Washington Eye Doctors - Downtown, DC: what do users think?

Jim Liu: I visited Washington Eye Doctors for my dry eyes. Dr. Rosenblatt is awesome, he is very respectful and professional. Zero pressure when you talk to him. After the treatments, I feel absolutely better. Eye dryness is painful, and someone says it's more like a disability than a disorder. I can't agree more. Before I get the treatments, I can't even sit down and type these words for like 15 mins. Now I am not 100% recovered but at least I could work and study like a normal person. I am still using prescribed medications and I am confident that this problem is treatable. If you have dry eyes, try to contact Dr. Roosenblatt is the best advice I could give.
Response: Dear Jim, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See." and how they see. Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Amanda Blake: The absolute best choice for dry eye! I had been suffering for years, and now my eyes are drastically better after only three months of proper treatment. Dr. Abraham is excellent. He explains things very clearly and listens to concerns with compassion. I really appreciate his help and cannot recommend Washington Eye Doctors highly enough, especially for dry eye patients.
Response: Dear Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See.". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Karen Moe: Dr Rosenblatt has been my eye doctor for many years and worked with me to get my proper correction for nearsightedness. My extra-sensitive system was previously over-corrected and his prescriptions enabled my vision to be more relaxed and stabilize. The glasses are high quality and good fit. I’m especially fond of the nearly weightless frames and lenses.
Response: Dear Karen, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See.". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Jacques Moore: I’ve been a customer and patient at Washington Eye Doctors for about a year and a half. Overall it’s been great. The front desk staff are pleasant. Dr. Rosen later is knowledgeable, kind and takes time to answer questions and explain things in layman’s terms. I think perhaps one of their frame and lens specialists might need more training on listening to the customer and clearly understanding my needs before recommending something that doesn’t work (i.e. fit me properly). But the other two I’ve worked with have been excellent.

Janet Davis: I have been a patient of Dr. Michael P. Rosenblatt's for 12+ years. The staff has always been professional, polite, accommodating, and pleasant to be around. Dr. Rosenblatt is knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I have never had an issue and have recommended at least 5 friends to them. Within the last 4 years I had to change insurance companies which meant that I had to change eye doctors. Even with a long absence upon my return I was treated like family. Although I only visit for contact lenses he is still my favorite eye doctor in the city and I will continue to recommend the Washington Eye Doctors.
Response: Dear Janet, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Mary Wood: As always, staff is wonderful and welcoming. Dr. Rosenblatt always takes a lot of time to be sure my contacts fit. And he has been helpful with my dry eye problem. I've been coming to Dr. Rosenblatt for 20 years and I have always had really good experiences.
Response: Dear Mary, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Barbara Graham: I Love Dr Rosenblatt I been a patient for over 20 years he is the best I was in his office on yesterday He is treating me for dry eyes I can tell a difference in one day my eyes feel so much better . When I get new eyeglasses I do not need time to adjust to the new glasses because he did a great job . And the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The office and the bathroom is very clean . I give Dr rosenblatt and his staff five star for doing a Great job and what they do taking care of my eyes Barbara G
Response: Dear Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Randy Capps: I have been with Washington Eye Doctors for 50 years since the Katz/Kanstroom days. They guided me through bifocals as a kid, contacts as an adolescent and Lasik as an adult. 25 years after Lasik I still have near perfect vision. I just went back for night driving glasses. Always quick, efficient and thorough consistently over the decades.
Response: Dear Randy, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See.". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Robin Kibuka: Dr. Michael Rosenblatt has been my eyecare provider for over 20 years and I have received consistetly excellent service from him. He is very knowledgeable and follows up closely on all my eye health issues including through his office's optical services. It is very easy to make appointments with his excellent staff.
Response: Dear Robin, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See.". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

Qundeel Khattak: Dr. Friedman is the best! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sean was very patient in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses! I have a rather strong prescription and Dr. Friedman has worked with me to try various contacts lenses - from custom soft to hybrid. Highly recommend!!
Response: Dear Qundeel, Thank you for taking the time to provide us and others with a great review. Our mission is to make certain that every patient "Loves What They See". Our goal is to provide every patient with exceptional: Quality, Service and Knowledge, our three founding pillars.

SEE Eyewear: what do users think?

Rachael Rund: Have bought two pairs of Italian sunglasses here. Honestly, they have the most unique and sturdy pairs I've seen. Staff is warm and will patiently wait for you to try them all on. Better than Krewe in my opinion- more variety!
Response: Hi, Rachael. Thanks so much for shopping with us and for the great review!

Vivian Strong: This was such a great experience. Sheila was so helpful even before I walked through the door. She made sure I found the location and great parking. Definitely above and beyond service. She looks at your style to help you pick out frames that speak to you. Dr. Scranton was such a joy. We were laughing with each other the whole time. His service was very thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. I have definitely found a new Eye Home.
Response: That's amazing to hear! We are so glad you had an awesome experience. Thanks so much for coming in!

wdm 223: I had gotten great service at See in Georgetown for several years but moved away and then delayed new glasses during Covid. Needed new ones badly so went to local branch of a chain operation. After three exams and rebuilds they told me I would need separate reading and distance glasses..,,for the first time ever.,,because my prism prescription was too complicated I went back to See Georgetown and saw Sheila She arranged a new exam and I got a perfect new pair Go to Sheila and Brandi in Georgetown I will not make the mistake going anywhere else again.
Response: This is awesome to hear. We're so glad that the amazing Georgetown team was able to work those out for you. Thanks for coming back in!

Velma N. Holmes: Was in the DMV Area for the month of June and planned on getting glasses while in the area. I called SEE Georgetown and set up an appointment with Ms. Shelia. My Styling Appointment was quite enjoyable. I found four pairs of glasses/sunglasses and ordered. The glasses arrived and then the adjustments. I have worn glasses for 40+ years. And this purchase and adjustment of eyewear is the best yet. Ms. Sheila had to ship me a pair of sunglasses and their adjustment was perfect. I was grateful to fact I was able to select, order and have my glasses fitted in less than four weeks. The style offerings were exceptional. The service rendered by Ms. Shelia was Superior. Customer focused service, listening to my concerns and addressing any issues that I presented made this an experience worthy of sharing. I have already scheduled my 2022 visit with Ms Sheila. By the way my daughter and granddaughter got eye exams and were fitted for glasses. They too are quite excited and satisfied with their SEE experience. And I say thanks to Ms Brandy who works at SEE also, whenever Ms Sheila wasn’t available she stepped in and the quality of service was continuous.

Elizabeth Dou: Buying my glasses at SEE was a wonderful experience. Jasmine helped me pick out a great frame that went well with my face and prescription. I received my glasses yesterday and was very happy. I have a high prescription and was very satisfied with the results. You can barely see my lens in the photo. Their lab is great for high prescription and they were able to add nose pieces. It was a great experience. I can’t recommend SEE and Jasmine enough.

Marco Martinez: I really want to give them a good review but something always comes up to ruin it. I went into the Georgetown location a couple of months ago aiming to get a new pair of glasses as my last 2 pairs from See were aging (1 broke). I ended up getting two as this was to be my 4th & 5th pair so I was excited to finally get my free pair! (This was verified by staff during my visit) The doctor who did my exam was fantastic and I really enjoyed my visit. Fast forward a few weeks & I came by with my daughter to pick up my glasses... again a great experience. I am told I will hear about my free glasses 30 days or so after this visit. Weeks go by... nothing. I called a coupe of times and am told I need to keep waiting. I called again & this time, the employee checks my purchases and it turned out my 1st pair was before the loyalty program started. As you can imagine I was quite surprised as the whole point of buying 2 pairs was around the premise of hitting the 5 pair goal. They said there was nothing they could do & I ended up reaching out to See because this was a feel bad. NO RESPONSE. There is no middle ground with this company... either it is great or just terrible. (this is not the only time it has been a major fail & yet I come back....)

K Ak: Exceptionally rude customer service. My mother and I have been coming to this store for years until we moved. But today, (09.29) my mother has been treated very poorly by the lady who works there. She jumped on my mom the second she walked in, asking her what was the purpose of her visit. When my mom told her, she wanted to walk around for a second to see what new frames they had, this lady looked her up and down, and began talking to her like my mother was mentally challenged, “explaining” to her how she needs to use sanitizer “over there” before she “touches anything”. My mother walked out because this is not how customer service should be. Very disappointing.

Evgeniya Samus: We bought prescription glasses for my mom at this SEE store in Georgetown. That was such a great experience. Store manager Brandii was very helpful, professional, and extremely nice. The frame is so fancy, light, and comfortable. Mom is happy with her new glasses and we'll differently buy the next one at this store, hopefully with Brandii's help. If you are looking for a beautiful comfortable glasses you have to go to this SEE store

Emily P.: I’ve had a few great experiences and one poor experience with this SEE location. The two frames + lenses I’ve gotten from here were excellent quality. Overall though, expensive even with insurance and hard to park near the store.

