Brian Loggins: Found this place in a moment of desperation. Anyone knocking CVS is either insane or just a hater. The staff and environment is chill and inviting. If they don’t have it they can/will most likely order it. I’ve been in 3 times since finding it and it’s the same “cheers” vibe every time. Keep up the good work all and stand up as proud successful business operators/owners. YOU are the life blood of this country.
Jack Zhong: The purchase is quick and easy. Staff is chilled and knowledgeable. I actually get 1 bottle that cost 2/3 of the regular price because its on discount. They also have house made juice, probably gonna try next time. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I’m Unable to come through as often as I’d like these days however, These guys not only got me to quit smoking, but have always given me the best customer service I could ask for .. and more. Anonie Mouse: If you need vape supplies, this should be your only stop in DC. I went for years while I lived in the city, and they always had the best prices, and the most expertise of anywhere i went. For me, it came down to whether I wanted to watch a 30 min YouTube video, or just ask the people at Capitol Vape Supply - not once did they not know the answer to any question I had. I love these guys, and still go in every time I am back in the city.

Vet Rebuild: While I wish I could say that I’ve been to the location, I can’t. I’ve called numerous times to see if they are actually open with Covid and not once do they answer the phone. Also, a company that doesn’t have a proper voicemail system to call customers back doesn’t sound much at all like a legitimate operation. They might be great if you’re actually able to get inside but if you don’t care enough about prospective clients, there’s not much else to say.

If you ever feel overwhelmed with the selection, the staff is super knowledgeable about everything in stock and they always help you find exactly what you’re looking for. On top of that some of the best prices in ADMO without compromising quality. 10/10 would recommend.

Emory O'Dell: I recently stopped smoking cigarettes and was looking for an alternative that wasn’t a patch. However the idea of visiting a smoke shop was very intimidating for me - I didn’t even know the proper terminology for what it was I was looking for. The staff made me feel like I was in good hands and that there were still good “highs”’to be had after cigs, the manager presented me with a range of flavors that I think fit a flavor profile for clientele of a more seasoned smoker - I’m no longer in my early 20s and my flavor preferences are beginning to show that. Feeling at ease and knowing there’s quality behind a store not just that they’re trendy is a huge deal when venturing to something already uncomfortable.

I’m not as much as a frequent flyer anymore due to a location move. But I will always, ALWAYS come to them first for my needs/requests. The staff goes above and beyond to help every single customer they come across to make sure it’s a 5-Star experience. Anything they have, I can promise you, it is LEGIT. This team has helped me be able to heal by after a huge family loss, their recommendations are more than informative and professional. The rapport they build with each customer is amazing and it makes every experience personal. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to visit this shop if they are looking for decent customer service. how about a “hey how are you doing?” or a “hello. how can we help you”. don’t make it seem like when a customer walks in. you’re doing me a favor by acknowledging me. they say first impressions leave a lasting mark. and i know i will NEVER visit this place again. and they say support small businesses. pshhhh i’ll drive 30 minutes out of my way than to ever visit this place again. don’t waste your time.
Tactical Solutions Agency: They never have what they say they have. Almost every time I go there there’s a reason why they’re not open. I’ve heard plenty of rumors of Foul play happening in lit city. All this week they have been closed for remodeling but yet I have not seen any contractors and or employees etc. walk in and or out of that shop. I’m also not sure why it’s cash only what are you doing That you can’t use a credit card and or debit card. They have horrible customer service. I believe they think you owe them a favor by you coming to their store. Majority of the time they run out of simple product mid day and cannot reproduce the product(s) until the next day. They have a tendency to close early. Hell you would think they would act differenly due to them having a company just like them next-door. To be honest that’s where I now shop now.

