Shop Made in DC: what do users think?

Mark P: This place was great! The people who worked here were really helpful, they called their other place on the wharf to hold my fiance's In Power Women Empower Women crewneck sweater b/c they were out. Really went above and beyond.

Austin Graff: Shop Made in DC is a collection of stores across Washington, D.C. selling products from artisans and business owners from across the DMV. There are four locations (Dupont Circle, District Wharf, Mt. Vernon and this location in Georgetown). Each shop is set up in one room with stands of all types of products. They sell posters, greeting cards, clothes, jewelry, baby toys, chocolate, coffee, really anything. Each stand has cards telling the story of the DC artisan that created the products. It's a great spot to buy goods (and DC souvenirs) that give back to the local economy. The shops also host a number of classes from painting to block printing.

Ashraf Abdelghany, MD: It’s a very nice to shop a lot good stuff made in DC!

erica Thompson: I think the store has good intentions to support local businesses/artists. However as a native Washingtonian I think it's a shame that this is yet another place where we are not represented. All the "local" vendors in the store are DC area transplants and not actual born and raised residents of our community. I even saw a vendor who has only been in the area for a year yet she has been represented in your shop. All though DC has now become the transplant capital of the world native Washingtonians are still here. We are not unicorns of the community as we are made out to be. There are so many of us here who are talented artists and business people and I find it funny that a store called Shop Made In DC doesn't have any items from residents Made In DC. Please take this as constructive criticism as I think this store has all the potential in the world especially in a place like Georgetown where we recieve so many tourists. You have the opportunity to support actual local businesses and communities/families. Thank you.

Sarah Slack: Cute little store in the Georgetown neighborhood. You’ll find some unique items made by local artists in DC. I bought a tank top that says The District. There’s everything from clothes, to soaps, to greeting cards.

Stephen Kostyo: Great place to get local gifts and support DC businesses. The staff are always very nice and create a pleasant atmosphere to browse

Melinda Madden: Like the title says, everything is made in DC. I reccomend coming here for DC related gifts that are unique and not tacky! Slight warning that the jewelry they carry is very pricey.

Kyle Durant: Fun little shop with lots of creative items to buy. We bought a print to commemorate the cicadas.

Leda Black: This collection of locally made stuff is so colorful and quirky and smart. THIS is the place to come for original art about DC's mascot: The Notorious RBG.

Colin Bill: Awesome shop with lots of cool products from local DC artists. Found a few great holiday gifts!

U.S. Park Police Headquarters: what do users think?

Jason Steitler: As the 2020 protest settlement didn't include an apology for police conduct, the agency has yet to retrieve its honor from that day.

Karl H: Okay these police "dudes" are tasked with crowd control at a tourist place. They do have to be ready for the worst case scenarios. They look like the gestapo in many cases. Some were okay, made eye contact and so forth. Others seemed a bit aloof. Had one officer who didn't like the way I parked, got angry when I asked for information on correcting the issue yelling at me "ROLL". Being a smart-ass I retorted back, "Excuse me, didn't you mean have a nice day". He got really irritated, got out his car, and tried to intimidate me by threatening to cite me. When I responded with "Dude, I'm just trying to figure out how to get out of here." he got really pissed. "In the first place, I'm not dude, I'm officer and went on with his attempt at intimidation. The conversation went further south so to say. Fortunately his supervisor was there, interceded and calmed things down. So this officer got all control freak in his behavior over ~a parking issue~. He wasn't concerned over anyone being harmed, drugs being transported, or anything remotely criminal in nature. He was to exhibit that he was in absolute control over *patrons* at a museum area over a parking issue. I found the situation to be simply ridiculous. To the officer I would suggest he try to remember a single day at work in which a patron didn't make some mistake that didn't conflict with some rule. Is it appropriate to treat any of them with indignation and anger. Or is there perhaps a better option for handling these situations that occur every single day of your career at the National Mall?

Ann Best: I'm a Retired DC Police Officer and I know that these Police here have big issues with their positions. They don't have any respect for other Police officers n other jurisdiction. They need to learn how to talk to people. They need to learn How to Community Policing. They're pure Asswholes. Wait until one of them come to aid u and you'll see the true colors of these Asswholes. Black r worse than the White ones. There's a lot of them that can't come to certain locations in DC because they have been sued or the Judge has given them a stay away from certain places because of their Not knowing how to talk to people. 😇 Talk about what u have experienced, not just give them good ratings and u haven't seen them in action. God bless the people who have to be in their company. It's not gonna be a good experience. 👮🏾‍♀️👮🏾‍♂️👩🏿‍✈️👨🏾‍✈️👥👥

Uncle Shep: They look sharp and are sharp. Those that gave bad reviews could not pass the entry tests. Thank you for putting your life on the line for us.

The World Bank Inspection Panel: what do users think?

Kevin Jung: Amazing place to visit. Awesome place to work.

