Kimberley Jordan-Adams: Called and made an appointment with another company only for them to cancel twice on the day of service. At last minute I called USA clean and they were able to assist in what I needed done. They were very helpful in helping clean my carpets before our out of town guests show up, Walfred called me 45 mins in advance to let me know he was on the way. He showed up exactly in 45 mins, was polite, professional and fast. He did an impeccable job and I plan on using this company again in a few months since we have 2 dogs. So this time, she called Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning-Fort Washington and I’m glad she did because they did an amazing job. I have to give a shotout to Gill. He first called to let me know when he would be arriving. When he got here, I had 2 heavy boxes from Ikea in the car and they actually brought them in the house for me before they started. Then he walked through the basement to point out the problem areas and communicate with us exactly what he would be doing. We got the whole basement done and it only took about an hour. When he was done, we walked again through the basement to show me exactly what he had done. I was loving the smell when I first opened the door. Then as we were walking around, I could tell they paid attention to detail and took their time cause old makeup and dirt stains and spills had been lifted. Because I used the Fort Washington Office before, I immediately called them and was able to make an appointment for the next day. William Wilkerson: This place has become my go too for pet stain removal and carpet cleaning. This will be my 4th time using them so I might as well leave a review. I have two big dogs , with one being senior , that have accidents . The senior dog who has long been accustomed to sleeping on the couch has been unable to hold it recently. Every stain from their accidents has been removed and odorized and my furniture looks good as new . Same with the carpet cleaning. E M E: I love the care that Manoukian Brothers takes, even with small textiles. Many years ago, when they were in Adams Morgan (DC), they carefully sewed a sleeve onto a wall hanging I bought in Peru. 17 years later, moths got to it, and I brought the piece to them again in their present location on Columbia Pike. This time, they (again, carefully) cleaned it, removed the sleeve, hand-sewed a backing onto it, hand-sewed around the holes to secure the weaving to the backing in those places, and put the sleeve on again. It looks beautiful. They do thoughtful, detail-oriented work, and they take time to tell you what they can and cannot do beforehand. I recommend them highly.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of their representative. He was very straight forward, knowledgeable about carpets and ready to share useful information. This company does not require payment until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. This impressed me right away as I just dealt with another carpet cleaning company which required payment in advance.
Cecile Heatley: I bought a beautiful Persian rug from Manoukian Brothers Oriental Rugs in October 2018. When I saw it in the store, I just fell in love with the colors: coral red and turquoise blue on a dark blue background. It is a Melayer rug and has stylized flower motifs – very cheerful. The price was very reasonable so I bought it on the spot. It is now adorning my bedroom floor and it is the first thing I see when I get up in the morning. A beautiful way to start the day!