heather fitzgerald: I learn something new every time I enter this store!! My boyfriend broke a sentimental piece and was referred to this store by a friend to have them fix it. The team at Pure Virtue took care of my boyfriend and had his glass reworked and back in his hands within the week. The store is close to my house, so he suggested I check it out. Previously, my experience with glass shops was a dimly-lit space with a limited selection and a staff that, while friendly, was clearly commission-focused. At Pure-Virtue, the environment is professional AND inviting. They have a great selection—hundreds if not thousands of pieces to look at. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider the service. The whole staff is amazing. Between my boyfriend, myself, and our mutual friend (each of us have been more than 5x), we always have a great time here. Jeff is especially great because he will educate you about the glasses, the gadgets, and the best ways to smoke (tailored to you)! As someone who loves science and loves to learn, I feel that Jeff has a lot of knowledge to share. Definitely ask for Jeff. Jeff will take good care of you!!

But I bought something with an imperfection recently , (didn’t use it yet) they were nice enough to do a exchange for the same price or more but not a refund or even a partial refund so that I could buy something that was a few dollars less instead. Kinda disappointing I couldn’t get a partial refund so that I could exchange for something a few dollars less that really fits my needs, instead forced to pay a little extra for something larger and more inconvenient. I am grateful they took any sort of exchange though. Clean and presentable place.

None Of Your Buisness: The green room has flower that’s just as good and they are cheaper and they open at 10am every day not noon 3 days out of the week and they open on time. Also stay away from their edibles they are all cbd I gave them 3 chances on their edibles and nothing all 3 times. Do not I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money here when there are better places to go to.
june skye: Been here several times and the service is normally good, but the customer service from my visit last week changed my mind about going back. Drove 40 minutes to DC for this location. Couldn’t get any service because all 4 staff members were sitting on the steps at the entrance. One store rep said they were actually opened but they were all taking a break and to come back in 10 minutes. I did not wait an additional 10 minutes and left instead.
Julia Dietrich: I have yet to have a single bad experience here. The staff is chill and super friendly, the product is consistently good (tip… spring for one of the pre-packaged 8ths), I never wait long in line, and the environment inside makes you feel welcome. I’ve been to all three locations and they’re all just great. The girls at the 9th street location are particularly nice- it’s become one of my favorite parts of the week to come in and chat with them!! Also, these guys get their cartridges shipped in from California, and they are always always good.

zoe miller: Been here 2 times with my boyfriend and the last time was great , the product was good, and straight weight wise, but this time when we got home and weighed it (which we always do) it was 27 g’s and we paid 320$ for an ounce. along with getting a 90$ cart that tastes terrible and is not worth 90$, not even worth 35$. there are tons of dispos in dc , go to a different one, we will be.
Kathryn Brosnihan: Came down from nyc with my boyfriend, kinda weird place where they’re selling the same brand of fake carts that are at bodegas here, sooo avoid the carts - felt like I was dying after buying one of the brands they have once!! Edibles were pretty good, but hey - not an avoid smoker despite my medical license, so my tolerance isn’t really all that high. Dude at the desk was a bit uptight wouldn’t let my boyfriend use the bathroom haha, girl in the back was chill but knew nothing about the products. Good variety though so,all in all not bad, but I’ve def been to a lot of better dispensaries.
Rachel Anderson: $75 for a fake cart that tastes like dirt. Don’t support this establishment. Garbage & a rip off. On the other hand if you like mids, fake products filled with who knows what, and arrogant customer service…. Still don’t go here. 1 star is too much.
Justin Wallace: I have been shopping in DC for a while now mostly used delivery services this is my first time going into a walk-in dispensary. It was overpriced and garbage, go to cloud 9. Looked amazing, smoked horrible like mid. It was an eighth of lavender sherbet off of their exotic shelf for 80 smh. I would rather get something for 35 outta my hometown.

Kristin Wheeler: Great experience. Traveling in town and was able to purchase no hassle with my Ohio Med Card. It was pouring down rain and I was completely lost. I called for directions and the receptionist literally walked me thru the commute! The entire staff, from sales to reception are friendly, informative and very welcoming. Good selection as well!