A. Thomas Grunley: As I have never been inside of The World Bank, I’m familiar with the building and simply posting my review on the architecture of the building itself, which I personally find to be very nice. It is unique but fits the landscape perfectly. It’s a building worth going out of your way to see if you are in Washington DC specifically to tour the architecture of the city.

David Wachira: Notable fixture in not only DC, but around the globe as well. Should you happen to visit, be sure to stop by the amazing Cafeteria for a copious array of global foods. The gift shop is also worth a visit.

Sesan Ayeni: Always a delight to get into these grounds where you will literally experience what multilateralism means within the scope of globalism. A clearing house of global financial issues, growth and development, climate, political economy and social environment of business. Uncovering great ideas of where the next growth drivers will come from, role of the private sectors, operations of governments and the civil society organizations.

Meena Raj: You can see diverse culture and different kind of people . Get good exposure .But the people work here has the knowledge of stone age. They never aware of any new process , new methodologies. You never learn anything there . Your knowledge will diminish.

Jacob: Stunning buildings, with a pleasant reception. An extremely accommodating bank with a humbling purpose in this world. The cafeteria is excellent and the presentations there are well planned.

Austin Graff: The World Bank is a beautiful building on the inside. If you walk by it, it may not strike your interest, but go inside and you'll see a mini city built of glass with trees in the lobby. The basement is a cafeteria feeding the many international workers here. It's close to Founding Farmers and the White House.

N B: I love this place they have excellent restaurant for any taste and occasions. The people are lovely and friendly. VISIT here ad soon as possible. The architecture is also admirable!

Erin Knight: Had a chance to do some consulting work here a few years ago. The employees are wonderful and the building is full of everything you need to get the job done including a full service cafeteria with food options from around the world.

Akshat Vishal: It is a great place to attend talks, discussions, and performance by the world leaders and artists. The world cafetaria at the lower level provides some great world cusine (Sushi, Indian, SE Asian, Salads, African and Mexican.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: I believe this is the best hospital in Washington DC Compare with other hospitals. Unfortunately waiting time is so much here cannot explain. This location needs major renovation more facilities for patients and staff.
Response: Thank you for your review, Chaturbhuj. We're happy to hear that you have had positive experiences with us. We value your feedback and will share it with our leadership team so that we can make improvements in the future. Thank you for choosing us for your care. We wish you the best!

Hannah: Was flown into the emergency department after a major hemorrhage, post-tonsillectomy that left me unable to stop throwing up large amounts blood. The ER team got me straight into a room, explained everything they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable. My primary ER nurse, Raquel, was incredibly helpful. In less than 10 minutes after my arrival the resident ENT, Dr. Randolph, came to exam me and was very kind and had excellent bedside manner. He collaborated on my treatment plan with my surgeon and communicated everything to me and my mom. After a few hours I was admitted to the hospital in my own room. They allowed my mom to stay the night with me since I am under 26 years old. My nurse, Mary Kate, was incredible. She made sure me and my mom were comfortable, that I wasn’t in too much pain, and was very very sweet! The next morning Dr. Randolph came back to discharge me. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member I encountered there was great - which is very meaningful considering I was in such rough shape. Great medical team. Wait times were a bit long at times, but as to be expected in a hospital.
Response: Hannah, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so glad that we could be here for you when you needed us, especially during what must have been a very frightening situation. We will surely share your kind words with our team. Thank you for your trust and for choosing us for your care. We hope you are doing better and wish you the best!

Johniece Robinson: Don’t let these people lie to you this by far the worst hospital ever! Back in the day it was okay but I don’t know what happened over the years. I’ve watched my sister have the worst labor and delivery. The doctors was unprofessional they even had students practice on the patients. They barely clean, sanitize my sisters room, if it’s supposed to be COVID why nobody not doing they’re job! I was so irritated and annoyed for my sister. She came in the hospital Great left out with a fever. The nurses will get irritated if we ask them a question, they will take along time to respond to us if we call for them it was just too much I felt so bad. Hopefully in the future they will have better doctors and more professional nurses. I will go more into details but I’m not! Just hope In the future things will be so much better and more professional
Response: Johniece, thank you for your review and feedback. We are very sorry for your sister's experience with us. We take your concerns very seriously and would like to reach out to you or her as soon as we can for more information. Please fill out our secure online patient feedback form so that we can reach out as soon as possible: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you soon and will do everything we can to help.

