US Resources, Inc.: what do users think?

Adam Melton: US Resources have bee our off-site technical support company for decades. Through all those years they have maintained a superior level of support in all aspects of our business handlings with them. They always work in a professional manor and offer great quality of work. I am the IT Administrator for my company which is a small to medium sized agency. Our IT department is only myself and one other individual. Over the years whenever a major tech problem arose US Resources was always quick to step in and help get us back on track as quickly as possible. Knowing that US Resources is behind us providing any extra support that may come up helps me sleep better at night!

Jayraj Shethji: Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueOSI provides tech support to my organization. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Gwenn Morse: OSI Beyond always gets back to me immediately to resolve any issue I have. Essex is a top-notch employee and is an asset to the team!

Patricia Haney: I had a simple, but time sensitive, need which arose somewhat late in the afternoon. OSI got back to me very quickly, with simple instructions on how to resolve my issue. I was able to then move forward and complete my work well before the day was over. Really appreciated their responsiveness!

Progressive Office Cabling: what do users think?

Kevin Barrett: I have engaged Progressive Office Cabling on a number of projects on behalf of my Clients in the DC area. Stu has always been professional and very responsive to my requests for project quotes and has always been able to meet some of my somewhat tight project schedules. The Team deployed has always done excellent work to exacting detail and unlike some cabling contractors they have always left the work area cleaner than they found it! I would not hesitate to call on them again for any of my data cabling needs anywhere in the District!

Diane L. Harvey: Very reliable and accommodating company. We have had to install cabling twice on very short notice and Progressive was kind enough to accommodate us. I would also like to add that Progressive Office Cabling staff are professional, knowledgeable and they clean up after themselves. You will not be disappointed.

new lew: Both the dispatcher and technician were great about making us aware of arrival time. Once onsite, the technician made sure he understood what we needed repaired. We collaborated on an appropriate solution. Even when it started raining, the technician took his time and provided professional service. He secured all loose cables and sealed holes in the wall to keep water out. We would use this company again and recommend to others.

Tim Johnson: Progressive Office Cabling completed a low voltage install at a hospitality project for us. They were easy to work with throughout the process of quoting, scheduling and installation.

Cameron Anderson: Our company was in the process of transitioning to a new office location and we were in need of a low-voltage contractor for voice and data wiring. The problem was that were working with a very tight window and needed the job to start yesterday! In the search for a contractor within the DMV area, we ran across Progressive Cabling and began the discussion with Stu K who was very helpful and responsive. After comparing proposals from a variety of contractors, we made the decision to go with Progressive not only due to cost, but because the team had a great understanding of our needs. Two technicians, Chris & Dave, arrived onsite days following the agreement and they were able to quickly get our new location fully wired up within the provide timeline. We were able to pass our inspection with flying colors which affirmed the quality of their work. Rather than finding a separate contractor for our audio & video needs, we proposed the designed mock-ups to Progressive. As a second phase of the project, the team was able to complete the wiring for HDMI, coax, speakers as well as the mounting of TVs and projectors for multiple rooms. As any other project, there have been unforeseen situations thrown into the mix, but the Progressive Cabling team was always able to adapt in a professional manor and help us with finding a solution. I will continue to recommend them to any businesses or homeowners who need a cabling contractor!

Aaron Valdez: I hired Progressive to do the wiring and sound installation at our Maserati auto dealership. Stu was very fast to respond with a quote and came in very competitively. When most companies took weeks or months to get me a quote, Progressive had my proposal same-day. What response time! At the job, the on-site, Marlon, was a true professional. I had to manage the project while living on the other side of the United States so having constant communication with Marlon was critical. He always kept me in the loop and got clarification on certain issues to ensure it was done correctly the first time. I could not have been happier with his install response and execution. Thanks again for a successful cabling project!

Ilonka Oszvald: Progressive made a complicated office move so much easier! Stu and Chris were extremely responsive and helpful--from the initial walk-through while our suite was under construction, to all the questions and coordination with our IT team, they were super helpful and kept me apprised of the process. Chris really went the extra mile (our suite had terra cotta ceilings, and the line had not been run from the basement in the building) and he dealt with all the complications and got things done so that our office was up and running when we needed to be. Great job!

