They were absolutely fantastic -from the signing of the contract to our BIG event. Everyone had a blast and took them out of a boring Zoom meeting and into a Las Vegas Showroom with dealers, game hosts and every thing you can imagine. We were transported fir a few hours. The dealers who worked the party were awesome. They patiently explain the games to those who had never played before and kept the games lively by interacting with the players. Shannon Brown: Show Biz productions are the best casino company in the dmv . We had a casino emergency when another vendor cancelled on us 1 hour prior to the event. I was so hurt because the casino was our main feature. I then called Steve from Showbiz and in 1 hour Steve had a truck to us full of casino equipment and dealers he did this in an hourrrrr . The dealers were amazing funny and professional , Steve the owner even picked up dealers with no cars and brought them to the event AND he stayed as the pit boss . Im so grateful for them saving our event at PayPal . He is the best and we will never go with anyone else for any casino event because Showbiz Showed us they can do it all. Jamila Abdulkadir: This is where I come to when I wanna feel luxurious! 😝 It’s a great spot to spend the day with family. Lots of nice restaurants and bars at night. 🍹🍸 I really like the decorative themes they have close to the Casino 🎰 area and next to one of my favorite restaurants, Ginger. 🍲 There’s also lots of outdoor space to just enjoy the view of the national harbor area. 🎡

Denica C IG TravelingHangry (TravelingHangry): The casino is very nice. Bartenders made great drinks. I would come back here even if it is for dinner and drinks. This casino is huge.. it's crazy. Park in the lower levels for easy parking. There are plenty of roulette tables, poker, casino war and blackjack tables at varying price ranges. Everyone who worked there was great. It is crazy to me that the entrance bathrooms were dirty, definitely try to find another ones inside if you can help it

Mila Asuncion-Delfin: The Hotel Casino is very nice inside. We love to take pictures at their beautifully decorated lobby. Their guests rooms are very nice and clean, but everything is very expensive like other hotels in the area. Location wise is perfect. Close to everything. We love to go on Wednesday. They offer 50% off on F&B. The Casino is nice... they have nice machines and gaming tables, but I noticed that when you hit the bonus, it doesn't give you a higher payout like before, it's just a little bit even though I already spent a lot of money. They are also pushing inflation!

Obi Agubuzo: Stayed here with my wife for her birthday. Annoyingly, all the restaurants were closed the Sunday that we checked in. Our suite was awesome. My wife and I were pleased with every corner of the suite. Not the best view, but loved the floor to ceiling windows. Wonderful at night. The TV in the living room wasn't working properly the first day, but I fixed it myself by rebooting the cable box. My biggest annoyance is that I discovered, when checking out via the TV, that I was charged for using the mini bar well before we had even checked in, but we had never even opened it. I called the front desk to correct this. They sent someone up to open it and confirmed that it was an error. I was told that they would take care of the charge and that I can go ahead and checkout. I've yet to receive a refund.

amyandbrendan: No smoking, had an out door area for gambling outside. Felt safe. Christmas decorations were so beautiful! MGM always puts up the best! The lady at the front counter to get our players cards was super rude, and made us feel unwelcome. Other than her it was a great time. They should have more positive people working at the counter. That’s the first thing we see is a lady acting like she is in jail at work and hates it there and doesn’t like talking or helping. Luck we travel all over and know what quality casinos have. Couple bad employees shouldn’t change your decision to come here. Would be a 5 star but can’t… that lady way so rude

You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! MUTUMBO34: Start with the phrase: WORST CASINO EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! DO NOT GO..... Now that is out of the way. Let me explain. I have gambled all over the country and understand firstly and mostly your not supposed to win. So before anyone thinks that, let me make that clear upfront. This was the worst experience ever, the casino smelled, all waitress were ghost, the cashier was rude and point at me and places I ask about with his middle finger, poor selection of high limits slots, and absolutely the worst play and play back in slot I have ever experienced and that includes bingo halls. I played close to 5k no bonuses worth mentioning and they were 3 of them. I was told I would have to wait and catch the servers/waitress coming out of the back if I wanted a drink or go to the bar and essentially buy a drink if I wanted it fast. It was hot and humid and the place smelled HORRIBLE. It's like every I felt with mostly was in a bad mood or a chip on their shoulder. I truly expected more and thought it would be somewhat fun or relaxing but it was the opposite. Disrespect, felt robbed, hot, and bad experience. Take my money or treat me bad can't be BOTH. Can't speak to table games but good luck but set your standards low if you expect more from bigger casino chain than maybe the smaller ones in your town or state.