Santiago Luna: I had to go 3 times for a right prescription. The third time the doctor was utterly rude. Additionally she issued an order for contacts with astigmatism that was significantly more expensive than if she hadn't. As time has gone by I have ordered lenses without the need for that special angle she argued and has been much more affordable. Having the opportunity to discuss that with me would have been better. As I know she disliked me I honestly feel that she issued that so I'd pay more, all reasons why I think she was unethical.

Georgetown Optician: what do users think?

Brandon M: Unfortunately, I am going to give this location a whopping one star. Solely based on Gio’s attitude when greeting me at the door with anger and aggression this afternoon. Managers, executive decisions makers beware of this hostile behavior at your store. First impressions are everything and it’s all about the experience, if they continue to allow Gio to greet clients like he did today the one star reviews and store gross profits will continue to decline. As it results in a 5 year client looking elsewhere for glasses. I will not do business with this location anymore. Kind Regards Brandon

Marshall Smith: I stopped in to have my Sunglasses repaired and I was absolutely blown away. The Technician had me out within minutes. So Blown, I’ll been making an appointment soon for my reading glasses. Absolutely would recommend this location for your optical needs. Inclosed are some cool frames I spotted😎

Michael Dausch: Pierce and Chris were very accommodating and helpful in helping me finding my first pair of prescription glasses. Both in suggesting brands and shapes I might like, but also in exchanging the first pair I got that we're not comfortable wearing all day. Note: their glasses are not returnable! With that said, still a place with a great selection of high quality, stylish, and unique frames.

Anonymous Anonymous: No customer service , literally spent 1 hour driving to see their selection, I asked them to help me with a selection since they have a a lot, instead, they stood there, probably praying so that they would not even bother…When I was driving around to find a parking spot for over 20 min, I saw the sales person playing with his phone the whole time. Terrible management, Terrible people!!

WIlfredo Aquino: Worst customer service. I biked there and got lost, went to the wrong side of Wisconsin Ave. I called and asked for direction and told them that I am running late for my appointment. They would not take me when I got there. The 14th street location is much friendlier.

Howard Flack: I have been using Them for more years than I can count and never been disappointed. Excellent choice of frames and the best customer service. They are truly a family- run business and they know what customer service means. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Annette McFarland: I had a wonderful experience here, and they had the very best frame selection to choose from. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I saw the personnel treat people of all races with dignity and respect while I was in their shop today. I enjoy shopping in places like that, it counts. Pierce was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and didn't push anything my way. I have been to a few boutiques in the DMV area and struck out and now I finally found a frame that I like!

Cliff Ramey: Excellent customer service. Dr Matini was great. Top notch inventory, if you are looking for high end brands. I love my Cartier frames. Will be going here for all my eye appointments, going forward.

amanda moorhead: I love Georgetown Optician. They have hands on service, friendly staff, and great glasses technicians. You are greeted when you walk in, plenty of choices based on your style. I like it because the selection is not overwhelming but has plenty to offer. Dr. Ali is lovely to work with, he is super knowledgable and very timely, appointment wise. Also, I always pop in to get my glasses adjusted, and they are happy to help anytime. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, likable professional group that takes great pride in their work. Thanks Georgetown Optician and I will see you again soon!

parnika kadam: They are awesome! I had been to Georgetown Optician this week to straighten my eyeglasses frame that had been sat on. Gabe Mendoza fixed my favorite pair of glasses for free in 5 mins! My frame did not have any metal so I was really worried about any damage but he made sure that my eyeglasses were fine while straightening. I had a great experience with them.

JEMS Optical, LLC: what do users think?

Sophia H.: Dr. Holley is professional, thorough, and considerate. He gets straight to the point but is also open to answering questions without condescension or impatience, which in my experience is rare with healthcare providers. Linda is super friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. From 2016 to 2019, I saw Dr. Holley once a year for my eye and contacts exams. I stopped going only because of Covid, and even then he and Linda helped me order new contacts twice.

Cocoa Swann: Really great service, and the eye exam was thorough. While the cost was larger than my original budget, Linda worked with me to get the best price for both eyeglasses.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Excellent customer service, eye exam last 45 minutes. Very reasonable price. Dr. James M Holly Jr has 35 years of experience.Parking is big problem here. The exams are very thorough and his office is actually on 14th street and not new York ave.

Kyungho Shin: My glasses broke when i was on a vacation from new jersey. I needed to get an eye exam for contact lenses. Doctor was very kind, professional, and detailed. I wish my town has a store like this too. Very satisfied . Thank you

Lynne Gravina: Dr. James Holley is my Opthamologist for years. As always he provided a superb optometric care. He is thorough, diligent, and excellent. It was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience to be greeted by two wonderful ladies in the front desk. Highly recommended!!

NJ H: Very pleasant and professional in all phases of my experience. Best glasses prescription I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses most of my life.

Derex Griffin: Called them; took my glasses within minutes of the call. Repaired and cleaned my glasses in 4 minutes. Oh, by the way, really nice people as well. 5 outta 5! Derex

Jen Druliner: Excellent service: friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, patient with eye-squeamishness, and attentive to everyone's safety.

Melissa McCartney: Extremely professional and one of the most complete eye exams I have had. I highly recommend them!

Jeremiah Jordan: great people. fixed my glasses when they broke on vacation.

Georgetown Optician, Inc.: what do users think?

Autumn Manor: Customer service is A1 here. I broke my glasses during a jog and stopped by here to see what they could do to help me out. The gentleman took a quick look and said no need to worry this will be a quick fix. Had them fixed within a couple hours and for a great price. Couldn’t be any happier!

Kristin Nelson: The staff here were super knowledgeable. I have a strong prescription and wanted to get frames that minimized the warping it causes as much as I can and they were great about selecting options for me that not only helped with the warping but also matched the style I was looking for. All my interactions with the staff were positive, they all seemed helpful and attentive.

Jason Abel: I was very impressed with the knowledge and service provided by Brendan. He picked out glasses for me to try that I NEVER would have considered for myself, but after trying them on was really surprised at how much I liked them. He was non-pushy, super patient, listened to my concerns, and could not have been nicer. The selection they offer is unlike anything one can find in a normal eyeglass store. Lots of options and yes, perhaps a bit more expensive, but really high quality frames. I wish they worked with insurance, but I still left very happy with my purchase. And, I've received lots of compliments on my glasses. Highly recommend.

Deena Ackerman: They do a first-rate job on the lenses and stand by their work. It has never taken me more than ten minutes to adjust to a new pair of progressive lenses because they measure so carefully and do the work in-house. Their staff have good taste, and will tell you if a frame doesn't work for your face. Certainly pricey, but they charge the same for those fancy European frames as everyone else and I like those fancy European frames.

Robert Bolen: The 14th St location has a seemingly endless supply of unique frames and unbelievable customer care. I purchased a pair of Blake Kuwahara frames here five years ago and still get compliments daily. Under the banner of "New Year New Me," a pair of Eyevan titanium frames were added to my cart. The incredible team adjusted them for over an hour until they were absolutely perfect. It's not by chance that so many native Washingtonians shop here for frames.

Slav Gatchev: Fantastic service and selection. No it’s not cheap but if you want premium, customized frames, this is the place to be. Also they offer free lifelong service on the frames you buy and get this — even on premium brands you buy elsewhere. The Georgetown location is also great.

Danielle Ricks: If you are looking for a fun, funky new frames, this is your spot. Be aware, the glasses are not cheap, but they high quality and very unique. I also loved the customer service. They are now my "go to" frame shop.

Randy Hatfield: Disappointing service. Customer service is not supportive or friendly. After 3 unpleasant visits to purchase prescription glasses, I will not be returning. Staff display a sense of superiority and on more than one occasion have reacted with disdain to my questions.

Nathan Strauss: Great customer service. Came in with broken glasses and had them fixed—on the house—in minutes. Truly a great experience and will be back in the near future.

Agon Grazhdani: I decided to walk in on a Saturday afternoon because I had some questions regarding the type and fit for glasses. Jakey was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer my question. I left this place smiling due to the great customer service he provided. I highly recommend coming here.

Warby Parker: what do users think?

--: I really liked Warby Parker, but it is no longer a one stop shop. You should know that this DC location stopped offering eye exams even though their website states that they offer the service. Now one must go elsewhere for the eye exam prescription and then bring it here to fill the prescription.

Brian Loebig: Dr. Paine is an amazing educator and took his time explaining the eye exam results and recommendations regarding the findings. I have never felt so informed after an eye exam in my 50+ years of life and 35 years of wearing glasses. Thank you Dr. Paine! Warby Parker is lucky to have you onboard.

Jonathan Brown: Great glasses for a great price! It’s my first time wearing glasses and ai got my prescription only a few days before getting my glasses. I’ve got my glasses and I love them but I’m still getting used to them.

