the car that were still dirty and muddy. Poor service, terrible handling of customer feedback, and expensive. Absolutely avoid.

James Hewins: Great service and money well spend. However, the one issue I have is they don't dry cloth the wet tires before applying the tire shine. This should be standard procedures. I always ask to please cloth dry the tires prior to applying the tire shine and they do without hesitation.

The entry to the car wash is actually on Connecticut Ave, southbound, right turn into the car wash but other than that being a little cumbersome the folks did a great job! HK: Quick and easy, and boom - your car is like a newborn. Went there in the weekend and there was a long line formed around the corner which I didn’t recognize was a line. You should say the service you want before you enter the narrow passage to pay - otherwise the default is regular car wash that doesn’t include the tires and the bottom plate of the car.

Hoop w Coop (HOOPwCOOP): Definitely not a good job done. I know I have an older car but that doesn’t lesson the expectation of a cleaning job well done. Vacuum job was substandard. These photos are directly after the regular wash which includes vacuuming.

When I washed my car here, the attendant said it was not her problem .. ened up paying another $22 just to avoid dealing with these rats. Alex Mackey: The first time I went to Flagship Car Wash I was very pleased with the detailed work they provided. The was outside was thorough, and then the included interior cleaning was great. My car was spotless, and I was thrilled with the care and attention to detail for the price. Feeling this way, I went back - it was terrible. They flew through the interior cleaning before I could even pay at the register. It was as if nothing was done. Additionally, on the outside, there were clear areas that weren't properly cleaned by the wash, and they were not removed. It was disappointing that I had to go home and immediately wash my car myself.

The price is flexible since they have many services but my favorite was to buy their coupon books which allowed you to get a nice discount. Chad Tompkins: 2U Car Wash came our our home and detailed the inside and outside of our 2019 Honda CR-V. The car has been well maintained, but we had been using it a lot and it had gotten pretty dirty inside. We needed to pick up some guests and it really wasn't acceptable until it was detailed. The team came on time, asked good questions, and got to work right away. They did a great job making the car look like new both on the inside and out. Alex Covington: 2U Car Wash did an absolutely fabulous job on both of our cars, cleaning inside and out and giving me really helpful tips on the types of maintenance I might want to do on the paint (services they don't do, which proves that they were doing it to be helpful!). One of the cars they worked on had not been cleaned in 2 years and feels entirely new after their work. Both had been lovingly trashed by my toddler and baby, so this is no small feat! Will definitely use again, and encourage others to do so as well!

Go spend at least $100 (probably $200 for a job well done) and stop complaining that a simple car wash didn’t make your car look like it had just been waxed and polished. 2. This place is really solid for the price. I got the highest price wash and they did everything they said they were going to do. Ended up being about $25 (SUV $2 upcharge....which I’m fine with). The guy who was working on my tires, the inside of the car and drying was really working hard. My Jeep looked great afterwards and I let him know through his tip (please tip these guys if you’re not, they’re working their tails off through all degrees of weather). This is the car wash to go to in the area.

They did not rush my car, which made me feel better about having my car cleaned. And for that price, it is a bargain. I definitely think they deserve a 5 star and will use them exclusively from now on.

Alain Parcan: Got a quick and easy car wash Sunday afternoon. Short line, staff was quick and did a good job in spite of the hot temps outside. Definitely plan to use them again. Worth the price - not sure what people are complaining about on that end.

Brandon Smith: The car wash is very old and outdated, does not accept credit cards. The stalls are only wide and long enough for a small car. If trying to wash a truck, there isn't enough space between the walls and the side of the vehicle to use the spray wand straight on. Go prepared with a supply of quarters because the changer does not work nor do the bill readers on the individual stalls. The wash was terrible, it hardly applied wash soap on the wash setting. May be worth the time to go off base if looking to gwt a thoughrough wash of your vehicle.

