C. Lewis: Hogan Lovells (formerly Hogan & Hartson) is a satanic law firm. Individuals who may or may not still be employed there (Jan McDavid, Chris Hagan, Michael Johnston) were or still are actively targeting innocent employees, trying to destroy their lives just to protect Jan McDavid.
Scott Polikov: Tried to talk to a partner twice at DC Automotive conference June 17 and twice turned away by event staff that it was a private event. I just happened to be staying at the Ritz on business in DC related to investing in transportation sector and had no idea aBout this practice focus of the firm. I am in the transportation and infrastructure development sector and thought a discussion with firm might lead to support for our focus area and potential new business for firm. HL might encourage event company handling conferences to be a bit more responsive to potential business opportunities when someone walks up that did not know about event in terms of business development

Tully Rinckey PLLC: what do users think?
Jonathan Weston: There is no effective way to go out online and zero in on the law firm that will represent you, and that's even assuming your motive is fairly generic, uncomplicated. Though these guys charge a fee for the initial consultation where a typical firm would be trumpeting "free initial consultation", with everything after on contingency, the fee reduces the incentive to sort through and sort out as many prospective clients, with as few words spoken/written as possible. Prior to this experience there seemed no middle ground between happening to have a profit maximizable case, and simply needing to pay for initial consultation and representation by the billable hour.
C K1: Dan Meyer is who I'm working with. So far he's been a straight shooter, got right to the point of things as soon as we started talking. He has clearly been around the military I'd assume his whole life such as myself. I highly recommend him to anyone and I have only talked to him once. I'll be sure to leave an update as they come. So far they get an A+ 5/5 stars in my book for not wasting time, lots of knowledge, seriously talking and listening and treated me with respect. Now only if it were free lol but so far this company and Dan Meyer in particular is worth every penny. Personally their fees aren't that bad at all compared to others I've encountered. 👍 All good in my book!

jeremy saltos: so this law firm send me an email regarding xbox one elite controllers involving their drifting. they asked if I wanted to partake in this settlement. I thought, it was a scam to start off since you don't get things like this very often, rare. I actually bought a couple of xbox one elite controllers and most of them I end up returning them to best buy since i had a warranty, this time I did not since I was going to just buy regular controllers for my series x. I got an email regarding me getting xbox elite series 2 controller since they won the case. I'm still thinking this a scam but I saw the name of the LLP and I googled them. As of right now, I could only believe that this was fake and I was going to get some random thing in the mail. I gave them my address and I was going to receive a package in 1 to 3 days. package arrived 2 weeks later due to something happening in usps side but dont matter, free right?!? I get the package and I open it and there it was. A BRAND NEW XBOX ONE ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER! YOU GUYS ARE LEGENDARY!!

Dead Dread Lock: For so many years I have been an an Xbox gamer. Throughout the years I've noticed how much I had to spend money on controllers because of how faulty they were. Not knowing that it was a problem with the manufacturing versus my regular gameplay, I kept spending money on more to replace. Thus this wonderful company came in contact with me that you see here. Inform me that I was not the only one having this issue. Needless to say after due diligence, time, loyalty, and consistency they satisfied the reasons of the cause. Now true enough I was not out for money or reimbursement. My true Justice in the whole situation was about it being known that we were mistreated as gamers. Theresa Pistochini: I had SIRVA resulting from an improperly administered influenza vaccine in 2017. At the time, I had no idea what had happened to me. My doctor dismissed my complaints and I finally found a chiropractor that helped slowly improve my shoulder over the course of a year. I did recover fully after a year , but of course I was then pretty afraid of vaccines and refused future influenza vaccine, for which I have always been a supporter. It wasn’t until 2020, when I started to think about Covid vaccines; that my Google searches on shoulder injury turned up SIRVA and I understood both what had happened and that it is completely preventable. I found Leah Durant and realized my injury was covered under the vaccine injury program. It took about 2.5 years from finding Leah to settling my claim. My case was pretty straightforward. Everything was handled smoothly and it was not at all stressful. Communication was good and I just turned around requests as they were sent to me. Be patient, keep copies of all your records and medical bills and notes on how the injury affected you. I’ve managed several vaccines since and I always talk to the nurse about what happened to me and make sure they exercise caution.