Daryle Darden: The people in the store are great. They helped me with my order and adjusting the frames. I'm bummed because I've been suffering from eyes strain for over a month and their lab got the prescription completely wrong. I couldn't believe how off the glasses were when returning to the optometrist. I have 2 pairs with WP and they are both incorrect despite bringing the prescription in hand to the shop. Having to replace the lenses somewhere else now. I guess you get what you pay for.
Response: Hi Daryle, thank you for reaching out about this. We are incredibly sorry to hear about the issues with your glasses. This is not the experience or level of service we aim to provide for our customers and we know we dropped the ball here. We can assure you that we take feedback like this very seriously, and we will be passing this along to the appropriate teams. We would love the opportunity to make this right. When you have a moment, please reach out to social@warbyparker.com with your order details. Thank you again for reaching out about this.

A Pumpernickel: Warby Parker has got to be one of the best eyeglass brands out there. It was the first place I went to after I got my prescriptions & my eye doctors office told me a pair would cost $400+. Warby Parker is $95 all in. This particular store in Shaw is amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly professional & courteous. They went above & beyond for me. I have 2 Pairs now & have been courting my friends to shop from these guys.

Marc Ross: Thank you Tiffany for repairing our glasses so seamlessly. A great experience as always.

Kara Stevens: EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! Scheduled and was in for my appointment same-day; optometrist on site. Dr. Paine was quick and thorough. Had some insurance issues, but the staff (sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names) were so patient and cooperative with getting it figured out. Ending up getting both glasses and contact lenses for a steal! :-) Will definitely be coming back for all of my eye needs!

Gabriela Montes de Oca: Apart from being a huge fan of WP for over 2 years now, the staff at this location is amazingly friendly and cooperative. My face is usually small for regular frames, but Diana was kind enough to get special products that would fit it. The doctor who did my eye exams was also really good, continuously cleaned everything to make sure everything was pristine and the soundtrack was great too. I had a really positive experience there and I encourage people to visit this location and find Diana :)

Kolleen: Best glasses experience ever. Great customer service. They gave me enough space to look around and choose my glasses but were very helpful and elaborate when I needed help making my final decision. When I came back to get my glasses fitted today, it was the best fitting ever. I didn't even need to tell the optometrist that his first adjustment was too tight on one side and on the second try it fit beautifully. Took less than 5 minutes. Good energy all around.
Response: Thanks for sharing, Kolleen! We're so glad you found the perfect pair. Come by any time!

Caitlin Mahony: Joseph adjusted my glasses with superb skill. His expert eye anticipated the adjustments required. Super friendly guy too. A few weeks earlier I got my eyes examined there too. Can't remember the name of the staff member but she was professional and worked with efficiency, which I appreciate in times of Covid. Thanks WB.

LensCrafters at Macy's: what do users think?

Manav Kohli: Was in the Macy's and thought to ask if my glasses could be re-fit as they were bent out of shape. Have never been a LensCrafters customer yet was helped immediately by a delightful associate whose name I unfortunately did not get. She fixed my glasses perfectly in less than a minute and made sure they were comfortable. I felt bad that I was not charged and had no cash to tip. If a need for a new pair of glasses coincides with my next visit to DC, I know where to go!
Response: Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear about your positive experience and look forward to serving you again!

Derek Foddrill: LensCrafters made my first contact lenses experience wonderful! Diego and Trey were the best and made me feel comfortable with the process. Ashley is an amazing manager as well! Please go support them!

India Lindsay: Best customer service I've ever experienced. Huge shoutout to Diego for being so caring and considerate. They were all very polite and went out of their way to help me. Dr. Wen was also very thorough and made sure the prescription worked for me. This is the first eye visit I've had where I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out. I had received a wrong prescription from the original eye doctor I went to, at a different lens crafters location. I was so worried I'd have to pay another $600 to get it corrected and have new glasses ordered. This office went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommend.
Response: Hi! Thank you so much for your review. We are excited to hear that Dr. Wen was able to help make your experience in LensCrafters a great one. We look forward to seeing you again!

Tarja Lewis: They made me wait and let other customers in front of me because I was deaf and I guess they did that because I would've taken longer than other customers behind me due to communication barriers. This was ridiculous - I expect to be treated the same as other customers whether I may take longer or not - I had an appointment too. I came in for an appointment in November and asked if I had to come back to pick up my contact lenses and glasses (that were already paid for - just needed lenses replacement). They were very clear that I did not have to come in, the cashier insisted more than once that I would not need to come back to pick anything up as everything would be sent to my house. I've emailed a few times (we have communicated via emails before) and never heard anything back. I called using an interpreter and apparently they've been holding onto my glasses since November, without once ever notifying me.

Mike Mac: Ashley and Diego were AMAZING!! They broke everything down in very clear and concise ways, provided honest feedback, and gave me multiple options that I felt very comfortable with! I would 100% come back and do this process all over again. Thank you so much!!

Nicole C.: As I write this I feel like I've been given the run around when it comes to getting new contacts and my prescription set and have been sitting on hold for over 5 minutes, then I call back repeatedly to a busy signal. The exam was fine but finding out that the contacts brand you've been wearing for over 5 years is no longer available was already not the best (which is weird because it looks like they are still available to order online via America's Best website). They select another brand for me and I go to try them and they sting my eyes and are the worst thing ever (I've worn contacts for almost 20 years so I know what they're supposed to feel like). So they offer other brands to try and they reorder them mind you I come in person to order more trial pairs from different brands. Two weeks later I still have no contacts and no update. I call to receive an update (since I'm on my absolute last pair) only to be put on hold over 5 minutes then I hang up/call back to a busy signal for over 10 minutes. When they finally do call back, all of the brands that they've selected are of course out of stock or low stock so here I am with no contacts literally a month after my initial appointment. I don't understand all of these positive reviews because this has been the WORST experience and if I wouldn't have called, I'd be waiting more time not knowing what's going on. My initial appointment was almost a month ago with no confirmed contact prescription nor trial pairs. I hate that the America's Best Contacts closed on Connecticut Ave because I NEVER had these types of issues. Once I hopefully (if I ever) get my contacts I'm NEVER coming back here, I'll just have to make the trip to an America's Best out of the city.

Stephanie Enaje: Customer service is Trash here. I waited over a month for a set of trial contacts. I then tried to place an order for those contacts and every time I call my phone call goes into the abyss. Someone puts you on hold and doesn’t call back or straight up hangs up on you. They sure do know how to rack up the charges at check out tho. In today’s world of apps this process is antiquated and a supreme Waste of your time. Go elsewhere.

Rickey Miniex: Ive had a-lot of problems within branch from not being able to reach them on the phone for days to getting a lends cost 100$ more than the price I got from the lends crafters down the street in Virginia. Save yourself the time and go somewhere to a different location. Customer service was not bad tho, they just seem to have immense operation problems.

Daniella: I wish they’d hire more staff! The people working here are so professional, patient, and kind. The space is also nice and clean. These people are overworked, as it is always busy, but despite it still very professional, helpful, and nice!

Jessica Luna: Diego provided excellent customer service and Dr Wen took time to answer all my questions. Lots of available appointments and a fast experience.

Voorthuis Opticians: what do users think?

Mark DC: Excellent and friendly service. Stopped by this morning - the glasses I had bought from Voorthuis a few years back had become loose. Paul remembered me and was keen to help out, heating up the frames to tighten them up and then putting in new clips (which had gone green). Another customer stopped by specially to have her glasses fixed - another branch had not done the work properly and she knew that Paul did. Am very happy to return and he invited me to come back whenever my glasses become loose agin.

Rachel Iverson: Staff was extremely friendly and great at helping choose frames. Decent prices on sunglasses, found a pair for $280 that I had seen at another store for $350.

eric omelian: Very, very happy with my new glasses! As a wearer of progressive lenses and a lover of small vintage frames, I have always had a difficult time finding a good vintage frame and also finding a progressive lens that actually worked. Dr. Mazia was excellent. He is thorough and patient regarding the eye exam and explained a great number of things to improve my eye-ergonomics. My prescription was spot on. The staff at Voorthuis are awesome and so is the frame selection. Voorthuis had close to a dozen great vintage frames to choose choose from along with an excellent progressive lens. When I went to pick up my new glasses, they made sure they were fitting properly and did an awesome job adjusting them. The rest of the day was just pure enjoyment being able to see correctly without noticing any of the transitions with the progressives! Thank you!

Jacob Paul: Went into this location looking for some lightweight frames knowing they carried Silhouette frames. I've had them a few days and love them. Lightest frames I've ever felt, light lenses, and the best cut lenses I have ever had! No yellow or blue hues when looking through the sides of lenses unlike many others I've worn. Very helpful and excellent quality of work! Thank you!

Irene Abdou Photography: Voorthuis is the best optician I've ever used. Their customer service is AMAZING!!! They were awesome at helping me to pick out the perfect frames, plus they have a fantastic selection - very stylish frames. My 3 favorite pairs of glasses are from Voorthuis on Connecticut Avenue, and I will absolutely return to Voorthuis for my next pair!

LMPRINC: On Wednesday, August 24, 2016, about 2-hours before our scheduled departure from Washington DC, my wife lost a lens. We visited 2 eye care establishments across from our hotel with disappointing results. Quite accidentally, we saw your Connecticut Ave. facility. We entered, with low expectations, only to be pleasantly surprised by the prompt and exceptional service and sensitivity we received from Brian and Dr. Mazia. As a result, my wife was able to enjoy the remaining days of our vacation in comfort. Thank you very much! If ever you expand to our area of northern New Jersey, we will be among your first customers.