Kathleen Marks: Progressive Office did a magnificent job in helping us wire our new office space. Our previous cabling contractor cancelled at the last minute and we were in a serious bind, needing the job completed within a couple days in order to maintain our move-in date. Progressive Office not only did a site visit within 24 hours, they worked all day and through the night on a Saturday to get the job done. And everything was done in a clean, professional manner, not to mention that our ethernet drops were labeled much more clearly than our current office space which was wired by a different company. Thank you, Progressive Office! We will definitely be using you from now on!

Carlos Alcazar: Progressive did an excellent job in a timely, responsive, and professional manner. Stu Kushner was always available to answer questions. His crew was knowledgeable and efficient in getting the work done on time. I highly recommend working with them.

Network for Good: what do users think?

J. Michael Cline: I’ve had really great support this far. I really love the software. I’d love to eliminate the processing fees on the donation transactions. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

Orrin W: Great company with an even greater mission! Used their services to donate to many nonprofits like the coalition for healthy school food in NY.

Becky Cross: If i could give 0 stars i would. We are a non-profit dog rescue and had a fundraiser on 9/9/19 and raised close to $13,000. Check was supposedly mailed and when i checked, they said that it had cleared so they would reissue another one. That was in December and after being told 3 times over the past few months that check has been issued, after 7 months we still do not have one, even though correspondence 2 weeks ago said they would send express mail. In the meantime, we have gotten several much smaller checks from them. BE VERY CAREFUL because they will hold your money and continue to make excuses

Anne Alston: If i could give them a zero star I would. Takes 3 months or longer to get your donation from Network for Good; especially when its from Facebook or other methods. Not sure why. Also one of the checks were lost and it never made it to me. I emailed them and they claimed to have sent it but it never arrived. I will no longer use their services for my nonprofit organization.

Mary Dudzinski: network for good is a great company with such a great mission! they help so much with our fundraising goals

Deborah Whitcraft: Network for Good is a disgrace; charging almost 4% in fees is outrageous. Waiting over 2 months to receive donations made through a facebook fundraiser is ridiculous! Steer clear of Network for Good!!!!!!

Grace Kerr: Such a great company! They have a great mission and I love working with them they have helped so much

Micro Center: what do users think?

Joseph Pietroluongo: Micro center has everything. I had never been to one before but if you are doing anything gaming they have pretty much everything. Feels a bit like a used car dealership inside however. The staff always approached me which is engaging but I just wanted to browse and didn’t want to be sold anything. It is probably more helpful for people who don’t have any idea about computer components, but it felt very off putting to me.

Devon Janes: Came here a few weeks ago to pick up a gaming laptop. I found the one I wanted online, gave them the SKU number, and had a quick and easy checkout. It probably would have been easier if I had reserved it online for pickup since they seem to have a good process for that. The store is well stocked and well staffed and should be the first place you visit when looking for electronics.

rareflowersinatomb: I was looking at gaming laptops and found some great deals at MicroCenter, and a good price on the exact model that I was most looking at. Store is a bit out of the way for me but not much of a selection at other stores nearby unless you want to WAY overpay at Best Buy...and hope it never fails since their support is trash. Only way to get a better deal would be to toss the dice with an Amazon listing, and even then could only have shaved off about $100, which would be gone if you ever had to ship your computer off for service. -Large store with a lot of stock, and they keep it clean and organized -Staff has been friendly and helpful -Very competitive pricing

Fronzy 101: This computer superstore has everything from building complex circuitry projects to building high-end custom PCS, workstations and everything into between. They also have a apple section and a home theater section with very knowledgeable staff. I use the micro center CC card that gives me an extra 5% off as well as better pricing with rebates.

Stoonookw: Bought a bunch of hard drives and misc stuff. The customer service here is absolutely next level!!! Thanks Christopher F for you superb knowledge

Konverse Sketch: I was given a used piece taped all over and when the box was opened at home, expectedly, there were some shredded pieces stuck on the back of the device. My order clearly specifies that the condition of the piece is NEW.