Crystal Mcintyre: We didn't stay at the hotel but the casino was excellent. I liked that there were dividers separating most of the machines. With covid back on the rise it was comforting. Very clean casino. Also ate at the food court & the food was good. The conservatory was very beautiful.

Marcus Dunn: It's fine - only go when I have guests in town but of course I lost money - thus my rating 🙃 The facility is very functional - ample parking (remember where you parked) and they have an outside smoking / slot area 🙏 Drink service is not robust. Jamie Robinson (Mr. Throwback Thursday): MGM National Harbor is a beautiful casino. The food prices aren't terrible for a casino, but they are higher than out in town. There is a very nice selection of eateries, you just have to know where to find them. MGM does a great job of keeping the "food court " away from the casino floor. If you want to think the casino is the only thing there, it's easy to do. In my experience, the slot odds are a little lower than a Vegas casino, but I think that is because they are the only game in town. There is no competition. The decoration of the hotel area (we didn't stay there, but walked the lobby area to get our food) looked to be a Chinese New Year theme, and that was very pretty. All in all, we had a good time, and will probably return in the future.

Divya Hazel: If you are looking for a night of entertainment, fun and variety of things to do then Live Casino is the place to be. You do not need to be a gambler to be here. You can go there for the food and just people watch. If you’re looking to just have drinks with friends, it’s also the place to be at. The crew that works there are just amazing and funny. They definitely go out of their way to make your time at the casino enjoyable and extremely pleasant. If you haven’t had a chance yet, check it out and just have fun. Just remember to be responsible and stay safe.

flutter and freinds: I like the atmosphere it works for me. The idea of having a casino attached to a mall and great restaurants how awesome is that...you win you can go shop and come back and play some more. Customer service is cool from the time you come through the door nothing but positive vibes. I have choices because there are 2 other casinos near by but I choose Live because it lives up to its name. IT'S ALL THE WAY LIVE!

Luiz Maia: This is a great place to spend the day, have fun and make some money (if you are lucky) on the process. The Arundel Mills Mall is right there so you can also do some shopping if needed. Plenty of parking is also available. The Casino is huge and has hundreds of different games. Make no mistake, this is a great place to go and have fun with friends. There is also restaurants on site. Between, live casino, horseshoe and MGM, this is for sure the best one without a doubt. If you are feeling lucky, you know where to go.

Kim Brooks: Baltimore we can do better than this. The casino is big and have a lot space that is not being used to it fullest. If your not gambling there is nothing to do here. They provide a little music but not enough space to dance socially. Most of the places to eat were closed or serving limited selections, prices were high and taste lacking and most staff seem depressed except dealers. Baltimore is a great place to work and live despite what the news show (which only show half of the picture). I like to see some activities for those that don't gambling but want some Baltimore Charm in an electric spot. Shows, music, dancing, comedy, great tasting food at affordable prices and smiles. I know we are coming out of covid but casino been open for a minute now. Baltimore if we are going to have and keep a casino let's make it a winner.

Stacey Morgan: Pros - Rooms are very nice and spacious. Beautiful walk in shower with frameless glass door. Extremely comfortable bed. Rooms are not cleaned daily (but you can request cleaning any time...and this might be a con for some people). The staff I spoke to were polite and friendly. Cons: the beautiful glass shower leaks and floods in front of the bathroom vanity. No Room Service. A canceled flight caused me to late checkout, but the hotel failed to remind me I would be charged a $50 fee and they didn't offer a receipt.(their website might have this fee disclosed, but it's just good customer service to remind guests of the fee and ask if they was a receipt. Calling to get help is a bad experience. You call into a call center that services all of the Live! Hotels. I couldn't find a way to just call the front desk when I needed help. All in all I expected more from a 5⭐ hotel.