Howard Covert: Like Rohmteen, I've dealt with Voorthuis over the last 3 years. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with frames, frame repair, and fittings. Dr Mazia is fantastic - my new contacts fit great, and the progressives I got work great.

Michael Sisk: Bert is wonderful and thorough and I trust his exams and counsel. The staff is very customer-focused. It’s a premium experience and this a premium price but I’m ok with that.

Jim Griffith: My glasses broke shortly before a flight back home. I looked them up, I was in and out with fixed glasses in about five minutes (without telling them it was a rush job). Very happy.

Michele Oshman: Great service, fantastic team and you can tell they love their work and working with each other!

Warby Parker: what do users think?

Tatertot T.: Omg the employee Val was so attentive and kind! I was blown away by her customer service! Not only did she adjust my glasses from Warby Parker, she also adjusted my glasses from another distributor. Although it was busy in the store she was patient enough to help me with the second pair. Definitely will remain a customer for future glasses.

Vincent Ngo: I went in not knowing what I wanted. Then I was greeted by friendly staff that gave me all my options so kindly. An employee (Meesha/Misha? I hope I didn’t butcher that) went above and beyond to help me choose my frames. I couldn’t decide anyways and got two (the Robbie and campbell) lol. The optometrist was kind and informative as well. Another employee also gave great food recs. Best experience ever. Thank you so much WP team!

Jake Hannigan: I have been here multiple times and the staff is openly rude and unhelpful. It takes no energy to show simple kindness. Instead, the staff go out of their way to make their customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have been to multiple Warby Parker locations, and this is the only store that I have ever had an issue with. Your staff work in customer service. If they refuse to show basic respect to their customers, then they should find a new industry to work in.
Response: Hi Jake, thank you for reaching out about this. We sincerely apologize for your experience with the team at our Union Station location, and we will be sure to share this feedback with the store leadership team. If you are still in need of assistance, or would like to discuss your feedback further, please reach out to us by emailing social@warbyparker.com. Thank you again for reaching out to bring this to our attention.

Justin Salvador: From the moment I walked in, the experience was spectacular, I was greeted and helped immediately. And the doctor Aysha was very knowledgeable, kind and just very professional. And also the employee who helped me pick out my glasses was very pleasant and helpful this store is amazing.

Julia Navarro: Awful customer service. I showed up 15 minutes late to the eye-appointment because I couldn't find the store within in Union Station and I couldn't reach the store by to ask for directions as the line phone available only tells you so go on the website. They treated me like I have committed a capital sin for being late, and after asking around and telling all the 5 or so staff about it, this lady came back saying that the only option was to wait for an hour to see IF one of the next appointments did not show up. She also made sure to rub on my face that the only other customer in the store came in early. Her lack of empathy, interest and willingness to help an 8 month pregnant woman was enough for me to turn around and walk away. I rather struggle with my eyes through the pandemic that give my money to a business that treat people like this.
Response: Hi Julia, thank you for reaching out about this. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our Union Station location. Our team should always be kind, welcoming, and make accommodations when possible. We sincerely apologize that more was not done to help, and we will be sure to share this feedback with our team. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please reach out to us by emailing social@warbyparker.com.

Matt Pitz: Had a great experience at this store. I tried on a dozen or more pairs, they took the time to help me find one that best fit my face, and not only did not push me towards the more expensive new season pairs, but said that I look best in one of the standard versions. Great staff, will be coming here again when I need another pair. Best of all, they are significantly cheaper than other places!

Vincent Williams: First time glasses buy-er here. I went to Warby Parker because I had heard such positive buzz around the company. Was not disappointed one bit, and they consistently exceeded my expectations at every step of the process: from initial walk-in, eye exam, to helping me pick out my first pair. Their service and care for customers is higher than nearly any other brand out there. You can’t go wrong here, plus it’s such a convenient location!

Bajanqueen01: Great selection of fashionable frames. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, tidy store. Fast delivery (to store). Choosing a new pair of glasses is never easy, however, the many compliments I received on my Lowry frames convinced me I made the right decision! Thanks, Warby Parker!

Keith Brown: Exceptional customer service and a great selection of frames.

Enchmo: Very good experience, got an eye exam and prescription glasses. The eye exam was excellent and thorough with a very kind bedside manner. And excellent advice on the glass selection. Will return indeed :)

Warby Parker: what do users think?

A. S. Kennedy: I came in after 30 days with my glasses and needed changes. The staff were super helpful and made all the changes I needed. They even saved me some money, which was super cool.

Raiza Lisboa: I’ve been a customer of Warby Parker for more than 6 years, and this store has the most helpful staff I’ve experienced. I’ve been here a few times now, for eye exams, to get new glasses, and to repair old ones, and every time I have gotten a top notch experience. Tay, Aïssatou, and Anika were extremely kind and helpful, and I’m so glad there’s a WP in the neighborhood!

Sonny Park: I went to get my glasses adjusted and the clerk seemed to do it until I found out that she was scratching my frames. The other clerk told me it was because my frame was brushed with black paint. Do you not have instructions to adjust frames that are painted? It’s your product! Worse, the clerk who scratched my frame went missing without an apology and her colleague tried to cover for her but no one apologized until I was super upset. Worst Warby Parker experience ever.

Costco Optical Department: what do users think?

Meghan Savercool: I had a great experience here. Dr. Jones gave me an eye exam and fitted me for contacts. She was so warm and friendly. It was very easy in and out. I also ordered glasses - also very quick and convenient. The woman who helped me was wonderful. Definitely recommend!!

Lageneia LaRochelle: I returned contacts that were never used and requested them not be sent to my home. When I returned the items in their original shipping package Ms. Lisa J gave me a hard time about me turning the items after they where at the optical department for over a year. I made several attempts so tweak my contracts to get the correct combination. The Optical department did call several time within the year to let us know the contacts we their. I always responded that we have not gotten the correct combination for our contact and we were working with Doctor to tweak them. The last conversation was a call from Ms. Lisa J who said," if you don't to this today I will send the contacts to the address on fill." I called a couple hours after the call and told the young man to tell the manager that called not to send the contacts. Just send them back for a refund to our Flex spending account. He said he would give her the message. Yesterday I went to return the contacts and Ms. Lisa J said she was there then I left message not to send the contacts and that he told me that she sent the package already. That conversation didn't happen. He never told me that the package was sent. Ms. Lisa J refused to refund my money after I requested a refund several times. I continued to tell of my attempt so get the combination of contacts with the Doctor and that I just gave up and wanted a full refund of the purchase price the contacts. Finally you agreed to refund by money after I asked what is your policy and she said there wasn't any for this situation. She went on to ask if I still wanted to wear contracts and my reply was that this has been a horrible experience and I no longer wanted to attempt to wear contacts. She went on to say is was a horrible experience for us both. I feel that her approach of raising her voice, arguing, improper comments, shows her inability to be professional. I will never use that Optical department again.

Temi Akinrefon: I really like them - the team there (Lisa, Samantha, Jonathan, Kofi) really care that you're happy with your frames - I've spent over 45 minutes trying on 13 pairs of frames, and they gave me their honest opinion each time. They were also kind enough to sit with me and help me understand how to get the most out of my insurance, as they don't accept it. Selection: I actually liked the selection - you can talk to the team managing the optics center and they'll let you know when they get a new round of frames in. If you have the order number for a set you were looking at, they will be glad to order the frame (if it's available on backorder). I've not used the optometrist (I have to use an ophthalmologist), but the team spoke highly of her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I had a very pleasant experience. Most important - I bought two pairs of glasses there for the cost of one pair!

Aletha Crocker: I was scheduled a next day appointment, which I arrived for early, only to have a walk in go ahead of me. When I was finally called by Dr. Jones she proceeded to tell me that because I haven't worn glasses in 2+ years that she didn't feel comfortable examining me for contacts (because it was her preference) which I have been wearing since I was 17. It is very unprofessional to try to force your beliefs on to a customer who is paying for their beliefs. Glasses are not for everyone and neither are contacts, but if you schedule me an appointment for contacts I am expecting to get contacts service. It's ok to let the patient know about information but to deny someone service because of what you believe is very unprofessional. I will be keeping my Costco membership however I will never step foot in the Opthalmologist department.

Yvonne Wilson: This was the best experience I’ve had getting an eye exam. They didn’t have to dilate my eyes to get the full picture! Taking my whole family back!

Marie Ricketts: Love Gregory he was nice he made sure I knew all I needed to know. My love made sure he took me to where he went to make sure I had my glasses done right. It was a great experience

Ed Moore: From the ordering of the glasses to the pick up the staff made it a great experience!

Bryant Getzel: Unorganized, constant miss information, long waits, and staff that could care less if you bought there or took your business else where.

Mischelle Woodfork: It stays open late

Warby Parker: what do users think?