KTD Creative: what do users think?

Brittany Barber-Alexander: KTD Creative is a awesome company. Kate and her team are so easy and fun to work with. She takes her time to listen and really learn about your company and provides excellent high quality designs for business logos, and overall rebanding. I have enjoyed each phase of my rebranding working with Kate and look forward to my full relauch coming soon. I highly recommend using KTD Creative for all your design needs.

Ronald Hughes: Pound for pound, KTD Creative is 2nd to none. Their creativity and versatility allows their clients to really bring their visions alive. Personally, KTD allowed me to believe in myself and my personal training business. My logo, the communication, the ability to take my imagination and elevate it! I’m extremely blessed to have met KTD Creations!

vtdanceorg: What a wonderful experience I had working with the team of KTD Creative. My previous website was well overdue for an overhaul and update. I contracted the services of KTD Creative and am extremely pleased with the results. First of all, I was very impressed with the efficiency and attention to details to the job. They understood my deep intention of work and really elevated this intention in the beautiful design. Communication throughout the process was easy and followed the stated timeline. My website is now even more reflective of the current times of the technical capabilities and industry standards. I highly recommend KTD Creative for your web and creative products designs.

Jennifer Lynn McHugh: Working with KTD has proved to be a fantastic decision! Kate and her team are very professional, easy-going, and receptive. We hired KTD Creative for 3 of our companies annual events- very different in clientele and scope, from a lobby day, to legal representatives, to executives, and they are have been amazing through each one with initiative concepts for each. They really listened to what we were looking for and have been timely with all deliveries. It has been a pleasure working with Kate and team- they make it easy and their final product is always first class. Would highly recommend KTD Creative!

Greg Lehne: I wanted to make a catalog of my African Art, but I had never done a publication before. KTD Creative managed the entire project, and it was wonderful. Kate Tallent was very efficient and creative, taking what could have been a mundane booklet of photos of works of art with a caption on each page and making it into an exciting and stunning catalog. She was easy to work with, brilliant in her plan of the design project, and efficiently completed everything at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend KTD Creative!

Stephen Clapp: We were delighted to work with KTD! KTD Creative designed 3 items for our non-profit org: A program logo, a single shopper/key card, and a program postcard. Kate and her team are wonderful to work with. They provided excellent designs and was very open to dialogue so that small adjustments could be made to fit our needs prior to printing. The process was smooth and KTD Creative was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend KTD Creative! Thanks!

Andrea Jacobs: Working with KTD to design and launch the website for our consulting practice Rally Point for Collaborative Change was a great experience. As project director, Kate brought her years of experience and the skills of the KTD team to task of developing the kind of site that best fit our business model. When we had to put the project on hold for a number of months, they were very understanding and supportive. It was truly a collaborative process. KTD listened to our needs and ideas which they incorporated into the design. We definitely recommend KTD for website design.

Arcadia: what do users think?

Khalil Hodge: My account was just drafted $331…my actually electric bill is $126 and this “solar farm” charged $204. I’ve tried calling and no one ever answers. Not only this but my first month my electric company charged me $177 then Arcadia charged me $177 a week later…wth is wrong with this company. They’re very nice when they knock on your door and explain the program…but good luck trying to get a hold of them. Guess I’ll have to wait til Monday to try and call again.

IT Professional: Obnoxious and unprofessional solicitor from Arcadia entered our community, which clearly prohibits solicitors by posting a very conspicuous sign at the entrance. Upon politely telling the individual no thank you, he just kept rambling on with his sales pitch. As this was extremely disrespectful, I bluntly told him no and that solicitors were not permitted in the neighborhood. Thereafter, he rudely stated he wasn’t one. Assuming this individual was either extremely ignorant and just plain stupid, I told him visiting door-to-door and attempting to sign people up for a service makes him a solicitor. Also mentioned he should check the sign posted at the entrance of the community. He clearly didn’t care as he went to other residents’ homes. I highly recommend dealing with another company who does not resort to unprofessional and disrespectful persons peddling their service.