Julio Argueta: It was the worst experience in a hospital, my daughter was on surgery for 6 hours, and no one come to me and let me know how was everything, not even after the surgery, in other cases I saw doctors come and tell there family how was everything and that everything went well. But not in my case and not even the receptionist could tell us anything not even where she was. Until 10 hours later when my daughter called me and send me a picture of the board information that she can verily see. That was the only way that I could see her. They ask her if she wants to see a minister, she told them that she wanted to see me because her father was a minister but they didn’t let me in, she stay overnight and now I am her outside waiting until 11:00 they won’t let me in until visit hours, even when she ask for me. Her father. We are used to have a better treatment. Georgetown is the best hospital. For sure….
Response: Julio, we understand that having a loved one in the hospital can be difficult and emotional. We're very sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your family's experience. We'd like to reach out to you as soon as we can to see if there's anything we can do to help and support you. If you're willing, please send us your contact information by filling out our secure online patient feedback form: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you soon and will do everything we can to help.

joy adona: My sister was a patient at this hospital just recently. She had chest pain and fainted while working. She was brought to the emergency room department and had the worst experience since. The nurse who took care of her yelled at her when she was asking for something, she could not move at all and needed assistance getting what she needed. She was not treated with respect, her privacy was violated. She was in pain and did not receive anything to manage it. Her calls were ignored. It is hard enough to be in pain more so being treated rudely while dealing with it. The nurses’ priority should be the provision of safe and quality patient care. My sister just experienced the opposite.
Response: Joy, thank you for sharing your review. We are very sorry for your sister's experience with us. We take your concerns seriously and would very much like to speak with her regarding these issues. Please ask her to fill out our secure online patient feedback form so that we can contact her as soon as we can: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with her soon and will do everything we can to help.

Greer Dog Adventures: The front desk and security are horrible. No compassion, no empathy, unhelpful, and always have an attitude. They will give you different information policy than the doctors and nurses, and it is not always correct. If you can get past that, the other staff is gracious, kind, compassionate, and helpful. Mask mandate in effect. Normal visiting hours vary from 11a-6p to 2p-7p. Only one person PER DAY. Palliative care visiting hours are 24/7 under order of provider. Two people are allowed at a time, and they can switch with other documented visitors.
Response: Thank you for your review and feedback. While we're happy to hear that you had a positive experience with some of our team members, it's very disappointing to hear that this was not the case throughout your visit. We'd like to reach out to you for more information regarding your concerns. If you're willing, please fill out our secure online patient feedback form: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you soon and will do everything we can to help.

Naya -Monet: April front desk at suite 108 for pregnant women had a really nasty attitude talked to me any kind of way no greeting busy speaking to co-workers while speaking to me must be really miserable. She definitely needs more training on people/communication skills if you don’t like your job don’t work there simple. In the hallway while I was waiting for feedback I even overheard other patients complaining about her attitude which sucks. She needs to learn the basics of patient care fire her or have her get more training .
Response: Naya, thank you for your review. We're very sorry for your experience and would like to reach out to you for more information as soon as we can. We expect all members of our team to treat our patients with the highest levels of kindness and professionalism. If you're willing, please fill out our secure online patient feedback form: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you soon.

Jade Dawson: I had a very good labor and delivery experience here via c section, as I could not labor naturally with my midwife as planned for several reasons. I labored naturally here until 7cm and I’m so glad all I had to do was pace my breathing. They took wonderful care of me, knew how and when to manage my pain before I realized it myself. The low stress of this resulted in a calm trust when it came to the c section. Will come again for the next baby!

D Brace: If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. I arrived to this hospital because TRICARE referred me. I waited 2 hours in the ER and when I asked about seeing a physician I was rudely spoken to and told it would take 10 hours before someone could come out and speak to me about the results of a CT scan. If you are active duty military and need treatment at the ER, do NOT go to this sorry excuse of a hospital. I was sure to make a complaint. Absolutely disgusting to treat our servicemen like this! I wouldn't wish this place on an enemy. The nurses talk to you in a very degrading way and are very unprofessional towards people who need information or just have questions.
Response: Thank you for your review and feedback. We're very sorry for your experience when you came to us for emergency care. We have shared your comments with our emergency department leaders, but would like to reach out to you for more information so that we can take the best corrective action. Please send us your contact information by filling out our secure online patient feedback form: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you soon.

Monserrate Caballero (Mons): Horrible Facility. My daughter arrived and needed emergency services. She waited 8 hours. Never to be seen. She went back for 3 days in a row. When they finally ran test, they didn't run all the tests needed. I only gave one star because it's needed to write a review. She also got hung up on by an incompetent employee who doesn't understand insurance.
Response: Thank you for your review and feedback. We're very sorry for your daughter's experience and would like to follow up with the both of you for more information and see if there is anything we can do to help. If you’re willing, please fill out our secure online patient feedback form: http://bit.ly/mshpff. We hope to speak with you both soon.

Park Hyatt Washington D.C.: what do users think?

Patrick Hill: Excellent all around. First off, the location is perfect, tucked away from K Street and close to Rock Creek making it more of a quiet location relative to other parts of the city. The building, lobby etc all look very new, clean and crisp. The room itself was large, modern and had a very comfortable bed. We had one of the Junior Suite with the half bath. It was a great deal using Hyatt Points and paying $100 for the upgrade over a standard room. Enjoyed arriving to fresh cookies as well from the staff. Very nice touch. My one gripe with many Hyatt properties is the pocket door for main bathrooms however the pocket door at the Park Hyatt was substantial and allowed for more privacy. We had both dinner and breakfast room service and both meals were fantastic, delivered on time and well worth the price. I assume everything was cooked from Blue Duck Tavern which has rave reviews. I did not have the opportunity to check out the pool or fitness center, but can only imagine those facilities are top notch. Finally the staff were all friendly and polite. The service like that matters. I look forward to returning again soon.
Response: Greetings Patrick Hill, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our hotel; we appreciate that! We are very happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay with us and we can't wait to welcome you back again very soon. Best Regards, Donna