Q: Great amount of slots with a variety of them. Very poor payouts. Return pay is less than 80% on personal experience. Haven't seen any handpay or jackpot wins since visiting there. Poker room is small but decent. Very small amount of 2-5 tables but a decent amount of 1-3 tables. Smoking section is horrible, not many people in that section and am sure there isn't many wins either. Security with metal detectors is a great thing during busy nights for the safety of the customers.

Afshin Asgharian: I wish I could give this Casino 0 star. There is a leak of security in this casino and absolutely no one cares. When I entered to the parking garage of the casino building, I parked my car at the second level where the spot was free without any sign of NO PARKING. when I came back to get out I saw they locked the wheel with wheel Lock clamp parking boot. I called the security and I told them there is absolutely NO SIGN in anywhere to say you can't park here. They charged me $100 to unlock the car. I've been in many casino in this area or in other states but none of them treat their guests like this. This business is making millions of dollars from the customers who want to play and enjoy the game but they absolutely don't know how to keep the customer happy! It's a shame!!!!!!!

Erika: Maryland Live just celebrated being open for 10 years and they are still running smoothly. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked, the casino floor is always clean, and the slot attendants and bartenders are always on point. I love going here for the atmosphere.

Alvin Dozier: Great casino, they have plexiglass partitions between the slot machines and there is a little distance between them for safety purposes. The casino was full but you still had space to play without being on top of each other! We got lucky and won a few dollars on the last spin but you know the machines are made for the house to make a profit so be careful! Have fun!!!

T P: Casinos are supposed to be fun. Instead, at the trashy Maryland live, security guards and yes even the manager will treat you with blatant discrimination. Even the police acknowledge it and just try to resolve things quietly and civilly - which is appreciated. If you like to gamble there are many facilities these days not to mention online. Don’t give away your $$$ to businesses that openly treat their customers like trash when it’s them that runs a dishonest business.

amyandbrendan: Wonderful experience the customer service clerk was amazing unlike most casinos she was amazing. The new customer points card didn’t work for us at the pizza place but we weren’t worried about it the pizza was so good! BBQ pizza on the lower floor is legendary. No smoking so it smelled great everywhere there was a smoking section outside with machines and smoking was cool. Parking was safe mood was safe feeling was good definitely will come back. Free soda machine on the wall like all the other good casinos.

LC Collins: I didn't actually gamble here but I did go to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant which was located here. It was really good. I wanted to try the beef Wellington and I finally got it 😋. The waitress was really nice and professional. I had a great experience here. I do recommend it to anyone that wants to come here. Dessert was delicious as well.

Deborah Baracco: Several weeks ago around 5-5:30 a group of us arrived for the football game. We don't live in Baltimore and since there isn't a mask mandate for the stadium, we didn't have masks. We are all vaccinated. We decided to go into the casino as some of us hadn't been. There was a young lady working the intake area. She informed us that we couldn't enter without a mask. We asked if any were available and she said there were vending machines inside the casino with masks to purchase. Well one member of our party found a mask in their bag and attempted to find the machines. When they couldn't he returned to the lady and asked again where they were. She was frustrated but told him directions again which involved multiple turns. He again couldn't find them but another employee said the machines were outside and by the bus station. We left and walked to the bus station to purchase masks. We returned to the same woman. She knew we had already had our photos taken before but insisted we do that again. I said to her that I would like for her to pass on a recommendation of having masks for people if it is mandated or having the vending machine outside or in the lobby so that people can actually find it. She promptly told me that she didn't have to provide anything (I wasn't asking her personally). I turned to her and stated that obviously she didn't have to provide anything including good customer service. Once inside the casino, I saw multiple people without mask include multiple employees. I took photos. I was so disappointed with my groups experience with this casino. I've been to the casinos in Vegas and it was such a different experience.