U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce: what do users think?

Deanna Hodges: I paid $1000.00 to be a sponsor for an event that the USWCC was sponsoring. One would think that a sponsor would get priority in matchmaking sessions but that was not the case. It seems like we were close to the bottom for matchmaking since we did not get any of the big companies that we requested. When I asked, I was told that companies were matched in priority order. What does that mean? I registered very early and even paid to be a sponsor and was not a priority. Hmmmmm. My suggestion is to never pay to be a sponsor for any of their events. It only gets your logo on a few things and your name as a sponsor. This does nothing to help business and in my opinion, is a complete waste of money. Thank you

Ivan Konermann: Our company has been working to get EDWOSB certified and chose USWCC as an approved third party provider for this service. We partially chose them because they had a Certification Assist program where a team member would review pre-submission documents and provide guidance on parts to improve, explain more thoroughly, etc. The Certification Assist part of this experience was excellent. Directions were clear and concise, and contact with the representative was straightforward, with replies to questions typically provided within 1 day. This part of the USWCC offering deserves 5 stars. The formal certification program started off alright with a different document submission process than the Certification Assist. In working through this part, what stood out is the challenge in having clear & complete communication with team members. The "live chat" feature on the website and described on the phone number is not live at all. USWCC team members will reply within 1-2 days, and have consistently not been helpful in confirming simple information, such as receipt of a document that was uploaded on their site a week ago. This lack of timely feedback is surprising when the USWCC claims on its website that it is unaffected by team members working from home due to Covid. For any business looking to get certified, our recommendation is to use the certification assist program that USWCC offers, and then go a different route for formal certification. Find a company that can and will reply to questions in a timely manner and that answers phone calls or "live chats".

Simone Rollock: WARNING!!! Don’t not waste your $350 with these people. They claim to assist you with your application and make you believe they can assist with actually becoming certified as a WOSB. They are horrible at responding to emails and don’t assist in the application process at all. These people will take your money Deny your application and then turn around and ask for another $350 for you to re-do application. Please go with another company!! They got me and stopped responding to my emails. Again please use your money elsewhere. THIS IS YoUR WARNING!!

Tod Smith: Cantor got Chamber of Commerce help - thank you for that! The CoC no longer promotes American values. Do not join or give them funds.

Aa Ason: Contrary to popular belief this is a private right-wing lobby group and not at all a part of the U.S. Government.

Apple Carnegie Library: what do users think?

livingmytruth 2: Michael, Gunner and Taylor were absolutely amazing. This was by far the best Apple store i ever been in. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by Taylor and Michael. They made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and eased all my fears about this big new location. Then i met with Gunner ( who happens to be deaf) and he was absolutely a joy. He was efficient, fast and he really made me feel comfortable through my process of getting an new ipad. Way to go Apple, this is the kind of experience i am looking for

Vi Rodriguez: This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.

Daria Willis: The Apple Store was quite an experience! I loved it! The staff was wonderful! Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! I had an appointment for a phone and I requested help with my Mac laptop. They took care of it, cleaned it up and now its almost like new even though it is 8 yrs old! Excellent!!!

Vinh Mai: Great layout, no pushy salespeople, very helpful staff. My guy Marcus was fantastic from beginning to me leaving with a new phone.

Mauricio Pretto: I had one of the best experiences shopping in my life here The person that was helping me was death and had a interpreter in a FaceTime to help him. This is the true inclusion of technology. Amazing! I left crying of joy! Congratulations apple! This was incredible!

Seva Narkute: I have received the best service at this Apple Store location. I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting as this beautifully located store stays busy, although the staff there has been extremely helpful and understanding even on the times when I showed up without an appointment. :)

Javier “Barrio Boy” LLano: Bad customer service. Employees are not educate on customer service. Employees should wear an uniform. Bad for apple brand.

Charlie Olsen: Great service from the staff. Walked in and immediately had a staff member helping me and was out with my purchase in less than 15 minutes. Also the library building has a museum upstairs that’s really cool. 10/10 shopping experience.