Chris Turner: This was our first time staying at the Park Hyatt and it was a wonderful experience. The moment we arrived, the bellhop Jorge, gave us a warm welcome and helped us unload our luggage and four young kids. When we checked in, our room did not have a great view so they upgraded us to the Georgetown Suite and it was phenomenal! The room was gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. The room service was delicious, especially the breakfast. When we were ready to check out, Jorge once again warmly greeted us and helped us bring our luggage down and load it into our car. I know it can be hard to work on Christmas, but the staff were cheerful and warm. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in DC.
Response: Chris Turner, We are delighted to hear that your stay met all of your expectations. We will make sure that we let Jorge know that you gave him a rave review as well. We hope to see you again in the near future! Tonia

Doug Gwilliam: My flights got changed which gave me an extra night in DC and I already had another (Grand) Hyatt booked, so I only needed one additional night. Park Hyatt was available at a good rate, so I decided to book the one night. I got an email from the general manager about a week ahead of time asking for any additional needs or items I might need. Upon checking, which was very late due to delayed flights, the front desk staff was so professional and happy to see me and help me with anything. As a Globalist, I was told my room had been upgraded, which was a very nice gesture. Upon arriving to my room, it was so nice and roomy. I had a personalized note from the manager and some chocolates. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time and the huge rain shower in the huge bathroom was so relaxing. Overall, the stay was fantastic and I wish I would have booked more nights at the Park, as my experience my other (Grand) for the remaining 4 nights of my trip, was not as nice.
Response: Dear Doug Gwilliam, Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience. We are delighted to hear our staff were so professional and friendly. We truly appreciate your loyalty as one of our Globalist and we are glad we could show our gratitude by upgrading your room. It is excellent to hear the bed was most comfortable and the rain shower relaxing. We are overjoyed you had a fantastic stay with us and we hope to welcome you back the next time you are in DC! Warmest regards, Tonya

Mariya K: Good hotel but I expected more from a five star hotel. The front desk staff was friendly except one black man he was a bit rude. Also they should clean their carpet in the front as the first impression when you walk in leaves a feeling of a dirty place. I stayed in a suit and it was nice and had everything you need. The only thing they need to change armchairs as those have old school shrunk covers. I decided to make a reservation for a dinner at the Blue Duck tavern which was recommended by the front desk and I was told they had a Michelin star. I’ve been to Michelin stars restaurants before so I had some high expectations. But the restaurant disappointed me a little bit. First there was a little confusion where the host station was. When I walk in there’s a bar in the front and I told I had a reservation and a barman told I could seat anywhere the I walked further and saw a hostess. I was by myself and they had plenty of empty tables. It was an hour and a half before they close. But they decided to seat me in a totally empty area which I didn’t like even though I asked to seat at the different area which had empty tables. The hostess asked a waiter but he refused. I ordered a cocktail and after sipping I noticed the glass was all dirty which is unacceptable in any restaurant but especially at the restaurant with a Michelin star. The food was tasty. When I received a check I expected they would take that cocktail out of the bill or offer me a discount which they didn’t. So I left with a bitter aftertaste. No wonder why they didn’t receive a star from Michelin for the past years. The service leaves much to be desired.
Response: Hello Kalashnik, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate all the feedback we can get about our guests' experiences. Please allow me to apologize for the less than perfect Hyatt experience. Your feedback has been shared with our entire management team, and we will evaluate ways to improve our operation. Again we appreciate your concerns and we will consider your comments while making changes. Thank you for choosing Hyatt. Best, Anisa

Vivian Cheng: Great hotel. Got a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Good lighting in the room too. It was clean and well-maintained. Not a lot of street noise, which is always a bonus. Amenities are nice. Shower pressure is low, but the shower is spacious. Note: Blue Duck Tavern is worth a visit. Also, hotel is about 7 minutes from the Foggy Bottom metro stop.
Response: Greetings Vivian Cheng, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and giving us a 5 star rating. We really appreciate that. Very sorry to hear about the water pressure in the shower. this information has been communicated to our team to be addressed. I would agree that the Blue Duck Tavern is worth a visit. We can't wait to welcome you back to the Park Hyatt Washington D.C very soon. Best Regards, Donna

Frederick E Stidam Jr: Great customer service from the manager Mr.Cho ,the valet team, house keeping, and front desk staff. 👏 . Any and everyone we interacted with with was friendly and professional. The room clean spacious and comfortable. This location perfect for access to great dining and fun dining.
Response: Hello There Frederick, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent stay. We are overjoyed that our staff at the hotel provided great customer service, we appreciate your kind comments. We are glad to hear we met cleanliness and comfort expectations. We hope to be able to welcome you back soon! Kind Regards, Anisa