R B: The casino is a little dated...U can hang out@ the bar area as long as U like...TV's R strategically positioned around the bar area for comfort and viewing Maurice the bartender is the bomb his bartending skills are exceptional nice crowd the casino was safe and secure nice place to hang out for the night and have a good time! The DJ played good music that appealed to our old school soul! Good crowd to interact with! Food for thought you got to wear a mask to enter the casino 👍🏿

Shanita Kelley: Horseshoe Casino isn't as lively as it use to be. I took my daughter here as a last minute activity one evening since she is now 21. She did win a few dollars but there wasn’t much going on. One good thing Horseshoe still has going for themselves is the Pizzetta spot still has amazing pizza! The pizza is worth the trip! If you are looking for some excitement, you might want to try another Maryland casino.

xQuisite: Had a Great Time my 1st time visiting The HorseShoe Casino. Went on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded. They card everyone before entering, which I liked and the DJ, she was Awesome (DJ Freezie). The Bartenders made really good drinks (Margaritas) and at reasonable prices. We also had enjoyed the Piezzetta Pizza Kitchen! That's why we went to HorseShoe for a quick pizza bit and stayed because of the DJ. Overall, I can't wait to go back again.

KillerMeals On IG: Went into The Terrace for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I was going outside but it’s actually a cold and highly ventilated room with a bar, chairs, tables, music and slots all around. The best smelling Indoor smoking room ever..

Candy Jones: I was there and the guy was a diabetic and his friend brought him something to eat at the black jack table cause he felt very weak and tired and saying he was gonna pass out. The manager came by and told the guy he can't eat at the table. So then the guy took one last bite cause he felt tired and weak and the manager gonna tell the diabetic guy that he have to move from the table and he have to leave the casino cause he disrespecting him. The diabetic man was trying to tell him what was going on and why he had to eat, the manager still felt like he was in power the manager was black. And told the diabetic man that he the manager of the casino and what he says goes. And that he can't even play no other games he needs to leave. Then the manager tried to lie and say that the diabetic man tried to threaten him, no he didn't I seen the whole thing and so did many other witnesses. The diabetic man was so upset, he ended up falling in the ground in the parking lot. His friends helped him in his car and his friends drove him off. The manager needs to get fired. Worse experience I've ever witnessed

Jeffery Comer: Actually had a great time on this visit. The food in the second level restaurant was excellent and free, since I used my free food coupon. The slots were tight as usual, but I was able to hit some machines that paid off very nicely. I actually came home a winner! I love when that happens.....

Major M. Saleem, Ph.D.: This place sucks. No entertainment what so ever. Keep feeding machines and nothing. Don’t waste your money at their high slots. I have lost Hundred of thousands. I could have purchased many houses. Maybe big winners are their own staff or people. Racist! Been playing since years never won big. Try Atlantic City or if your are not a smoker then try MGM high slots. Stop wasting your time at this stupid ripoff place. Highest cash back they used to give was $300 and since I reduced play they giving me $180. What a joke! I visit Atlantic City two or three times a month. I entertain myself and they provide me a big sheet for jackpots because each and every player hits multiple jackpots at least 30 to 50 jackpots I hit during the weekends on top they send limousine to pick me and give me $1500 and sometimes more to play each weekend where as this place gives $300 and then reduce the amount to $180 playback and barely give $1200 or $1600 jackpots on high slots after taking thousands on each trip. They give $1200 or $1600 maybe to show government to fulfill their requirements so they can prove that I won $1200 or $1600 after loosing thousands with and without their players choice card. Play smart and choose the casinos who entertain you with multiple jackpots rather than leaving stressed loosing thousands each trip at this casino.

David Tilley: Awesome experience! Place is fully handicapped accessible, and very spacious. I didn't have any of the foods, so can't comment on that. The drinks were good for the price. I came out on top for the night so all in all it was an awesome experience.

Anita Wilson: Great place to go but always lost They have all you can eat buffet it's a little pricey but the food good and hudge selection. You do have to wait a long time to get drinks in the casino. Order a couple of them at one time because of the wait. They have many places to eat in the casino. They do have entertainment. Highly recommended

Christine Kipp: I been loosing thousands of dollars at this casino. Thank you Muhammad for the review and advice. I visited Atlantic City, tried high slots at Ocean resorts and Borgata. Had great time and multiple jackpots. Enjoyed one week of stay without loosing anything from my pocket.

Isabel Wright: This is the worst casino! I Swore I would never go back again, but thought it had changed....nope! Machine's are tight, very little payouts. It reeks of smoke, even in the non smoking areas. Go the extra distance (which isn't far) and go to MGM or Maryland Live because Hollywood Casino is a waste.