Pattamon Kittiwarawut (Pat): Beautiful apple inside heritage building.Friendly staff and a lot of new products

Planet Depos: what do users think?

Lori Ramsey: Over the years that I have been responsible for engaging court reporters, videographers and translators in connection with proceedings in which Pillsbury’s lawyers are involved – locally, elsewhere in the US and internationally – Planet Depos has earned our repeat business. My experience has been that the staff at Planet Depos is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. On more than one occasion I have called late in the evening or on a weekend for last minute assistance and Planet Depos has responded. The work product has fully met our requirements. In short, for me, Planet Depos is a top choice.

Jose Garcia: Excellent customer service! Everyone I have dealt with at Planet Depos is always profession. On a number of occasions, they have gone out of their way to cater to our requests no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. They have provided court reporters for arbitration and depositions in several different states and their court reporters have always being top notch. Their prices are competitive and their work product is second to none.

Tracy Castillo: Planet Depos is a company with great customer service, professionalism, and people with positive attitudes. Planet Depos has pulled me out of more than one jam in the past few years. Their customer service and dedication to my projects have made them stand out to me when it comes to last minute rush calls for court reporters and document print jobs. They are my go to for court reporting, interpreters, and large document print jobs.

Pat Cotton: I have worked with Planet Depos since their inception and, when my firm has a choice, we prefer to work only with them. They are professional, dependable and always respond quickly to requests. Their employees are very friendly and courteous and will go the extra mile to assist clients. The work product of their reporters is also excellent. Highly recommend them.

Marcia Montgomery: Matt Workman and his team have been wonderful to work with. They stay on top of things, send timely confirmation emails, and are always ready to adapt quickly and efficiently to changes in deposition schedules. It is nice to hand a request over to them and not have to check back periodically to make sure everything is being handled. The first time I contacted Matt he was on a family vacation. Nonetheless he took time to discuss what we needed, tell me what information he needed from me, and pass it all along to his scheduling team who immediately contacted me to confirm the dates and times for the depositions. They are very good about getting us the names of the court reporters in advance so we can alert building security and others who need the names. They are my go-to court reporting company.

Apple Georgetown: what do users think?

Elior Manier: Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.

No: GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!!! I went in for my mac book pro battery placement (late 2013 retina) and they absolutely destroyed my motherboard making my speakers useless. I looked inside and was amazed. This was definitely on purpose since a wild animal could do better.

vze1nv91: At the moment Apple wants you to order their products online and only go to the store for pickup. I got there an hour before my reservation time and asked if I could get my product. They were gracious, did it and I was out in ten minutes. It was so enjoyable I almost splurged on an Apple Pencil. Apple is very particular about the buying experience and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.

Katze Love: I had nothing short of an unpleasant experience here… As others have mentioned, the rude and dismissive staff are in no rush to offer assistance. I had an appointment to pick up items, arrived on time, and still waited about 20 minutes to receive my order. Before that, I had to wander around the store trying to find someone willing to help me. The most comical part-- when a staff member finally came by with my items, he carelessly tossed the bag down on the table and $500 worth of apple keyboards rattled out onto the counter. Lol! Way to show how much you care. The location is convenient though.

C Leo: I’ve always received great service at the Apple store esp the one at Clarendon and Tyson’s Mall and I was just disappointed with the service at the Georgetown location. No one greeted us when we walked in. When I found someone up front and told them I had a 6:30pm appointment they directed me to the back without checking their tablet or asking what it was for. After taking a while to locate my appointment, she then directed us to the front. ( at the other store, they would greet me by name and direct me to the right staff to assist) My friend asked if there was a restroom and he directed her to Wawa across the street. The overall energy of the staff there was low… like they did not want to be there.