Peter Luu: I stayed here March 5th - March 7th, 2022. The front desk was very helpful, with the door attendants proactively asking if I needed help with luggage. Service felt personal - I had emailed with the hotel prior to arriving and asked for recommendations and they provided a list of things to do, plus accommodated my requests for some small toiletries in the room. The room itself and decor of the hotel was luxurious and felt comfortable. The Park Hyatt branding, "Luxury is Personal", felt well-delivered here. I also ate at the attached restaurant, Blue Duck Tavern, and had some of the best duck and desserts of my life. While the location is not situated downtown, it is still relatively easy to get to places and makes a great vacation. Out of the many hotels I've stayed at, the incredible level of care to detail has not been matched by any other hotel. I highly recommend it for a positive experience.
Response: Hello Peter Luu, Thank you so much for sharing your stay experience with us. We really appreciate it. We are glad that your stay met your expectations and that you felt our personal service during your time here. Thank you for your patronage and we hope to see you again soon. Tonia

Sek Eun John Lee: My wife, our 20-month-old son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Park Hyatt Washington DC. Staff members were welcoming and professional. Our suite was widely-spaced and gave our family much-needed privacy. Food via room service from Blue Duck Tavern was delicious. Location of the hotel was amazing given its proximity to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. We will definitely stay here again.
Response: Hello Sek Eun John Lee, Thank you for providing your feedback on your recent stay. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us here at the Park Hyatt Washington D.C. We are glad you enjoyed your room and the food we had to offer. We hope to welcome you back soon again! Kind Regards, Anisa

Adam Wilton: This was my first stay at a Park Hyatt property and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had an amazing stay and it is now one of my favorite hotels/brands. The service is excellent with the front desk staff being super friendly and professional - some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very nice and clean with high end amenities and finishes. Since I booked through AMEX’s FHR program, I received a $100 property credit which I was able to use for room service at the Blue Duck Tavern which had excellent food - truly some of the best food I’ve ever had. Unfortunately there is only valet parking available so I just parked at a George Washington University parking ramp which was much cheaper, but the hotel is actually quite reasonably priced and rivaled some much more expensive 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, the Park Hyatt brand shocked me on how nice it is, and I intend to visit more properties in the portfolio when I travel.
Response: Dear Adam Wilton, We are thrilled to be the first Park Hyatt you have stayed with! It is fantastic to hear you had an amazing stay and is now one of your favorite hotels/brand. We are pleased our service was excellent and the front desk staff were super friendly and professional. We are overjoyed that it was some of the best service you have ever experienced! It is wonderful your room was very nice and clean and you enjoyed our Blue Duck Tavern. We are ecstatic it is some of the best food you have ever had! Thank you for the insight on parking and on pricing. We are truly honored you will be visiting more Park Hyatts and will look forward to your next visit with us! Warmest regards, Tonya

Harlen Smith: It is late June 2022 and this hotel is pretending it is June 2020. Except that they are charging 2022 prices while providing 2020 deep covid level services. Tgd staff are great, but there’s no real room service, no minibar, no spa, the pool is closed. The only food available on site is from the Michelin starred restaurant downstairs, which is only open for a few brief windows per day. Breakfast is normal, but lunch and dinner are over wrought and over rich. Not something you can eat multiple days in a row. I paid $800/night to stay in a mid sized suite with my 5 year old. We pay that kind of money because we want access to good food in our room while traveling. Park Hyatt DC did not deliver on that. It’s also about a decade past due for a renovation, but I would have been fine with that if they weren’t pulling a covid service con. Do not stay here until they get their ish together. Even then, management of this hotel has proven that their judgement cannot be trusted. So maybe just don’t ever stay here.
Response: Dear Harlen Smith, Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us . We appreciate the insight on our guest rooms and our food options, as we recover from the impacts of Covid -19. We value your feedback to make improvements. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to have the chance to provide a better experience in the future. Aneshia

Washington Navy Yard: what do users think?

Mohammad Islam: Wonderful, amazing, so nice. I like to go there for everyday morning walk. Good coffe shop is there and some brands shop.

Michael Jeffries: If there was a way to take a tour, it either stopped because of 9/11 or the pandemic. The place was secured and only authorized personnel only. Not upset, but would have liked to know before going in that direction. Using Google Maps got me thinking I could get inside the gate.

G: Everyone was so friendly here. It was a short visit, but it’s a beautiful base & didn’t meet one person who was unwelcoming.

Chairman Aaron donaldson el: Theirs a variety of great food places and hotels near the navy yard

Beverly Goldstein: Nice banqueting facilities. You can get catering or bring your own and bring your own intertainment.

Naty Makoy: I love it so much, almost for every occasion I take my loved ones there, hope you will love it too. Please travel safe, follow the CDC guidelines.

Gg Tt: Great place to work! Glad I took the job here. There is a shuttle from L'enfant Plaza and great for a lunchtime walk. Zumba on Thursday afternoons is super fun!!!

