Scott Tellefson: Our relationship with Blushark has been nothing but positive. After working with several website and SEO companies who had little or no knowledge of the inner workings of personal injury law firms, we were lucky enough to find them in a seminar we attended in Florida. They immediately went to work redesigning our useless website and then quickly kicked in with their SEO expertise. Within a few months, we noticed a huge uptick in Google and other browser results! Needless to say, we are usually number one in organic searches in one of Denver metro area, and we have had an exponential increase of leads and cases closed that are directly attributable to BluShark!
Belle: Worst experience! especially with the customer support. They have a 30 day policy which I understand. I called before those 30 days for a refund and to unsubscribe. I got the refund but was not aware that my subscription was still active. I called customer service again and they didn’t want to refund due to policy. But I had already called to unsubscribe. According to him there was no record even though I did receive the refund the first time. Liked the service sadly the customer service was not nice.

As a print vendor, I never have to worry about their artwork files having any issues with them, which makes the process easy and smooth! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your design/branding needs!
(TH)XM: The short version if you are quickly scanning – They are: - Excellent at listening to what you need and delivering quickly and effectively. - Extremely professional while having great personalities. - Comprised of creative designers and developers. - Black-owned with a staff of color The version you should read: I contacted a few Black-owned marketing companies in December 2021. Either some responded unprofessionally, slowly, or felt my project was too early-stage for their services. Elxel Creative Agency, however, followed up quickly after I submitted my inquiry. We scheduled our call, and immediately I knew Sammy would superintend with strong perceptiveness. It was refreshing to talk to someone who validated my vision and intentions and spoke frankly about what needed to be done. He is very skilled with the sandwich method for feedback and brainstorming. He accredits with "Good," hits you with "However…" and moves to "Great! Now, this is our next step." I love that style because it makes the project less overwhelming. We started in January and ended in May of this year. Each month he laid out a plan on what would be done to reach my final goal. I started out with an awful logo and website I made. What was odd in the most amazing way is that they figured out my style by our third/fourth meeting. Sammy, Brittany, Richard, and the rest of the team were close to spot on when presenting the first drafts of my logo and website. This is a sentiment to the scrupulous attention to my requests and style. I appreciate how Sammy, Brittany, Richard, and the rest of the team took extra steps to address my (sometimes annoying) requests. They were never irritated towards me, which was generous. I have a beautiful logo and website that Brittany and the team took time to develop by the end. I also gained new skills from Sammy on ways to expand and showcase my company. Looking at their competitors, their retainer agreements are better than what similar constructed companies are offering. With Excel, you get family-like service that makes you feel safe in trusting their work. This may look like a paid review, but I promise it isn’t. Working with them is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Elxel is outstanding. As my company grows, there is no doubt I will continue working with Elxel.
Jermaine Williams: So I did not have brand and marketing in my budget. I was just looking for a logo. After speaking with the Agency they made a good argument of why I needed much more than a logo. After hearing about the pricing, which was reasonable, but something that I just didn’t budget for, so I really did not have the money for it. After going through the process and receiving my BRAND from Elxel I realized that this was the most crucial pieces of my business. This company gave me the answers to so many crucial questions and helped me make my vision and company tangible. Ashley Ferguson: My website LOOKS good but getting it to function correctly has been a huge pain. The company is only available through written communication so explaining the problem over the phone is not possible. My main goals when choosing elevation were to allow the community we serve to be able to sign up through our website and for event registration to go through our website. We were told we would save money using Wordpress rather than Wix, but now I am told I MUST pay for PayPal Pro and WooCommerce or the website they have built for me will not work. I am beyond frustrated and have been working with them for about 2 years. If you are a small nonprofit and want your website to be anything more than a basic cute web page, skip Elevation Web.

All payment providers charge a processing fee, and Wix Payments is no different (some additionally charge transaction fees, which Wix does not, but PayPal and WooCommerce have lower total fees).