Katie Lund: Emily (and Lisa) couldn’t have been nicer or more kind! She was informative and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. The easiest glasses purchasing experience ever. I will be back!

MORGAN MONROE: Malcolm Botts was so helpful picking out my new glasses and Rx sunglasses today. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of applying my VSP insurance and FSA benefits later with the provided forms.

Federico Cura: Warby Parker was great when my glasses broke n sent me a replacement at no cost bc it happened within 1 yr of purchase. Even though it was my fault, WP provided great customer service n made it completely hassle free. I love WP n highly recommend it!! BTW, I keep getting compliments on my light blue frames.

David Galper: Went to this location today to purchase a pair of sunglasses for my daughter. Malcolm did an excellent job fitting the glasses to her face, but also adjusted/tightened my WP reading glasses by (patiently) replacing the arm hinge screws; they are perfect now. I highly recommend this location based on the superb service we received.

Daniel Sweeney: Have to admit, before I came in I really did not know much about Warby Parker. I have been looking for a new pair of sunglasses for a little while, and just wasn't seeing anything in the style I wanted, for the right price. I normally were sporty pairs from Oakley, and was looking for something different. We were down in Georgetown doing some shopping and decided to stop in to see some of their styles and if they were running any deals. They had free ice cream that day, which was great to have while trying on shades. But I was so impressed with their selection, and I found 3 different pair of sunglasses I was actually prepared to buy. I finally decided on one, and I went to the table to check out. The staff was friendly and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted to get me a new clean pair. The price for a beautiful pair of Polarized sunglasses was excellent, and I could not be happier with them. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back when I am in the market for a new pair.

Katrina Eyler: Great glasses selection and supportive staff! I bought my first pair of glasses at WP 3 years ago. When I come back into the store the staff has all my information saved making it a seamless experience. The staff took care of me when my glasses broke with exceptional support. I will be a life long WP customer.

Emir Sfaxi: Warby parker experience is overall deceiving and disappointing. First, I need to admit that the staff is nice and genuine. However, they could be incompetent. Here is my experience with Warby Parker: I ordered my glasses and payed, they suggested a $30 addition to the lenses (that is never mentioned on their websites, they advertise as all in thin lenses). When I complained about it, I was reimbursed by the store manager for the extra I payed (+1 to Warby Parker). I received the email notification that my glasses were ready. I went the following day to pick up my glasses and found out that they did a mistake on the prescription! (they had it scanned by did enter the references on the wrong column). They reordered my glasses and confirmed that they will come back in 4 business days. I never heard from them. I had to call myself the customer service to ask why they are taking so much time! The customer service said they did a mistake on the order again! I waited more time and sent an email, that of course, they didn't respond to. I went finally to pick-up my glasses yesterday, ordered on November 3rd, received on November 20th. The technicians adjusting the frames were again nice, but incompetent. I finally have my glasses, they are not well adjusted. I wouldn't recommend Warby Parker, poor customer service, staff that lacks professionalism. It's cheap and honestly appears to be a great quality product, but the experience in the store and with the customer service are just horrible.

Marie-B CDA: A great selection of frames at a very affordable price. They have ophthalmologists in two other locations. Danny is the wonderful optician who take care of my husband. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. She knew right away the frame that will fit my husband's face shape. The whole experience was a smooth and agreeable journey. Thanks Danny!

Vishal Sinha: This is a nice looking store for buying prescription glasses. For a long time I have been suckered in to following groupon/ living social to buy a discount deal at local prescription glasses stores so that I can afford good pair of prescription glasses. But Warby Parker has most definitely disrupted the premium prescription eyeglasses business. They have a ood selection of frames at a very reasonable and affordable price. I did get my eye exam done at a different place and came in to the store with the prescription. The store employees helped me pick couple of good frames that go well with my face shape and requirements. Ordering and shipping process was good too; and my glasses showed up at my home in 7-8 days. I did have to take in one of my prescription sunglasses to the store to have it fitted correctly. But the rest of the orders were perfect. I was even able to use the itemized bill (in the shipping box) to get reimbursed by my vision plan provider. Update: I believe the location in Shaw now offers eye exams too!
Response: Thanks for visiting us in store and for writing this review—we're so glad you enjoyed the experience with us! As you mentioned, we do have eye exams at our Shaw location now, so feel free to make an appointment via phone or online down the line as needed. In the meantime, feel free to let us know if any questions come up. We're happy to help!

Scout Pruski: The staff here is wonderful and so friendly! Came in twice to pick out a brand new frames, pricing was excellent and store is wonderfully laid out and designed. Really cannot overstate just how welcoming everyone here is and how wonderful their customer service is. Will definitely be coming here for all optical needs in the future.
Response: Hi Scout! Thanks so much for visiting us at our Georgetown store and for writing a review—we truly appreciate the kind words. We’re thrilled you had a great experience and hope you love your new glasses! If there’s anything we can help with down the line, please feel free to reach out to us at social@warbyparker.com. We hope to see you again soon!

Dr. Stephen Lobaugh Eye Rx: what do users think?

A S: Dr. Lobaugh seems very good but the office leaves a lot to be desired. You can call and be on hold forever. And the optician side of things - my experience was completely disastrous and it literally took months to get a simple pair of glasses due to many mixups on their part and the lab that makes their glasses. The doctor is good but I would steer clear of the optical section AT ALL COSTS.
Response: Hello. I am sorry that this is the experience you had. This is not the level of service that we strive to provide. Please email alee@eyerx.com. We would love to make this better for you.

Mimi M.: I arrived at the office on 9/1/2021. There is underground parking nearby. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice receptionist who assisted with my check-in. I was delighted to see that my wait time was minimal before I was called to be seen. Dr. Lobaugh is everything you want in an eye doctor. He was timely, pleasant and explained the tests/results clearly. I would recommend this provider.
Response: Hi Ernestine. We appreciate your feedback and business. We are glad to hear that you had an amazing experience. Thank you for entrusting us with your eye care needs!

Debbie: I felt like I was actually checked out by a real doctor. Received a thorough exam that revealed more than I ever knew about lifelong characteristics about my eyes that no other optometrist ever shared with me. Eye doctor visits are typically just a once a year or every other year event for me.. and that's primarily influenced by what my doctor tells me requires my attention or follow on care. Dr. Lobaugh is exceptional. I wish he could be my primary care physician as well! He took his time with the examination, he asked questions that helped me think more about how my eyes have been behaving (you know the stuff you don't really think about or take notice of), he checked and re-checked certain characteristics of my eyes and offered recommendations that were not forced. I feel like I know more about my eyes and what to continue to monitor than ever before. Optician was also very nice and thorough in assessing how my new lenses should sit. Great group of people.
Response: Hi Debbie, glad you had a great experience. Thanks for the review

Julye Williams: Dr. Lobaugh and his team are great - they are punctual, thorough, and really know what they are doing. They also have great customer service. They explained all of the tests they were running, what they were checking for...overall one of her best eye doctors I've had.

Jim Riley: I have been seeing Dr Teller for my eye condition for around 20 years. He has been unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend his practice.

Wood Privacy: First, they'll schedule you for a "standard" checkup and exam, then once they've got your eyes dilated and you're a little disoriented, dazed, and confused, they'll rapidly start ordering additional "necessary" procedures. Now, granted, these might be necessary, and to their credit, they were thorough, but read on... What I found most appalling, after it was all said and done, is that I was taken - still dialted and disoriented - to the "for-profit" side of the business where they immediately tried to upsell expensive exotic vitamins and eyewear. Don't believe me? Walk into the lobby and you can clearly see the dividing line between the "care" side with the check-in desk and the "profit" side with the eyewear. Which side will you land on after your exam? After their attempt to upsell me, I left the place with a sick feeling in my stomach as if being taken advantage of. But the fun didn't end there: a few weeks later in the mail arrived a $500+ bill! Yay. Happy Thanksgiving! A few calls later I find out that the claims weren't even sent to my insurance provider. Maybe they thought I'd just bend over and pay? Maybe that's what high rollers on K Street normally do? Maybe it was an incompetent clerical error? Maybe that's standard operating procedure? In my personal opinion I left feeling that Eye Rx and Dr. Teller represent all that is wrong with the healthcare system in the US today: it's not about care, it's about profit. Edited on 12/2/2019
Response: Thank you for your review. We are really sorry that your experience wasn’t what you expected. We always do our best to deliver the best medical care possible at the least financial burden to our patients. Please give us a call directly so that we can work out a resolution. Sincerely, Dr. Teller

Kelly Ryan: I have been an EyeRX customer for six years. They are quick, kind, and supportive. Even after I was assigned outside of the U.S. for work, they continued to support my eye care needs. So great!

Ms. Jackson: Per usual, EyeRx gets it right! That said, the best part of my three visits (yes, I was that terrified) is that I can now wear contact lenses, thanks to the tutelage of Ryen. Not only was she an incredible teacher, but her patience with me was greatly appreciated. After MUCH trepidation about using/wearing contact lenses, Ryen was able to coax this non-believer that wearing contacts is as easy as riding a bike (well, almost:)). Not only did she help me find a method for inserting the lenses, but she also made me a pro at getting them out! Thank you for your teaching skills and remarkable patience! Ryen isn’t just a pleasant face to see at a visit; she’s also the contact guru.