Brian Wilson: Program managers, engineers and some pretty decent history.

Lisa Sloan: Wonderful place for an event. Not sure about the catering policy, but if I pay for food, ALL of it is mine - including leftovers, for me or my guests', to pack and take.

D N: Good luck waiting to hear back when interview with Navy SSP. Interviewed with Tina but never heard back.

USPTO: what do users think?

Orlando G.: This building is amazing and a great reflection of the USPTO generally. It is always clean and seasonally decorated. (for example, a LARGE and beautiful Christmas tree was on display during the holidays. I miss it.). Security is always present. The prominent United States of America flag inside and colorful lighting effects outside give it a nice extra touch, too.

MOHAMMED ABDUL FASI: Wonderful place to explore and look for historical inventions filed in the USPTO. This is a huge facility with various departments place in different areas. They also have In-house patent search facility on EAST database (Used by the patent examiners) which can be accessed once getting the required approvals.

Ronda Bernstein: Nice museum on the first floor that is open to the public as well as a Lego™ model of the original Patent and Trademark Office Building in DC.

Obi Onyeador (thenewmalcolm): Still doing everything with paper and pencil. Absolutely horrid place to work IT

Pakeezha: It was a nice experience seeing the building and exploring but trying to get stuff done was a pain. No one knows where things are located. Security is SLOW. And the receptionists answer you with one word....

Ranga Rutiser Sundar: I got to say, no one issues patents like these guys. I've tried several off-brand patent issuers, but that only got me in trouble, and no one seemed to believe my off-brand patents were patented. These guys are the real deal, and people seem to respect patents from here, but you probably shouldn't wait there the whole time. It can take a few months, you know? They have a museum, too!

Dimitrios Ntentia: Customer service was unacceptable. They spoke to me with an aggressive tone and did not assist with my problem.

Фикалис: Hello, I was harassed by your employee, as far as I know his name is "Sergei"

RanCindiee- Hwfl: TODAY WAS TRULY A NEW GOOD DAY!!!I have been putting off for sometime making the call that I know i had to make to finally get the ball rolling after doing so and speaking to RICHARD I CAN KICK MYSELF FOR NOT DOING SO SOONER....THANK YOU GOD FOR ALLOWING ME TO BE CONNECTED TO RICHARD.

St. Alban's Episcopal Church: what do users think?

Anton Vanterpool: Beautiful worship space. Good music and preaching.

Joseph Barroll: What a wonderful and friendly clergy. This Sunny Summer Sunday the church group was extremely friendly with me as a visitor and expressed their condolences to my loss of a family member. Took me back to reflections of boarding school in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Response: Joseph! We truly appreciate your feedback. You'll always be welcomed with open arms here at St. Alban's.

Ashraf Abdelghany, MD: It’s a wonderful church. We had Christmas launch there today! The people are very nice and friendly!

Austin Graff: St Alban's Church is the original church on the National Cathedral's property. It's much smaller than the National Cathedral, but the sanctuary is beautiful and the stain glass windows just as amazing. If you need a quieter place to pray/visit, go here!

Robert Scarola: Wonderful pastoral team! They successfully speak to the gender and cultural uniqueness of a large American city.

elizabeth nanton: St Albans thrift shop, was very promising.

Jennifer Lee: It is a welcoming place for Seniors and it has a good thrift shop.

Morgan Vincenzi: I attended an NA meeting there. Very friendly and welcoming homegroup

Christopher Ward: Great place to meet good people.

Richard Winfield Lewis: Episcopal Church. All welcome. Beautiful.

Veterans Health Administration: what do users think?

JC Elizondo: I have 1130+ days downrange- registered in the system for service connected etc. Yet if 2yrs goes by; you have to present a dd214 n ss card 6 6 forms but its on the VA card you show when you walk in💀🙉 if you make $1 more per hour than minimum wage from mcdonalds: you make tooo much for Va healthcare; to the actors that get paid 6 figures yearly with your 4 day weekends twice a month; getting paid $600prediem a day Going on stages and online and patting your civilian backs' selling snake oil to America on camera about improving the Comical and Malpractice infested system. There are wonderful!! People in the system. Except the Top

cookie Pirolli: They take care of my husband but always being told how many other patients she’s taking care of. Got denied 2 times for Caregivers pay.You come to my house and dress your veteran.

Lance: Veterans affairs would rather save money by veteran suicide than expand research into the benefits of medical cannabis in relation to ptsd. Cannabis saved this veterans life, while the VA ignored our cries for help.

Chris Roseberry: So I have recently retired and received my VA rating so yesterday I called so I could set appointments and start being seen. The individual I spoke with when using then number above was great, helped me change a few things, ensured I was in the system correctly and then explained which clinic I would go to. Then once I was transferred to the Belvoir VA clinic I get a voice mail and asked to leave a message every time I called. Not the way I wanted to start my VA experience!!!!