Robert Bishop: Nothing good to say about this place. The ONE elevator to the grandstand was out of order. Many seniors struggling to climb stairs. My cousin in a wheel chair had to be carried up the stairs. Super dangerous not to mention illegal. When we got up to the grandstand we were approached by an elderly women who asked how we got up there. Disappointed her her husband was sitting in the car. Pray there isn’t an energy and we have to evacuate quickly.

Kevin Z: This place is an absolute dump. None of the restaurants here open until 5. Everything looks like it hasn't been maintained for 30 years. Machine ate twenty of the forty dollars I budgeted for this place. Pressed the help button, waiting for about 15 minutes, nothing. Asked desk for help and they said "we don't do that, talk to the attendant". Instead of chasing down the attendant I figured it's a 40 dollar lesson learned about ancient run down casinos.

Richard Belcourt: Stay away. As a scout for companies looking for a venue for large company outings I can say this place has ALL their slots programmed to lose. I've been to hundreds of casinos world wide. This place by far is the worst. No matter what slot was played, minimum or maximum bet every one takes your money and NEVER pays

No one cleaning machines after people left the machine they were playing. Very disappointed at the food gallery. Pizza was cold and poor selection at other areas offering food. Employees were standing around talking to each other and a lot were on their phones. Was not greeted upon entry to casino. They were to involved in their own conversations. No one smiling. They need to go to Live Casino In Greensburg and see how things should be done. Clean, friendly, happy employees engaging with customers to be sure their experience at the Casino is top notch.

Ross Ferguson: The Hollywood Casino is newly remodeled and they did a great job. There is a large bar now located in the center of the food court that is first class. All the food is good and they have a very good mix of slots and table games. And the added bonus, the have the horse races. The races are always fun. If it's been a while since you have been there it's worth going for another look.

Berx Jam: Fun Place horse racing, nice Steakhouse up top, definitely enjoyed the filet and learned blackjack.

Lamont Mckinnon: Always enjoy this casino, mainly because the pay out is more here than at Rivers. Lots of various slots. Easy parking. Never had any issues here. They also tend to have great music as well.

Rob J: Even though I have another casino closer to me this is my go to place to gamble. Mychoice players club gives some of the best comps around. Good selection of slots and table games. I always enjoy myself here.

Scott Clark: Seems they are trying to slowly go out of business! Machines don't payout nowhere like they use too. Everytime this place gets sold the customer gets less for more of their money! The owners obviously don't realize this is Washington county, not Vegas. You can't keep taking things away from loyal customers without them seeing the changes. By putting in a new sports bar doesn't justify making the slots pay less and not paying out like they did 5 years ago. I would honestly visit this place more as a local if I haven't noticed the change ! Everytime ownership changes this place gets less customer friendly. I understand the object is to make money , but you will lose your customers when they know!! This place take all the fun out of a night out by just lowering payouts ! LYDIA'S LIFE TV: Very nice from what I could see . I was there for a bowling tournament so I only used those facilities. It appeared very clean and organized

david paroline: Declining gamblers place is losing people left and right. Horrible management since the place opened and continues to use the same management throughout three buyouts. Food is Horrible and the slots are so tight its unbelievable. It shows when no one is going there accept for the weekend crowd that knows no better. Stay awayif you do not want to lose. I warned you!! Most of the review are from people that work there.

Derek mooney: Wonderful rooms. Suite was very nice. Offered amenities like pool table, foosball, ping pong, etc. Very nice options, and was useful as the hotel was slow. But the small space, and limited options, I can see how this would be not useful when hotel is full. View was lovely from the balcony. When in the winter, offered the outside hot tub, which seemed fun! Till you realize they don't offer anything like bath robes, and you have to freeze between the hot tub and not a short walk back to the hotel. Overall, very happy with it.

Iam GamerMeek: I'm giving one star based on the customer service and their response to what I considered a serious safety concern. I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking accessories. The room had some stains on some of the common area furniture but nothing big enough to make a fuss about. However, while me and my guests were in my room, a stranger gained access. Literally walked into my room. Apparently, the front desk staff gave the stranger the key card to my room. I was told that this stranger shared the same name as me and the associate assumed that that person was me. The front desk called me, explained the situation, deactivated all of my key cards and issued me new cards. They assured me that a manager would be in contact with me. Two days passed and I had to reach out to the manager. The manager said he would investigate and get back to me. What more was there to investigate? A staff member's negligence jeopardized my safety. What if me and my guests weren't in the room? This stranger could have stolen all of our belongings. I expected some type of resolution besides changing my key. It has been four days since the incident and two days since I've last heard from this manager. Based on my customer service experience, I will not be staying at this establishment again.