Kasra Ladjevardi: One of the rudest apple stores I know of. I am a huge fan of Apple, and I have always thought that they have really great customer service. Most Apple stores I visit today have great people and the Genius Bar staff are very friendly. However, my last two visits to the store left such a bad taste in my mouth

Don Wang: I literally purchased my first iPhone 13 pro max and I was having trouble with their Air Drop option to my friends. Went into this Apple store hoping one of their representatives will be able to assist me but instead another gentleman came over and told our female representative to assist someone else. Now, they just pushed me to their IT phone service instead. Does this mean my IPhone is defective? Should I be switching back to Android base phones instead?

Abby: The three times that I went there to try to buy a new phone while turning in my old one, I did not have a positive experience at all. One of the times I got there at 9:30am (Google’s hours indicated they opened at 9am), and I got berated by the staff and security telling me I shouldn’t be there when they opened at 10am…well it would be great if they updated their hours first before scolding me for something I didn’t know and opening an open door. The other times that I’ve been there, the staff was not very helpful either, which was disappointing considering the amount of money I’d be spending on a device. I ended up going to the Carnegie Library location instead, and the service was so much better there, so I’d definitely avoid this location for any future purchases and go there instead, even if it’s located further away.

Gallup: what do users think?

Na'ilah Dawkins: I had a fabulous time at QUAL360 NA, 2023! Thank you Gallup for working with the sponsor/organizer. I was invited to attend for free, which I greatly appreciated the staff. She is awesome! There were so many leaders in the room and connections I am so happy I went 😊. It had been sometime since crossing into D.C. for an event. The conference was worth the travel and parking! As one of the top tier leaders in research, thank you for what you do.

Elliott Mattice: I recently attended a free seminar on bringing strength based culture into business. It was a great conversation with plenty of insight. I have been very pleased with the StrengthsFinder assessment, so this was a natural follow-on. The facility was amazing; a beautiful space within walking distance of cheap garage parking (on M place) and metro. I look forward to returning for other events they will hold in the future

Frank Sopato: Gallup continues to publish Presidential Approval polls without giving out the internals (identified Party affiliation of the respondents). You need to have that context to assess the credibility of the poll percentage. There is sometimes a 7 to 9% disparity that favors 1 party or the other. Get with it, Gallup! Make your polls truly informative and relevant!

Liz T: Nice event space and good content t

Amanda Lindsay: Fun

Akil: Great conference location.

Iron Bow Technologies, LLC: what do users think?

Abey El-Sheemy: One of the worst vendors we ever dealt with before. We purchased a product from them year ago, and after purchasing it we found out that the product is defective with a known issue ! we asked for return and it took us 9 months to get our money back after escalating the issue to the manufacture themselves ! because Iron Bow staff was not following up on our request efficiently. This is away of the non responsive employees we were emailing during the mentioned interval.

The U.S. Capitol Visitor Center: what do users think?

TexCat: Thoroughly enjoyed our impromptu visit here. It’s only just reopened fully to the public since the pandemic apparently. We got there and learned that you could scan a code there and get an online reservation if there were any available. We got lucky and got in immediately! Wonderful tour. Our guide was great. She kept it interesting and informative. So glad we came. One of the highlights of our DC trip.

Ashok Patel: The Capitol Visitor Center is not accepting tour reservations at this time. The Visitor Center is supposed to provide a welcoming and educational environment for visitors to learn about the unique characteristics of the House, the Senate and the legislative process as well as the history and development of the architecture and art of the US Capitol. Unfortunately, the Capitol Visitor Center is closed since last two years due to pandemic. This is going to reopen tentatively from May 30, 2022 to limited numbers of visitors. However, we visited the US Capitol Grounds which is the 58 acre very well maintained park immediately surrounding the US Capitol building. The green lush park-like setting looks beautiful against the Capitol building and National Mall. The grounds is bordered by stone wall. Different types of trees and bushes are grown in the grounds with curved walkways. Many trees on the Capitol grounds have memorial associations. Leisurely walk around the world power center to explore the beauty of the Capitol building is great experience. The entry to the Capitol building is closed for the general public but walking up to the steps of this symbolically most important and impressive public building of United States and the world is great opportunity. After six months of enhanced security measures, finally the fence is down and people can now visit the Capitol grounds.