Michaela Rehm: The VA is the worst agency I have ever come across. I had to fight with the VA for over two years to receive an apportionment for my 2 children. Once that was finally in place and they turned 18 the funds went to them. They are to receive as long as they are in school. Well here we are again, 1 child changed from a community college to a 4 year school so we submitted a request for school attendance on an existing claim. So according to the records they received it July 12, 2016 and have been trying to get a status update since then. I was just told today that they should complete the claim by August 2017. Are you kidding me? She turns 23 next month so the benefit stops anyways. How hare is it to change the name of a school in the computer system? Over a year? What exactly are they doing? Oh the claim was also upgraded to financial hardship so it moves through the system quicker, really 13 months is quicker? When you call the "customer service" line all you get is what they read off of a script. This place is a joke. I truly believe because we have been calling and checking on status and keeping up on things that the file has been flagged not to move along. This is not the first time we had to change schools and it took less than a month. I have contacted my Senator and just might have to go to the media next to expose how bad the VA really is. Shameful!!!!

Brian Dunlap: When I moved to North Carolina for 30 days I tried to call to transfer health my health care from Philadelphia Pennsylvania to North Carolina. I physically had to drive 350 miles round trip to physically in roll a my health care. I waited 3 months to get a primary care Doctor. My primary care physician put in we farolles for a cardiologist a vascular doctor a dermatologist and a ENT Doctor. I m still waiting that has been 5 months now and 2 weeks ago I ended up in the hospital from a HEART ATTACK. Do not rely on VA Health Care cause I believe there job is to KILL US OFF INSTEAD OF HELPING US.

Alice bu: The VA functions as a large insurance company that wants to deny its clients support. Its not disorganization, its structured funds being held from the vets and given to the top. The best of us treated like insurance claims. My theory was that it was an agency that was just too big to be organized. That's not why it's not helping vets. It's a ponzi scheme on the inside, the systems they poured copious funds into are sensitive not disorganized. This is a design. The higher ups in this agency have the best insurance money can buy and golden parachutes, they make over 6 figures, disgusting place. I'm ashamed of them.

John Gray: The VA is among the most incompetent agencies in the entire federal government. I tried using VA Choice so I wouldn't have to travel ninety miles to the nearest VA hospital. Well, the first provider I tried to see kept me waiting for a half hour beyond my scheduled appointment. I walked out in disgust. I called VA Choice and informed them of the problem and told them to find me another provider. Received a call back that day, saying that the next nearest provider was thirty miles away. I agreed to see that provider, the appointment was set for today. I went to the Doctor's office and was told they had no copy of my authorization and I had never received one(should have known something was fishy). The Doctor's receptionist tried calling VA Choice. After fifteen minutes of waiting, they couldn't get through. I tried myself for another 20 minutes, couldn't get through. Went home and tried calling again, this time I got through fairly quickly and was told the had no record of my appointment. Typical bureaucratic nonsense and incompetence! Would give them negative one stars if I was allowed to.

Reta Bates: My son Richard Dean Fowler is a disabled Veteran and he has not been assigned a new primary care Doctor for the last 5 months because the offices in Monett Missouri have been closed and he has been waiting all this time for someone to assign him a Doctor. He had to travel all the way to Arkansas to get help for an infected ear. The Doctor there that treated him couldn't speak English and almost gave him medication that would have killed him because he is allergic to it. The Doctor couldn't be bothered to read his medical history. My son takes all kinds of medication and needs to see a Doctor regularly. He should not be treated this way for serving his country.

shirley mayes: My husband has bladder cancer and has a followup appointment on Monday April 23. 2018 and thanks to the Veterans Administration his veterans choice program was not approved on time because the veterans in Huntsville Alabama cancelled his appointment to see his regular physician so he could get approved for the VC program again. So, now, guess what, he is out in the cold. He served 22 years to get treated like some animal. His cancer has to be checked every 6 months to see if he has to start chemo again to keep it confined to his bladder so it doesn't spread through his body. So-if they keep on all the news channels all across the U.S. will hear about it.

Land Rover Bethesda: what do users think?

val egb: To be very honest, the new management is doing a really great job now compared to the former. I love them and the service they offer right now is absolutely on point and I would recommend Land Rover Bethesda all day long. From the front desk folks to the service adviser etc everyone is awesome I must confess…
Response: Hi, our Staff is dedicated to providing all our guests with outstanding customer service and quality work you can trust! If you need more help, our team is available to talk -- safe travels!

Susan Walters-Ice: David did a great job making sure we spent less time at the dealership filling out paperwork and more time enjoying our new Subaru Crosstrek. He was amazing to work with and followed up promptly with any questions before, during and after the purchase. Thank you David for helping us find the exact car in the exact color we wanted! - Susan
Response: Hello Susan, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership! As one of our valued customers, we want to sincerely thank you for your business and we hope to see you here again down the road!

Demetria: The service team was absolutely amazing. They kept me smiling the entire time they worked on my car (absolutely hilarious bunch!). I’m super satisfied with the service provided.
Response: Hello Demetria, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership! Don't hesitate to call us if you ever need anything. Be safe on the road!