Noton Abet: First and, right out front, the people here are AMAZING. It's been two years since we were last here and the service and the people have only gotten better. There's always someone around to ask for help from and each person we've worked with has taken ownership of our request. The room does show it's age but is still clean with working fixtures and appliances. The pools, games rooms and common areas are kept spotless. Our unit is two bedrooms with one en suite and a second full bath. It sleeps between 6 and 8 people when using the pull out couch. Basic WiFi is limited to 4 or 6 devices and trading them out is not something we've figured out how to do, so, I've been using my phone as a hot-spot. The resorts location, of course, is excellent. The time to reach shopping, entertainment, the metro and so on are all very short.

Aggressive attempts to prove they are no longer aggressive. I need you to forgive me mentality. Not showing awareness that they have not been respectful of your issues and concerns. Very clean rooms. Tangible gifts in the suites. Most staff are very courteous.

Adriana VH: Has been a home away from home for years. Perfectly located minutes from D.C. a ferry ride into Alexandria and more. The hotel is always amazing. Only downside is we wish they would update their arcade for the kids and adults for those cold days where staying in can still be fun.

Pepsi Brown: Had a great time staying here for our vacation in Washington DC. Viewing the monuments, museums and other sites was just an Uber ride away. There is plenty to do and see in National Harbor. The room was comfortable for the 3 of us and we had booked the 3 bdrm suite. The staff was professional and welcoming and we enjoyed the extras like wine night and the popcorn. Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel

Nicole Jefferson: Half way into my stay and the place is great. The service is impeccable. I needed a safety pin and they came up to bring it. Nothing is state of the art but very comfortable. This truly a resort in a resort type area.

Vilia McClearen: Wyndham is Always a great experience, very reliable, handicap accessible and always willing to help! The national harbor is an easy walk and is full of food and little things to do. Staff was nice at check in, bank area and bar area. Food places were clean and busy. This casino is attached to a mall so you can win then go shopping.

Julie Bowles: Had a great time! The food at Guy’s was delicious and the portions are big. The casino was a little busy but most of the games played and I came home a winner!! I didn’t visit the bar while I was there. It is a relatively small casino but there are plenty of games, and several I’ve never seen before. The people there were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the sidewalks were salted from just a small amount of snow that fell while we were there!!!!

Debbie Burkhardt: Fun place to spend a couple hours out of the rain! Many different types of machines and card games, as well as roulette. I like that we didn't have to travel as far as the other casinos. Truthfully, you can either lose alot or win alot of money. Hubby lost and l won, so we about broke even! Lol. Enjoyed it!

chris oteez: Poker room was great! No nonsense. Made a couple big pots happen. The high hand was 150. There was this one guy that when it got too late he started acting restarted. I played from 9pm to 4:47am. It was down to four of us then three and done. Dealers where great, food too, waitresses were very kind and on point with the orders. I had a great time. Wish it had a hotel.

Terrence M: I was out that way so I decided to stop in and see it. It is much cleaner and better maintained then other casinos I have been to. There's a nice variety of machines and various table games. I don't really gamble so spent $5 then grabbed a quick drink at Guy's place. There a nice inside bar with huge TVs, I may have to stop by again to watch a game sometime.

Tedd Wagner: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. The walkway to the casino is very convenient. The Parlay lounge has a great patio with a fire pit and plenty is seating. The service was excellent and the food was great. The sushi chef John was very outgoing and his sushi was excellent and reasonably priced. There are also a variety of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Many of the rooms are recently renovated and they have a great layout. A few minor things in the bathroom but that was because of the renovation. Overall a great trip and excellent value