Karina Evora: This was my second time using this car wash. I went earlier today for a full wash. The gentlemen who started my wash with vacumming were friendly and efficient. I asked for the works for $21. The first time I went was a few months ago and I was instructed to go into the building, but this time they asked me to wait by my car and when they finished vacuuming, I got back into the car and rode through the car wash. I checked out the vacuuming job and they did very well. At the end of the car wash I was directed to pull the car out and two other nice gentlemen started on the inside. One of the gentleman was a bit too friendly as he called me "mama" and "beautiful" multiple times. Regardless of that, I then went back inside to pay, which was a quick transaction. When I came back out my car was not being serviced anymore and the driver's door was open. I looked around and asked the friendlier gentlman working on another car if my car was ready and he said "yes mama." So the overall process took less than 10 minutes, however, after I pulled out of the wash and was by the New York Ave intersection, I noticed that they didn't even touch the dashboard. It was still dusty so I looked around other parts of the inside and it didn't seem as if they did much to the rest of the inside either. I could see streaks on the window from where they were wiped, so if it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have none they even touched the windows either. I was fairly disappointed because the experience started off so well but I ended up paying $21 plus $7 tip for a partial car wash. They might have been distracted because the customer ahead of me had apparently been missing one of her car mats but I'm still disappointed that my car wasn't serviced properly. I might go again, but I'll probably try other washes in the area first. Services: Vacuuming , Auto interior vacuuming

Ama Asamoah: This place was HORRIBLE. I had to specify areas that they didn’t vacuum about 4 times and my car was STILL dirty. After the fourth time I just had to leave. Both inside and outside was still dirty and I got the most expensive package. Mind you, my car wasn’t extremely dirty to begin with, they were just being lazy. There was dust and crumbs left all over my interior, all they do is wipe the inside with a rag of water. Save your time, energy, and money and just do it yourself instead of going here. Bill Powers: Great value for money! I've been to plenty of car washes where 15 bucks doesn't even get somebody inside your car. Here it included full interior vacuum, wipe down and even power spraying the plastic floor mats. I shall return!

Umekki Curry: I usually wash my SUV. Due to the low remp, I decided to take it to a carwash to have the dust, salt and removed. $34 later, I was very disappointed in my truck wash. Dirt was left on my SUV that could be easily seen. The top was not dried off. As a result, dirt and dried soap residue was left on top. I saw the guy raise my tailgate to wipe the water a d dirt. When I got home to do a follow-up wipe down, I found it dirty. Not sure of what the guy did. Thebplace wasn't busy and so I don't know why there was not better service. Nabil Ahmed: First I'll just say the people who actually work at this location are friendly and do a pretty good job cleaning the cars. Appreciate all the work they've done on my cars. Main reason I'm only giving three stars is that I've been coming here for several months and there's been an inconsistency between what I see on the website and what I'm told in person. I purchased an "Exclusive Pass" several months ago and have been renewing (until now) each month bringing my cars in several times. For what I believe is now a full year of having the service, I have been bringing in my two different cars without issue. For the first time today, I was told the Exclusive Pass could only cover one car. I was never informed about a policy change (it was not a policy written on their site when I first purchased my pass), nor is it still readily clear on their site (after some digging, I finally found a small section that just says '=same car=' separate from the promotional images they have. Additionally, there is no place on the site to even really see your membership, the terms associated with it, the car associated with it - nothing. It's just a PayPal automatic payment set up to some person's hotmail account.) So today on my visit, I had to pay almost the full non-pass price (they gave me a small discount after the attendant herself couldn't find the area on the site saying the pass is limited to a single car). What frustrates me about this experience is that I just renewed my pass a few days ago, and this was my first visit with the newly renewed pass. When informed about the single car policy, I was even willing to play ball and assign the car I brought in as the car covered under the pass - it's the larger of my two and I'm fine not bringing in the smaller car going forward. They would not let me change the car assigned for whatever reason and made me pay the nearly full price. The website as a whole can be misleading too - when booking an appointment, there's no way to see the "Exclusive Pass" rates so you can't pay up front, and additionally the signup process heavily implies that all services will come with free parking. That apparently is not the case for 'Exclusive Pass' members who instead only get a 33% discount on parking during very specific hours (so if you like to drop off early, you're out of luck and need to pay parking in full defeating much of the value of the pass). All in all, my main recommendation is to not purchase the pass unless you are already parking at City Center otherwise and you only have a single car you'll ever wash there. They do a decent job cleaning. I wouldn't really call it 'detailing' as they say (at least for the 'Full Detail'), but more of a pretty-good hand wash and interior wiping down/vacuuming. Probably somewhere right in the middle between a self-drive car-wash and a real detailing service that would charge a couple hundred bucks. Services: Full body wash , Auto interior vacuuming