Carole Green: I had a very positive experience dealing with Land Rover Bethesda. Charles Ellis is especially gracious and helpful. I would recommend this business to friends and family.
Response: Hi Carole, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Land Rover Bethesda! We appreciate your recommendation of Land Rover Bethesda and we hope to be of service again in the future.

Jeannette S. Riddick: Cheryl Stewart and the new manager George were right on point my last visit. I am not surprised! Everytime I visit I am greeted by warm smile and encouraging words from Ms. Stewart. She is always so helpful and pleasant. I have been dealing with Landover Rover in Bethesda for a while now and the service is excellent. I reach out to Charlie Holman and things start to happen. Every salesperson or customer service person should have the spirit that these individuals have: My hats go off to you Ms. Cheryl!!
Response: Hi Jeannette, thank you for your positive review. We're happy to have been of service to you. We're always here to provide exceptional service at a great value -- we hope you'll consider us again in the future!

Jack Cullen: The team that I worked with at the Auto Nation Range Rover dealership was extremely professional and very straightforward. The GM is also a wonderful person and he even arranged for transportation home for me.
Response: Hello, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!

Michael Smith: facility was dated, limited personel, great comm during service and updates, quick service while I waited (2 hours in and out for oil change and tire rotation), thorough check in. Just felt it was expensive for the service I was doing, and dated facility. Nothing negative happened, friendly folks, and prompt.
Response: Hi, it is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!

ALBERT ARTIS JR: Mr Earnest gave me excellent customer service. My experience was great and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to the dealership
Response: Hi Albert, thank you for your positive review. We're happy to have been of service to you. We appreciate your recommendation of Land Rover Bethesda and we hope to be of service again in the future.

Natalie Morales: I leased my first luxury vehicle from Jaguar Bethesda 3 years ago. The salesperson Sherry Wood was superb! She found me the perfect vehicle. I loved it so much that at the end of my lease, I upgraded and special ordered a vehicle to purchase. When it arrived at Bethedsda, Ken in Finance recognized me immediately from 3 years prior. He must see thousands of people each year. But cares enough to try to remember each one. Incidently, one of the features for my new vehicle was overlooked during the build. Cheryl Stewart from the Customer Relations took the worry away, made me smile and laugh - as she usually does, and coordinated a resolution to complete within the next four months. Then, I received a call from Michael Castlenberg the next day confirming what Cheryl had discussed with me. I can't imagine working with another dealership - EVER! This place feels like home. They genuinely care about the customer, and have earned my business and positive referrals without question.
Response: Hi Natalie, we are pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with us. Feel free to stop by if you ever need any more help.

Oliver Robinson: It took me a while, days in fact to schedule an appointment for my car to get serviced. I called several days in a row, left messages, and no one returned my call. Eventually someone did but I was about to leave the next day to be out of town for two weeks. When I returned, I was able to get someone on the phone. I made an appointment for last Friday with Daniel. He said I should ask for him when I come in for a 9:00 drop off. After pulling into the service bay, i was instructed to see my service rep. I was told he'd be with me in a few minutes. However, after waiting for 40 + minutes, I asked the receptionist where was my service person. She immediately went looking for him and said I now should see someone else. I was directed to Kamal's office. He was prompt and was able to get me a ride home because the service would take about 2.5 hours. Not sure if there was a mix up but my experience wasn't the most organized or smooth. Let's hope my next experience is better.
Response: Hello, we appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. We hope to see you soon!

Sam T: For some reason, Google keeps pushing my review out. Perhaps in cahoots with the organization. Not the best place to work or visit. Great for scientists turned politicians. Woke and CYA culture predominates. Best place for administrators who make as much as non-medical scientists of the same age with much lower qualifications. Pay scale compressed as with any Federal (socialist) organization. Promotion and nurturing opportunities great for women scientists. Animal abuse in the name of science merely to address some rare disease which affects like 20 people in the US and may have already seen its day. Mostly repeat of what may have been already published.

Michael McGinity: The NIH is great place but access is restricted. If you are coming for the first time as a trial participant or patient, don't be too intimidated by the security or the scale of the place. Everyone is very helpful and always seem to understand our initial bewilderment.

Lisa Fues: Such kind, caring, and smart people. I'm fortunate to be in their care for a rare cancer.

Kevin Gouge: Great place to go no complaints from me!!

Shirley Arias: Been to MD thought of taking a tour but they really need to really do more studies on humans than animals, I'm not a monkey or a dog and I'd rather know testing was done on a human that a defenseless animal. Specially when control measures are so high that it doesn't account for human variables. Just antiquated research.

Blanca Cruz: Outstanding attention. People from others countries came to NIH to get medical attention.I have been there for years and I am really happy. One of the best entities that the United States has.

Frank Bachman: Professional. Organized. Prompt. Knowledgeble. Kind. Compassionate. Thorough. I could go on and on about Dr. Kreitman's team...great ongoing experience.

rick lowe: Kind,helpful,efficient..hopeful!!!! Impressive operation. We are at ease,