Troy Sommers: Beds were good. The pullout sofa would be better for kids than an adult for sleeping. The TVs were lackluster as it was weird to use them. I thought it had no connection for the first 30 minutes. The front desk workers were cordial but that was about it. The breakfast was blah. The eggs, bacon, and potatoes were not something you wake up for. They do have a nice set up for grabbing food to go as many of their items are single serve packages so if you are grabbing breakfast to go this place works. My coffee was lukewarm on cup one before 7 But at 10 it was hot. The pool was 3 feet to 5 feet. It was warm in the pool and it went right to a nice covered patio. The building is under construction so it wasn't as nice and convenient. Good hotel if you are just hitting the casino but not a great hotel for a family. I could hear multiple people at night moving around

Bristol Kail: I was hesitant about this place at first, but my fiancé and I WILL be regulars from now on! First, The room was very nice, comfortable, and it was very quiet. Also, The staff deserve recognition for being so respectful and caring, there were some awful folks they had to deal with while we were there and they managed the situation gracefully. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was better than expected. They had pastries like muffins/donuts/etc, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, waffles, bacon, toast, hard boiled eggs, pop tarts, yogurt, milk/tea/coffee/juice, some other stuff I forget. Not bad for COVID restrictions!! The pool was smaller than we thought, but it was so warm and relaxing, we loved it. Overall exceeded our expectations, can’t wait to come back!

NIck R: I’d be upset if I paid to stay here, luckily the casino comps the room. First of all there is literally no parking available, depending on the time you get here, if it’s check in time good luck finding a spot. They have charging for electric vehicles that take up 4 spots but no signs say parking for electric vehicles only, until you get into the hotel and they have a sign that was just put up and implemented on 5/13/22 that says it’s for electric vehicle parking only. When we checked in to our room there were no towels whatsoever in the room and had to call to have some brought up. The pool room has such a strong chlorine smell and it stings your eyes when you walk in and is not very inviting. The room wasn’t very clean and there’s no garbage bags in the can so stuff leaks out the mesh can onto the floor. The couch had a lot of stains and didn’t look clean. I think the only good thing was the beds were comfortable but who knows if those were even clean. The furniture seems very beat up. I only stay here because it’s free.

Art Paparone: Just average. Checked in. Went up to our room. Opened the door and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. Had to go back down to get another room. Luckily, this one was ready. It's connected to the Meadows casino, but it's quite a trek to get there. Prefer casinos that run their own hotels that offer direct access to the property.

Aaron Seidel: Rooms are nice, service is great! The restaurant downstairs has great food no matter what you order. They are doing renovations though and letting people hammer 🔨 at 7am is pretty annoying when you're paying to sleep. Maybe when contracting improvements, make it clear that work should be started later in the morning..afterall this is a hotel that sleeps a lot of late night casino goers :)

Danielle Jackson: My husband and I decided to stay here as a little staycation for my birthday, even though we live super close. First off, I can't stress enough how absolutely fantastic the staff at this hotel is. I will most definitely stay here again, if only for that fact. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was good. Our room was awesome for everything except actually sleeping, unfortunately. We were put in a king suite that happened to be above the pool and the room wasn't very quiet and constantly vibrated. Our HVAC system was extremely loud every time it booted up, so we weren't able to really sleep, because it kept jarring us awake. The front desk woman told me they're all getting replaced next week though, because apparently that's an issue with all of them. The bed also wasn't the greatest. But again, even with all that, we'd probably stay again (and just ask for a different room lol).

Connie Malbasa: Had trouble checking in.The staff never said why. We wanted two rooms on same floor that didn't happen. My daughter had mold in her room. We had no hot water so they gave us another room. Sign said breakfast was 6:30 to 10:00 but was told at desk it ended at 9:00. Was an annual stay.Probably won't stay there again.

Conrad Roberts: Pros Clean! Newer facility. Nice pool Nice gym Rooms are clean Bathrooms beautiful Staff friendly Walking bridge to Casino. 8 minute walk. Very convenient! Free breakfast provided had a good selection Mini automated CVS in lobby. Prices were good. Fetched toothpaste from machine for $4.99. Hertz rental in lobby Cafe in lobby. Cons Beds are basic. No pillowtop mattress. Bed is comfortable. Not to die for. Sheets and top comforter are thin. Walls paper thin and you can hear guest doors in hallway opening and slamming shut all night. HVAC unit in room will not allow you to put it in a fan only mode. Room gets quiet when air shuts off and you can hear the noise in hallway even more. It got quieter eventually.