RT V: Waste of 50$, cheaters. I did exterior wash and interior for my new car. The guy put a minor scruff and says I noticed that and asked me drop off the car for a buff service. They forgot the cloth used for cleaning inside the car. Better an automated car wash than these cheaters. Avoid these cheaters atleast at Astrazeneca location. The car wasn't even cleaned properly. EDIT 24/JUN/2022, a week after, replying to owner's response. 1) Sorry, I had couple of missed calls but no voicemails so I didn't know it was Ecocar until today when I saw this response. I didn't even want to respond until you mentioned that you already "made" a refund which I didn't get it on Cash app, as of 24 Jun 2022. 2) "Properly" is the word that I used in original review. Even the exterior wash according to your website has "Apply Shine and Spray Wax" and "Shine on Tires and Plastic moldings". 3) May be your guys are careful and efficient at other locations but not the AstraZeneca location. Sadly, I thought I could get this cleaning done every 3 weeks when I come to work. So, you lost a probable repeat customer, at least 50$+ a month! Also, hopefully you will avoid this scratch and fix gig to make extra $$$ and try earning repeat customers instead by being honest and trustworthy. Services: Full body wash , Auto interior vacuuming

Michael Jordan: Series of Unfortunate Events I just picked up my Jeep from Eco Car Wash and I'll talk about my experience and then quality of service at the end. When I dropped my vehicle off a nice, soft, and short spoken guy did my check in at 8:30A and told me he would text me when they were finished. I barely glimpsed at my reservation info in the system, but he did not prompt for further validation, and it looked correct from my glimpse. Around 11:30A I called, since I had not received a text, and I was told a text was sent an hour ago, the text was never received on my end and I received texts from everyone else during this time period. I ended up paying $44.99 for the wash and an additional $14.00 for parking, so $58.99 for a full detail job for a standard SUV, which isn't obscene, but I would not have gone there if I knew this was the final cost. After asking the car wash staff, he told me about the parking charge discount, which I'm not sure why I had to ask since it should have been quite obvious I was going to be driving my vehicle out. The parking attendant was really nice and tried to assist when I at first thought I lost my ticket. The parking attendant supervisor came down to assist and ended up being a surly dbag, could have done without his presence. All in all I think the wash was good, right now. I will mention I went from garage to garage at home so I may have a different perspective when I see my Jeep outside of garage lighting. I did notice my all weather cargo mat was put back in upside down, but clean and upside down lol, just the little details I notice when getting my Jeep "detailed". Backseat had a scuff mark I wiped off myself, but neither of those things would give me reason not to visit again or give a lower rating. I reluctantly gave 5 stars, because of the garage experience and texting situation.If and when I return I will prompt them to verify my info and call them 45 mins after drop off. Looking at reviews it seems like there is an issue with the parking garage fees and charge communication, but I didn't have the heart to deduct a star from my rating, but I think it needs to be addressed. I can see this becoming a class action lawsuit issue in conflict with DC laws on price advertising and final cost, it gives the impression of double dipping and hidden costs. Service: Auto detailing

Amanda Dennis: A little strange to pull into the City Center parking garage and the cleaning service was just this sweet of a few spaces right next to the ticket both, but not did they earn it! They hurt a kennel of clean in less than two hours that absolutely would have taken me 6+! Our car seats were covered in over a couple weeks of dog hair after it had taken me hours to vacuum it all out prior with a shop vac a couple months ago. I didn't see any when I picked the car up! It smelled great. Everything shined. It was everything we hoped. Thanks guys!