Lindsey Hill: I always love going to see Dr Lobaugh and his staff. Everyone is beyond pleasant and accommodating. Everything is very informative and easy from beginning to end.

Taren Russell: Dr. Teller has changed my life! He’s the best eye doctor in DMV area hands down.

idoc Optical: Nastaran Khoshbin Golriz, OD: what do users think?

Shahin Behnamian: This was my first visit to idoc for a medical condition and I will be coming back for regular eye appointments every year. Dr. Golriz is super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are attentive and caring. I couldn’t ask for more. They actively worked to help me understand my insurance benefits. My eyes and wallet are both happy. Thanks idoc!

Kyle Klein: I recently switched to idoc Optical after going to a chain eyeglass store for years. The experience was fantastic, and I only wish I had started coming to Dr. Golriz and the team sooner! The customer service team was professional, friendly, and helped me figure out the best frames for me. They also made sure to get me the best deal possible with my insurance. Dr. Golriz was also great and helped identify an updated prescription and needed follow-up care. I'm looking forward to being a patient and client for years to come.
Response: Thank you so much! We are very happy that you decided to take a chance on us. We look forward to providing you care for years to come!

Zach Williams: I’m a loyal iDoc customer. My eye exams have always gone great, I like the stylish options they offer for frames, and the customer service is really great. Recently I stopped in without an appointment to get my frames adjusted, and the staff helped me and had them done in 10 minutes.
Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your kind feedback! We appreciate your loyalty and will strive to continue earning it. It’s always a pleasure!

Afshin Sepehri: I was recommended to see idoc by a friend. I finally made an appointment to see Dr. Nastran Golriz. Dr. Golriz is a true professional who examined my eyes thoroughly with patience and care. I used to go to one of the chains but I have now converted. I was so happy with the service that I decided to purchase three pairs of frames with progressive lenses from idoc. I am quite picky about my glasses but their team made it very easy for me to pick my frames, place the order and then adjust as needed. So far it has been a great experience.
Response: Thank you, Afshin! We truly value your feedback and will continue to strive to be worthy of your praise.

J.E. Fulmer: Nasim and Anthony demonstrated excellent customer care by working with me in searching for the best frames idoc either had in stock or could be ordered to fit my specifications. Instead of feeling rushed, they dedicated considerable time in fully exploring and evaluating shape and color options suited for me.

Steve Jenter: I'm new in town and was looking for an eye doctor. I found idoc online and went a few days ago for my yearly eye exam. Dr. Golriz spent a lot of time with me which I am not used to. Last year I went to myeyedr and they rushed me out of there and tried to force me to buy glasses, so this was a really nice change of pace! Love the location (right next to Verizon center) and the store itself. Very classy! I'm so happy that I found a good doctor that I will be coming to for years.
Response: Thanks, Steve! Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance :)

citygirldc: Always a good experience. Takes time and care on ensuring my vision health. Great selection and recommendations on frames from attentive staff. Highly recommend.
Response: You are too kind!!! We are so thrilled that you’ve had great experiences with us and will continue to do everything in our power to ensure your health and happiness!

Juan Garcia: I visited from out of town last week since my glasses broke and I was in need of a new pair. The staff were super helpful in helping me find something new and even put in new prescription lenses right there on the spot. I was in and out of there in an hour! They were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Just a fantastic experience. If I ever move to DC, I know where to come!

MiMi e: After a horrible, expensive, money wasted experience for glasses I can not use, with a nearby practice, I chose idoc. I now have 3 more pair I can not read or use the computer with. The doc kept me for an extended time & even asked for an additional exam upon pickup. However, she never confirmed why this was requested, even though I asked repeatedly about any concerns. I agree they have an unusual frame selection and the staff is friendly until they are tired of answering questions. I also agree that their calculations with the bill is suspect as I had to review & question charges repeatedly. I am now experiencing problems that are severe & believe it should/could have been caught sooner. If you have any concerns & don't get a reasonable answer, just leave as there is no point in trusting after that.
Response: Hi Mimi, unfortunately we don’t have a patient in our database by your name and are unable to respond accordingly. Please verify that you have the right office. If you are certain that it was our office, we apologize for any confusion and would be more than happy to help resolve any issues or answer any questions that you may have. Our doctor will sometimes ask a patient to come in the exam room upon glasses pickup if the patient needs an adjustment to their prescription or to just verify that they are comfortable with their new prescription. As for our billing, this is determined by insurance companies and is something over which we do not have control. However, we are certainly able to provide insight and can follow up with the insurance company should we not be able to answer any questions sufficiently. Again, please verify that you have the right office. If so, please contact us at 202-347-7990 so that we may help resolve any issues. If not, we’d love the opportunity to provide you with care. Either way, we look forward to hearing from you.

John and Devon Bailey: Highly, highly recommend. Not only is the doctor fantastic and very caring, the front office staff is terrific! Both of us went for examines, one got glasses the other contacts. The whole team takes their time with you, answers questions and is very thorough. Top to bottom a really great experience.
Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to describe your visit with us! We are thrilled to hear that you both had a great experience and hope to see you back soon! Happy holidays!!!

Fashion Optical: what do users think?

Sofia Cuadros: Osama was so helpful and polite. I came in as a walk in and he immediately offered help and got to work. It took less than five minutes and he was so knowledgeable even pointed out that the screw I had wasn’t the right one and that’s why my glasses felt so loose. I will definitely be returning. The customer service was great I highly recommend this place. It is also placed in such a convenient location in the city. It will def become my go to.

Ariel Shalin: Very grateful to Fashion Optical. I bent my glasses and they were able to quickly and effectively fix them without an appointment and on a Sunday no less—when practically no glasses shops are open in this town. I’ll be sure to revisit this store for my future glasses needs.

Rufat Aghayev: Nicest staff. They fixed my sunglasses in 3 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it.

Dom-i-neek: Bought a pair of eyeglasses from Fashion Optical that had amazing UV lenses. Am very satisfied at the quality of the eyeglasses. The man who sold me the items had a great personality; was very knowledgeable about eye health and was not the least bit pushy for the sale. I recommend this place for anyone needing eye health advice.

Benjamin Satloff: I had an amazing experience and great customer support! Both my normal glasses and my sunglasses were bent out of shape, and I walked inside fully expecting to need to buy two new pair of glasses. Instead, I was immediately seen, and after 5 minutes of bending the glasses in different directions with a careful hand, they were good as new...and free of charge! Seriously speaking, really amazing work here and the staff is incredible. They are trained professionals and truly know what they are doing, and are super fair with pricing. I will definitely be going back with any future glasses concerns, and would highly recommend that any one else does so as well.

Kevin Samalo: Eye examination was alright. I thought this was a good deal but wait until you see the prices of the frames and lenses. They are above $200. I still paid ~$300 in the end. Do not be fooled by the 'branded' frames they have. We would not know whether it is original or not either way. The quality of the frame in the display was different from what I get. It's less than 6 months and it was broken. I tried to get a warranty replacement but they do not have any accidental coverage. I mean really, for 'branded' glasses that cost more than $200. I just do not expect any calls from them regarding the warranty. So I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I did, thinking this is a really good deal!

Amanda Pedrick: Stopped in because my glasses (not purchased there) kept slipping, I never had them adjusted. I walked in not sure if they would be able to do it. But sure enough the gentleman who greeted me did it free of cost. Great customer service! Thank you

Mr Delta: The manager from Fashion Optics is wonderful, he took care of me by setting up an appointment with my busy schedule and making me feel welcomed. The optometrist was great, didn't take long to decode my eye prescription, received the frames I exactly wanted and bought a few more items on the side. 5 STARS

Melissa Abel: Great walk in service to fix my sunglasses quickly!

Joseph Daniel: Purchased my glasses in January and over four months later still don't have them. Why? First, they said it was delayed 4 weeks by the manufacturer. Then they said there was an error at the place that makes the lenses. They then made me come in for a new eye exam but they never conducted an eye exam they just looked at the glasses while I was there and said that they looked like the wrong Rx so they sent them back. After all this time they are now saying I'm no longer eligible for a refund. Total scam. DO NOT GO HERE.

Visionworks: what do users think?

