The Nursing Assistant Academy: what do users think?

Caroline Jack: I just finished my CNA , and I’m so grateful I took it here because the support from Mrs Marks was so amazing, no matter the time of the day she will always respond back. This shows that she is indeed committed to her students. She made the course smooth even though it was challenging. If you really want to learn /becoming a nurse assistant this is the place to be, don’t hesitate it is worth it and price very reasonable.

Esther Nakulima: I highly recommend The Nursing Assistant Academy to anyone who has a busy schedule during the day. I have learned a lot from this school, the teachers are so good and they are ready to help. I thank the teachers who have been there for us. I thank Ms. Marks because she is really a great teacher and whenever I needed assistance, she responded quickly.

Emile Agha: I think the program was wonderful. It was well structured and intense. Kudos to Ms. Marks. The learning process has been rewarding. Even though the classes were taken online, the practical component was never undermined. I still want to appreciate the practical strategies which Ms. Marks put in place. It was outstanding! I will encourage anyone who wants to enroll in the program to take this opportunity and do it now. No need to procrastinate!

Syreeta Richards: The Nursing Academy is a great school, to attend. The class lesson is very detailed in what you need to know to pass the course. The Prof. Ms. Marks gave videos as well as PDF file to study the course materials. The videos Prof. Marks provided are detailed for you to pass your CNA skills test and your theoretical exams. Great school!

Care Counseling: This is great nursing assistant training program. Mrs. Marks has the professionalism, patience, understanding of the students. She coaches, supports, and provides plenty class materials for students understanding to fully grasp and succeed in the class. I am grateful to have found her program. One of the best MD state approved CNA. I recommend it to high school students and adult learners wanting to get started in healthcare.

Liseli Mubiana: Great Nursing Assistant Academy. It is fully online and you work at your own pace with the resources given. Miss Herma Marks was a wonderful instructor and guided us through each step even up to applying to the board. Videos were very informative and exams were always based on the textbook. Made me truly ready to become a CNA!!

Kengong Emelda Bari: Am very happy to be part and parcel of this great school where l did my CNA.This is a great school that l want to recommend for everyone that is looking forward to do CNA. There is nothing that busy schedule to enroll in the school because if you are unable to enroll in class you can do it online. All materials are posted and all videos for skill examination are also posted. It was a wonderful experience and recommend everyone to go and get this wonderful experience.

Dorcas Gborgbe: Someone recommended the school to me and I will also recommend this school to someone at first I was frustrated scared and Mrs Marks encourages me advising me and I did not miss the opportunity, that everything was OK , she help me to be confidence of myself she also explain to me how I can handle my reading and studying and that I should also be focus that really helps me I am so happy I was one of the family Nurturing assistance school. University of the District of Columbia Community College (UDC-CC): what do users think?

Henok D: The most terrible school I have ever been to. Both the main campus and the Community college are the same. A lot of slow, unprofessional, and rude staff who keep yelling at students when they are not even doing their jobs properly. I submitted a certain paper to the Financial Aid office and they told me they lost the paper after weeks that I had to pay about $1700 out of pocket. During the 2020 Pandemic, I tried to contact them as I was having difficulty to waive the Student Insurance that is provided through the school because I already had an insurance coverage; no one answered my call until it was due. And now Miss Gaskon told me that I have to pay about $1300 for the coverage I never needed. Mis Gascon was there in 2018/19 when I had the same issue; she helped me waive it then. I could not go to her office in 2020 be a of Covid restrictions. I tried to solve the issue communicating with them but nothing got better yet. I would not recommend anyone to go the UDC unless one needs a headache. I cannot deny that there are some great Professors such as Prof. Sonnie Abebaku. However, individuals are very helpful to us, it’s overall experience at the university that makes a difference in our academic lives. So far, my overall experience is just TERRIBLE!

Yesly Turcios: GLEN DOMINA rudest person ever if you are working under a facility and a Student is inquiring on information/assistance you should be able to provide that at your upmost ability but unfortunately that was not the case here..

Danny Hirschfield: I graduated UDC-CC with an AA degree in Liberal Studies Fall Class of 2015 Alumnus. This college really helped me develop my learning skills as I am an older non-traditional student that started as a freshman with very little prior knowledge and discipline in academia. I have transitioned to the UDC flagship campus pursuing my BA degree in Political Science as a pre-law student. This university is the most affordable place to get a good quality education being the only public higher learning institution in Washington, D.C.