I showed some of them, but the cleaning lady still didn’t clean them properly. The interior had very strong smell of the chemicals. The seats were greasy from some cleaning agent. Paul Oliva: I chose the interior and exterior wash "full detail" package for my medium-sized SUV, and booked it online. The appointment slot was one hour, and the car was ready just a few minutes past the hour with a well- and carefully-completed cleaning of all surfaces. Because of the cleaning system used, the car emerges completely dry, and the area is not wet. The staff is courteous, and they were able to direct me to the bathrooms which are in an elevator lobby several dozen yards away and without signs. The service is in the parking garage of the City Center mall. A significant downside is that you must pay an additional $9 to cover the time in the parking garage, and that is the validated discount rate after paying for the wash. There is no place to wait, so you either have to go upstairs to the outdoor mall (there is a cafe and a couple of restaurants open, but many places are closed due to COVID) or you must stand in the parking area. There is also no way to request specific services. For instance, I would like to have just a basic wax job, and to have a glossy tire dressing. Unfortunately, no underbody wash service is available, either, something that concerns me with the amount of salt on the roads. I'll return, because the wash is well-done and it is the most convenient place at a reasonable price. But I hope to find a more traditional full-service car wash soon that does not have a parking fee, is faster, and has more a la carte services.

Such a great service since I could continue working while my car was being cleaned. The car was in terrible shape, lots of stains and pet dander and they literally brought it back to life! This was no small job, and they did it with a level of care found only in reputable businesses that truly care about what they do. They really treated it like it was their own car. My mind is blown away by what a difference this auto detailing job made. Words can’t express how thankful I am. They really got me out of a sticky situation. Left a message for Greg and he was the first to get back to me (within an hour or so) and was able to fit me on Tuesday morning. He was about an hour late but he took me short notice so not a big deal. Very professional and took care of me for a reasonable cost. Picked up my car and returned it within 2 hours for a full interior detail including steem and washed the outside and wheels as well. Definitely recommend. And as I’m about to say “ok, can you tell me about your detailing services” he literally hung up. So rude, will never be getting my business with an attitude like that. Shame because it’s so close to me

Alex Koller: Had a wonderful experience. I scheduled the appointment for a Saturday thinking I would drop my car off and not have it for the day. However Greg called me and offered to complete the detail 5 days earlier after work. I was confused until he explained that he offers a valet service. He came to my house, took my car to a garage to clean and brought it back completely detailed an hour and a half later. It was awesome! I did not have to be without my car during the work day, I was able to run an errand while waiting, and received text updates along the way. I would totally recommend this service to anyone. Prices are very fair for the quality and the time saving.

Beth Kroman: Greg is a hero. First he gave our car a great clean. The valet service was very convenient and allowed us to go about our day while he gave regular updates via text. We had a bunch of pet hair inside and rat feces under the hood. When the car was returned it was like new. Then, we realized we actually had a dead rat wedged between the engine and another part and Greg went the extra 100miles removing the dead animal piece by piece. We can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond

Selene Brunner: Almost seemed too good to be true but I just got my car back and I'm very happy! I've never had a car detailed before but my car was full of dog hair and crumbs. Tried to clean it myself and couldn't get it all out from between the cracks. Now it's spotless! Eco Klean is literally cheaper faster and easier than any of the places I was looking. I got everything I wanted done for $50 less and I never had to leave my house which was amazing. They had it done in an hour and a half! Will definitely use again.