Quatta Ryder: The service and eye exam was good customer service was okay however I wish I did my homework on the price of the contacts. I paid $90 a box for year supply of Precision 1 contacts on EZContacts.com $58. or on 1800contacts.com $66.39 and I still bit the bullet and said I must do better. Now my glasses have been delayes twice and Vision works does not price match. This was my first and will be my last experience with this company I'd rather pay the out of network fees.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Quatta! Please email us any additional details and your contact information to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Sana Awan: The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I never even made it into the store. Prior to my visit, I called to check if my insurance had been verified. The woman who picked up the phone (Taiwanda?) was extremely rude. She told me they were unable to verify my insurance and I needed to come in and show my insurance card. I asked if I could email my insurance card over, because I did not want to waste my time going there if they did not accept my plan. She stated “visionworks does not *do* email”… Um excuse me?? What year are we living in? Any reputable medical office would want to verify your plan prior to you coming in as to not waste your time or theirs. You truly need to train the admin staff there, as I can see from many reviews they are extremely rude and unprofessional.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service! Please email us any additional details including your full name, phone number and store location to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Madison Beltz: This was such a horrible ordeal/experience that I would be remiss to not post a warning for others ... From the jump, I was scheduled (unknowingly) for a telehealth appointment at this location for a routine eye exam/new contacts, but with no doctor on staff. First problem. What kind of doctor's office has no doctor in person/on staff? Moreover, why wouldn't we be told? I had a few complaints about how my contacts had been feeling/my eye health so had to return the next week because I couldn't be examined through a computer screen (obviously?). So I had to pay for a follow up. Awesome. Weeks pass and more and more problems continue as I'm diagnosed with an eye condition requiring meds. During the next three weeks, the doctor routinely shows up late to every appointment, each appointment is consistently late and rescheduled (in this whole ordeal, I was never once taken on time. Consistently 20-30+ minutes late.). All of this culminated in one day standing outside in the rain for 20 minutes for my 10:20 am appointment with the place locked, lights off. It opens at 10am. Absolutely inexcusable. This place has 0 regard for people's time and energy. In all, I was too far deep to just leave and go somewhere else but the staff is clearly horrifically managed and I will never return. I am shocked this place can survive with the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen or experienced. Also, let it be known that I was never anything but polite, but even I have a limit. This was that.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Madison! Please email us any additional details and your contact information to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Tiffany Jones: Most frustrating doctors appointment on my roster. I’ve always had to wait at least 15mins for my appt, they have the most antiquated patient management processes (including only being able to fax information after neglecting to put in my online account several times), and they’re constantly clearly trying to upset you on expensive products. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Tiffany! Please email us any additional details and your contact information to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Kevin Lees: Scheduled an appointment for today at 4 pm. Have email confirmation. Walk in, and they try to tell me it's at a different location (it's not). They then try to ask me to reschedule instead of honoring the appointment or even just apologizing for wasting my time. One of the most unprofessional and inconsiderate things I've seen from a medical office. It's a busy day, I didn't need a one-hour goose chase (and didn't need to waste $20 on the Lyft). Not the first snafu we've had with this location, sadly. Obviously some real issues with their scheduling system.

CRIMSONRIOT: I ordered a pair of glasses almost a month ago and the experience to actually place the order was great. I got my glasses way faster than expected and I was very satisfied. However, my contacts I ordered and paid up-front for have been stuck in "pending" status for nearly a month (I ordered on the 2nd of November, it is now the 29th). Every time I go by the store, the girls working there have a rude attitude and say "well you will have to come by another time as the contacts manager isn't here and I cannot get into the cabinet where they store them to see if your order is here." I have called with a receipt and order number and they could care less about helping me. But they had no problem taking my money. I wear daily contacts and I have been out for other a month. VERY annoyed and disappointed.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service! Please email us any additional details and your contact information to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Matthew Anderson: Scheduled an appointment and unfortunately do traffic delays was 10 minutes late, I was told I needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for later in the day. I arrived on time and the receptionist then told me that she couldn't pull my insurance information because I didn't have a member ID. I explained that it is the last for digits of my SSN but she said that didn't work and I would have to call my insurance AND RESCHEDULE AGAIN. I call my insurance and they confirmed that my memberID number was indeed my SSN and that this location had pulled my benefits on the day I was in the store!!! What a waste of time. My patience is done. I will taking my time and patience to another location for service. This has been the worst experience for a routine eye exam.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Matthew! We'll forward it to higher management and look into this right away.

Lexi Gu: Perfect experience at visionworks here. Tele doctor service provided for eye exams and the on-site doctor was also kind and explained things clearly. Great and friendly staff here too! Daja was super helpful and friendly. She helped me ordering the contact lenses at a good price! Highly recommended.
Response: We are so happy to hear this!!! We truly appreciate you taking the time to give us such a fabulous review!

Rachel Withington: I hadn't gotten an eye exam in a few years, but Visionworks on K St NW totally exceeded my expectations! The entire process was very efficient, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Siva took time to explain everything to me and was very personable. Sharone was also extremely helpful and very nice, making sure that I got the best deal on my new glasses. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my vision-related needs! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the DC area.
Response: We're very happy to hear this, Rachel! Thanks for sharing your experience.

Bronte McMillan: Schedule a appointment in July 2020 to be examined for eye contacts! Front desk representative called me yesterday on October 20,2020 to pick up. Or it will be sent back by the following Tuesday. My 6 months supply box of contacts. Called to ask why did it take so long to inform me. As to why I’m receiving the contacts so late. The representative is acting dumbfounded. Changing my VisionWork location. Unprofessional and unorganized. & Paid out of pocket.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Bronte! Please email us any additional details and your contact information to customerservice@visionworks.com. We'll look into this right away.

Warby Parker: what do users think?

Kyle Murdoch: I've bought glasses here several times and they are helpful and easy to work with, and have a variety of frames. Also, far less expensive than most storefront eyeglass stores and provide far more support for their services than others (e.g My Eye Dr, which is the worst).

Nick B: The staff made buying glasses a real pleasure. That is the first time, in over 30 years, that I have truly enjoyed the process of buying new glasses. AJ and Zahira were absolutely great!

Rhonda Pikaart: Buyer beware, my coating always comes off on their lenses and don't go to Warber to get new lenses only! Come on Warby Parker, you can do better! Have you ever tried to get your forever on the planet, plastic frames new prescription lenses only from Warby Parker? No? Well that is because you cannot! They refuse to sell just the lenses! You must buy the frames and glasses again! So incredibly wasteful, bad for the environment! I kept asking the manager and they said no. My frames are fine, but this is the 2nd time the coating has peeled off on the lenses from Warby Parker. They offer a $50 rebate to order a new pair and I like them so much. I did it, although annoyed. Mistakenly, they processed the order twice. So I called customer service to see if I could just return the frames and pay for the 2nd pair of lenses, since they were already made and would just be tossed. I mean it is my Rx, who can use them? They still said no. They said there is no way to process it in the system. I mean really? How wasteful and unaccomadating. Where is your customer service Warby Parker? Just do an override for goodness sakes! BAD BAD RETAIL. Shame on you making us pay for more than we need and putting more plastic on the planet. BAD BAD customer sercvice, not letting me pay for your mistake. I even wrote to customer service, same answer, 3 times, they just say no. I will now definitely think twice about Warby, in fact, maybe I will just buy the frames there and get the lenses elsewhere from now on. My Eye Dr. has no problem with ordering new lenses ever!
Response: Hi Rhonda, thank you for reaching out with your feedback. We no longer replace lenses in existing frames because the service didn’t provide the best experience for our customers. In full transparency, the lens replacement process took longer than we’d like and, at times, left customers without their glasses for an extended period of time. We are so sorry that you've experienced these issues with the lens coatings, and we will certainly pass this feedback along to our quality assurance team. We also apologize for the processing error made by our Customer Experience team, and for the overall frustration this experience has caused. Thanks again for reaching out to share your feedback.

Xiomara Vanegas: Was a bit nervous going to the Bethesda location because of some of the negative reviews I had read prior to my visit. However, I had a positive experience. I arrived at 11:15am, and the store was already pretty busy. I was greeted as soon as I entered and was offered assistance every so often while looking at glasses. While I was deciding on the glasses, I heard other customers ask questions and the employees were extremely polite and seemed helpful. Once I decided on a pair of glasses, an employee assisted me very quickly. I really appreciated them not pressuring me into purchasing extra things, like other retailers do. They simply asked "yes or no" and moved on to the next question. I was literally done with the check out process in less than 5 minutes. Can't speak to the quality or durability of the glasses just, yet.

Ricky Walker: I had a great experience here. I have purchased from Warby before, when they didn’t have many locations, and was pleased to see I could come in to have my glasses adjusted. They have an Apple-like customer service set-up where someone near the door has a tablet and greets you and checks you in. I browsed for maybe five minutes and then was called to the desk. The man that made my adjustments was kind, quick and thorough. What more can you ask for? Oh- and the location can’t be beat!