Jamilya Allen: Okay So I applied about 3weeks to a month ago and I’ve yet to receive any papers informing me if I was missing any documents or etc. I’ve called at least 5 times a day for about two weeks straight leaving voicemail after voicemail and no one has yet to return my call not only did I call multiple times I have also emailed them multiple and no response. It’s ridiculous what’s the point of having an admissions office if they not even going to pick up the phone, guide you in the process of being admitted or anything else like you guys get paid to do nothing it’s sad.

h T: This University has only good professors! But getting a Bachelor from the UDC will not get you a job!! Their jobs faire is just to get a website from the companies and brochures lol!

Jordan Stewart: The financial aid lady with gray hair and dreads is disrespectful af. Most of the staff here are disorganized and rude. I disenrolled 2 months ago. When I went to disenroll the lady was eating crab legs in front of me. Come to find out she never really disenrolled me, and I had to go back up there today. Smh. I really wanted this to work bc I’m a Dc Resident but I’m enrolling at PGCC.

Quality First Career Center, Inc: what do users think?

Ineisha Badarou: I went to quality first career center in 2010 and I must say that was one of my best decisions. Everything I learned it started there and I was able to advance in the healthcare field all by taking that one step to be a CNA . The instructors are great and flexible payment options. I would recommend this school to anyone

S.Nicole: The CNA instructor Ms. Charity is the only reason I gave 3 stars. I wanted to do the GNA course and ended up being one of 2 in a class. Than I ended up being the only person. So what exactly am I paying for? I mean kudos for being kind of accommodating but at the same time I should have been given a discount. The videos are all old and need to be updated.

Rachida Njankouo: Very poor customer service

C Deleo: Don’t waste your money

DC Department of Aging and Community Living: what do users think?

orandra cotton: It is always difficult to see your parents age and become physically unable to do the things that once came so easily yo them. Consequently when my mom and me made the decision to allow me to become her care provider it was an emotional experience for me. From the very first contact with the dc office in aging staff person Jennifer and Shelia to the receptionist team greeting you in the office it has been so smooth and compassionate. Having worked for dc govt once I know this is not always the case. I want to commend this office and especially thank publically ms. Witherspoon and Harley for their professionalism.

kandi zanese: A mR Joseph. ALLEGRETTO TOOK a thousand dollars out of an old womans disability account in atlantic county nj- for a credit card that was charged off her credit report 13 years ago. Also The salem county jail in NJ told the nj transit bus company not to pick up four elderly people one was 75 from the desolate bus stop in woodstown nj. So the salem county jail could arrest them

University of the District of Columbia: what do users think?

Carolyn Taylor: This was a enjoyable experience, the seating was great for Covid safety . I would definitely attend an event here again

angel almonte: One of the best experiences I have had as a student. The professors were extremely helpful in guiding me to obtain an education . The facility is improving and they have an excellent student center. The student body is very a diverse population. The administration staff are as friendly. as you are to them. In other words if you act a fool than expect to be treated as one. 😊

C. M.: Took Spanish classes here for one year. I regret slacking on my Spanish.

Fomen Nursing Assistant Training Academy: what do users think?

Diana Meredith: Great instructor! He made the knowledge needed to pass the State CNA Exam, as well becoming a CMT, easy to understand using real-world examples and using class time effectively. The price of tuition is extremely reasonable and less money than I could find anywhere else. Plus, the course didn’t take a semester to complete! 5-week CNA! I am very grateful to have found Fomen Nursing Academy and would highly recommend!

Sunkissed: I attended Foman Nursing Academy. I am pleased that I was given the knowledge, and skills to further my qualifications from a CNA to GNA.

grld novales: They are bad at responding to my important emails and messages after graduate.

Kiara Brown: I don’t recommend this school, he bate you in, press up on you for money and does not submit your class list until he want once you finish the class. I’m very upset and angry and still waiting for my Cna to be active because he’s late on submitting my info

Love God: Positive: QualityExcellent school highly recommend very understanding and works very well with payments

Sam Schultz: Great place to get your CNA certification!

hannatu mamman: Good teaching skills, thorough and very considerate.

The George Washington University: what do users think?

Quinn Peters: This university is ruled out as a possible location for my children to attend. As long as that fraud of a justice Clarence Thomas has a professorship here, I’ll never give this place a red cent and I’ll pray every day for it’s ultimate failure.

Dominick Withanachchi: Love the way its situated. If you like a university in a big city, this is one of the best.

Garth Hedley: Amazing complex, beautiful buildings and friendly atmosphere.

Steven Zimmerman: an outstanding University for our son to obtain his Masters in Public Health

Anthony Scott: While the food was descent, the service was so so. Once the cashier finally paid attention to us and we were able to order, she was very friendly. But prior to taking our order, she continued to talk to another employee and chat about non work stuff and ignore customers. The sweet potato fries and grasshopper shake were very good.

Taylor Fain: Very disappointed in their response to covid. Forcing students who have children to go back into classes of 150 people. Very irresponsible and not taking safety seriously.