Ivana Purić: Wanted to finally visit US Capitol inside , but unfortunately it’s closed because of pandemic and they didn’t upload this details on Google Maps . It was good weather , so we just walked around .

Greg Davis: Book in advance but on the quiet days you can turn up without a reservation and walk straight on to a tour as we did on a Friday. It’s worth doing. The rotunda is fantastic. For international visitors it’s easy enough to get to see the extras (house of senate and House of Representatives) - just give your photo ID to the appointment desk. But note that no cameras are allowed in either of those last two places and it has it own security.

Mark Thornton: Pretty cool place. Beautiful architects as with all DC buildings, not too busy —though through the week. Very structured and organized for visitors. Restaurant onsite. Gets very busy bus is organized and structured well. The food isn’t that great, but has a good variety.

Regus - District Of Columbia, Washington - Metro Center: what do users think?

Engel “D'Journey” Caceres: Honestly, I am always on the move. Having the ability to book a conference room from wherever I am and been able to receive the quality of service they provide with everything I need for whichever type of conference or meeting I’m having it’s such peace of mind. Comparing others, I’ve never seen such dedication to help and allocate the customers as theirs. So thankful for your work guys, always helping me being more efficient. Keep up the great work & God bless.

Kamal Nawash: I recently signed up with Regus in Washington DC. I met with a Regus manager and I informed him that I was looking for an office with a phone answering service, copy machine and fax line included in my rental fee which is the same setup I had with my previous landlord. I was told that “I am at the right place.” I was quoted a price of approximately $1275 for an “all inclusive” office that includes a “phone answering service with unlimited calls in the United States.” I was specifically told that when I receive a call the receptionist would answer the phone, ask who was on the phone and announce the call to me. I was also given a “deal” if I signed up for two years that I would be able to make copies at 5 cents per copy and I was shown the kitchen and told I will be able to use kitchen services for coffee and water, all included in my rental fee of $1275. With the above terms in mind, I signed up for a two year lease to start on October 16, 2017. Approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of my lease term, I visited the office space to meet the new area manager and that is when I learned that most of the representations made to me were false. In other words, I was defrauded. During my conversation with the new area manager, I discovered that my rent did NOT include a phone answering service, did NOT include use of the kitchen and did NOT include use of the copy machine at 5 cents per copy. I was now told that I do get a phone but I would have to pay extra to have my phone answered. I was also told that I would have to pay a monthly fee to use the kitchen and I would have to pay 15 cents per copy to use the copy machine.

Sean Stewart: Perfect facility for conducting business

Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States of America: what do users think?

Aitee Mansaray: Very bad experience with this place, I been calling their phone no answer and I email them and it been two weeks no reply yet, my boyfriend lives in China and I’m planning to go see him pretty soon. how can I go when nobody cannot in hold of the contact or email so Frustrating and weird behavior. you see that’s why people say you cannot compare America with any Country it means for so some many reasons.in America here they put Customers first and response to phone calls really quick and reply emails on time. Nonsense ✊

Ian Shen: The largest embassy in DC

evry1loveronica: Not profession, not polite, doesn’t seem like they wanna help, doesn’t give info to save you from extra trips.

J W: I made a phone call to Chinese Embassy today to consult a visa issue. The first few calls said not available. Then I waited for a few minutes and called again. It was picked up really quickly and the officers resolved my issue immediately. It was so efficient!! And it totally made my day. After spending many years in US, I got used to the long waiting time. Some US government agencies can never be reached through phone calls. Our Chinese Embassy is doing an excellent job, and I am very grateful for the efforts made by the great officers!!! Thank you!

J K: No answer. Hard to get ahold of somebody. My friend is going back home to China but there is no direct flight. We need to know if she still have to do the test in the transit country even if it’s only 3 hours layover. Please somebody answer.

Scotty Jackson: called and automated answering service put me on hold with their creepy electronic fur elise music. 20 seconds into their 1980s sci-fi post-apocalyptic electronic piano music, I was automatically disconnected.

Impartial Tuber: Too many spies working here. Suggest we kick them out.