Josh Kurtz: Terrible customer service and incompetent optician, DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THIS STORE. I have purchased Warby Parker glasses in the past and had a great experience with customer service at the Georgetown and Shaw Stores (Washington, DC). After my prescription expired I went to the Bethesda store to get my new pair. This was a HUGE MISTAKE. The staff at this store do not even come close to rising to the quality at the other locations where I purchased my glasses in the past. When I went to pickup my glasses after purchase and upon putting them on I became instantly nauseous, when I told the optician (and manager) she became visibly annoyed and blamed me for giving them the wrong prescription. I pulled the prescription up to verify and once we compared them she told me that there was nothing wrong with the glasses and they met the prescription. She begrudgingly sent the glasses back for adjustments (although no new measurements were taken, or really any sort of troubleshooting). When they returned I went to pick them up. I immediately had the issue persist. The same optician bent the glasses over the nose and it made a slight bit of positive difference (having worn them for longer I realized it made no difference other than making them very uncomfortable). In hindsight I wish I had asked for a refund. I was swayed by the opticians insistence that I just needed to "get used to the new prescription". I had no issue adjusting to the new prescription in my contacts. I have since realized that there is a ripple or some sort of defect in the left lens that distorts what I see, but had to figure that out by wearing them and feeling awful. I have reached out to corporate about my issue, but nothing they do will change my opinion of this particular store. Too bad because I like the brand and have had great experiences at other stores. Great glasses at Warby Parker but NEVER purchase them from this store.
Response: We're sorry for your experience, and will be sure to pass the feedback along. Please email social@warbyparker.com if you'd like to chat further—we'd love to follow up.

Skye: So far so good! Paid $126 for a pair of reading glasses that LensCrafters was going to charge me close to $500! No, they don’t carry designer frames, but the ones I got are great looking and the prescription/lenses are perfect! Will pick up a pair of distance glasses this weekend:) Done with rip off LensCrafters...

Yiqing Maggie Hou: This place is a joke. My lenses fell off 1st time, they used bare hand to fix/twist the lenses/frames (almost broke my lenses); then my lenses fell off 2nd time so I left my glasses at the store for them to fix-they haven’t called me back yet (they didn’t care) after a few days at the same time persuaded me to buy a new pair b/c they were unable to fix mine. Of course, I wasn’t surprised - they were extremely unprofessional, they didn’t even had a proper tool to fix my glasses! Their glasses didn’t even last long enough (Max 2 years or less). All of their customer support staffs wear glasses to look cute - but they are not that capable nor knowledgeable to fix my glasses. Very millennial type of store, I am very disappointed ☹️! !

Robert Allison: The brand is cool, I like the style and they are affordable, the staff are great, but the most important thing, the quality, is poor. I have two pairs and take really good care of them, better than any other glasses I've owned. Yet I have to replace the lenses of both in just over a year! I've never had this problem w glasses purchased from an optometrist. I think the Warby brand is possibly all fad, and low quality. You get what you pay for. So buyer beware

J.D. Myers: Really great customer service. greeted warmly and, within 5min, was watching Rich pop the lenses out of some bent frames I purchased online to then put in a fresh set -- while adjusting them to fit my freakin' face perfectly (pretty hard with lopsided elephant ears). Oh right. And it was gratis. Tip all service.
Response: We're happy to hear we could get you into a more comfortable pair! Please let us know if we can help with anything down the line.

Warby Parker: what do users think?

John Wrench: The people at this location are helpful and the frames are nice. Unfortunately, even if you bought frames/lenses from the store, they will make you buy an entirely new set of frames if you want to change the prescription after 6 months. They could just as easily change your lenses after 6 months without making you buy new frames - they could even charge a fee. This policy is just greedy. I’ve bought several pairs of glasses from Warby Parker and will find somewhere else.

Brandon Hare: The last time I was there, the fact I couldn’t see didn’t stop me from being able to clearly see how happy, warm, and willing to help every employee was from the moment I walked in the door. Even as the first employee was helping someone, she stopped and let me know I would be helped shortly. Two seconds later the sweetest lady approached me from behind the counter, mind you I’m at the front of the store at this point, she walks me back and we get started. My glasses were stepped on so she instantly started trying to fix it. Luckily I was in warranty and was able to get them replaced! I told her the story of how it happened while recording a skit, I was even able to share it with her. The manager ended up coming out of the back, another super friendly and helpful face even from behind the mask. We got on the topic of my watch business and they gave me great feedback which I always appreciate. And the icing on the 3 tier German chocolate cake was they expedited the delivery free of charge. I promised I would leave an awesome review and I make an effort to be a man of my word. If this wasn’t text book customer care, the book needs to be rewritten. Thank you so much Warby Parker you have a lifetime customer in me.

Bernard Lo: People working there is not helpful. And they so much concern on their safe not to help the customer. You need to wait for long time. Even few person they are attending. And when you need to talk to the manager regarding your concern. You have to wait again to finish her break even you only need a little of her time. My only concern is my eyeglasses that I purchased doesn’t fit me well. And I need something that will fit me well. I hope I can find store that will attend to my concern and help me well. I think you need to evaluate people working on this branch. FYI
Response: Hi Bernard, thank you for reaching out and sharing this feedback. We are so sorry to hear about your experience, and we would love to discuss this further. When you have a moment, please reach out to us at social@warbyparker.com.

Caroline and Trav Foster: Visited the Alexandria store to look for frames for my daughter. With at least three associates working, nobody seemed interested in helping us. Basically it seemed like the store is more concerned with its image and hipster employees than in knowledgeably fitting glasses for customers. Maybe WP should have stuck to its initial online-only business model. Luckily a wonderful optician office had a much better selection for the same price point around the corner.

Cindy Calhoun: Actually a 5++++ Cileydi was very helpful in choosing my frames. When I received the complete set I could not see out of the left eye. I took the glasses to the store and met with the optician who was totally AWESOME!!! I am sorry that i did not note her name. She solved the problem by studying the lenses in my current glasses. My Optometrist wrote the script incorrectly and we called his office from the store to get a correct one. She had the glasses redone at NO CHARGE, which I felt was over the top! We should have charged my doctor. In addition, she had them sent expedited delivery. The virtual app to try them on via your phone was so very cool and easy . . . I'm 64 and am not tech savvy at all!!! Great business and I will spread the word!

Corinne Plough: Great experience getting my glasses adjusted at 6pm on a Saturday evening just an hour before close. Doing a great job with COVID changes and sanitization too! Some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered at a WP.

Gabor Korosi: Just left the store.Adela served me with professionalism, patience and kindness.People like her case businesses to succeed.Thank you Adela

Scott Collins: Great staff and frame styles but more expensive than expected.

Miguel Alvarez: Great people in the store. Super friendly and helpful!

Britt Hanley: Great staff and selection.

Visionworks: what do users think?

Kelly Gilliland: Best eye-doctor experience I have had yet. This was my first time to see this doctor, and it was worlds better than the last place I visited (which was NOT a VisionWorks location). Everyone here was very clear and helpful. And they figured out a new contact lens that was so much more comfortable in my eyes based on the curvature. I absolutely trust the people here and look forward to trying my new strength glasses. If you are seeking a new eye doctor, look no further!
Response: We are so happy to hear this!!! We truly appreciate you taking the time to give us such a fabulous review!

Jonathan Blanco: Awesome experience during my visit. Got a new insurance and place was recommended by my friend that actually works there. Jordan did an amazing job at walking through the appointment process and selecting my new glasses. The doctor did great as well by being attentive and a good listener. I will continue to do my visits at this store and overall satisfied with everything. Shoutout to the whole entire team

claudia zelaya: I recently got new insurance and was in need of a new prescription. I called to make an appointment and Jordan was very kind and flexible, he was able to get me in that same day. When I got to the store Vianka explained what my insurance covered and ways to get the most out of my insurance. A week later I received rd my glasses and they were perfect. I felt like they really cared about me and what I needed without having to spend a lot! Definitely recommend this location!

Michael Lee: This was my first eye exam and Dr Bhagat was super helpful assisting me with everything and any follow up questions that I had. I usually have bad white coat syndrome and get uncomfortable going to the doctors but she was great at keeping a calm environment and providing great care. The rest of the staff were great too, definitely glad to find a friendly place to come to for my eye care.

Annie S: Everyone in this Visionworks is friendly. Staffs are efficient, and the doctor was very easy to talk to. She was also helpful explaining about my current vision and how to maintain it better. After my exam, it took only a week to receive 2 pairs of eyeglasses.

Heena Patel: I've been to my fair share of optometrists in the DMV and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff were all very professional and helpful, without being pushy. Dr. Bhagat was really nice and did a great job at explaining what she was doing each step of the way. My husband and I will definitely return when we need another eye exam.

Naomie Germain: Honestly, the best place in town! Everytime I make an appt, I know its going to be quick, easy, informative and friendly. Staff is always efficient and kind and the doctor is awesome. If your insurance can cover, youre sure to find frames you love

Jazzy Jan: Dr. Bhagat was awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. All of the equipment was clean and sanitized. Monica, at the reception desk, was great! She was very kind and friendly. She scheduled my (last minute) appointment and emailed the registration documents to me in advance for a speedy check-in.

Tony Vasquez: Vianca has one of the best costumer service attitude to treat the clients. She makes visionworks a 5 start.

Tianrui Guan: Don’t even come to this place. I came in for a contact lenses prescription and they ask you to take a class for it, which is one month later. You have to wait for a month. Plus, no one tell you that you have to do the class until I show up in person after 1-hour driving for the appointment and 20 minutes’ waiting! I’m making the appointment and made it explicit that I need my contact lenses prescriptions, still, they let you come in to the store and tell you that you can get what you want today.
Response: We apologize for the issues in service, Tianrui! We'll forward it to higher management and look into this right away.
