Amy Bishton: This fall, when my 20 year old gas boiler would not fire up upon first use, I contacted Polar Bear to take a look. Their response was incredibly quick, with a tech dispatched on Monday afternoon based on a Sunday evening email. The tech arrived promptly, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions on boiler operation. Alonzo F: Magnolia Plumbing Service. A couple of days ago I noticed water was leaking from my hot water tank. Call around for estimates for a tankless water system but was shock at the prices. I call several companies for the estimate and decided to go with a regular tank water heater. I chose Magnolia Plumbing to replace my tank. The plumbing service technician was mainly why I chose this company. He followed up that night with a call to see if I made a decision to go with his company. He saw that my water was ready to go and to call in the morning if I had any problems. Sure enough, that night the water tank fail and water all over the place. I called the plumbing technician Pasquale Skok, he call back and told he would check his schedule and see if he could come that morning. He did come and installed my new water heater and this is the first time that I received such great service from a Plumbing company. Magnolia Plumbing your technician is a true value to your company. Fortunately Joshua was able to come out for a same-day estimate and scheduled work for just a few days later. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and left the space tidy after he was finished. George Grabow: Contacted Michael and Son for general plumbing and pipe repair in a location that had very difficult access. One of their highly experienced plumbers, Eric Blackmon, called and asked to see if he could come early. I was overjoyed as our water supply had to be turned off. Erick immediately assessed the situation and briefed me on some of the complexities and how he planned to proceed with the repairs. He kept me completely informed of his progress and asked me to inspect the project when completed. He was very knowledgeable and shared some of that with me. He then asked if I needed any other repairs work and then made some expert suggestions of other potential problems that I should keep my eye on. Christine: Michael & Sons has done my furnace installation and electrical panel upgrade as well as regular maintenance on my A/C and heating. They are always professional and are mostly on time. They could be a little better about cleaning up after themselves but it’s not a huge complaint since they do a good job on the actual project at hand. There are small things I wish they would be more clear about such as they won’t be patching the square they cut out of my wall to work on the electrical panel so I have to find someone to do that as I’m not handy myself. They’re not the cheapest service but they’re not the most expensive and most of their services have a pretty good warranty that’s included. Hong Qiang: Our 15 year old water heater had to get replaced and I was able to get next day service through online scheduling with Michael & Son. The technician came right on time. It was a big job to be done by one person not to mention he has to go get the new unit and to haul away the old one. 5 hours later our hot water system is back in business. R and D: Michael & Son - Plumbing – Shower Repair - 2/23/2022 The technician respected my property by putting on foot covers at the door (each time) and not parking in my driveway without asking. I appreciated that the technician followed health protocols for wearing a face mask. The technician asked about the problem and listened to my concern (“The shower will not stop dripping”). The technician explained his assessment of the problem based on his inspection and he offered a solution. He offered assurance that Michael and Son could fix the problem and the price (up scale) for the service. The technician completed the repairs promptly and professionally. After he completed the repair he showed and explained what he had done. While I am very satisfied with the completed repair, my confidence in Michael & Son could have been boosted higher if the specifics of the written warranty for the services and parts I received today was highlighted on the invoice. G Peterson: I called for servicing a leaking water heater. Rick came out the same afternoon and said that the heater needed to be replaced. Since my furnace and air-conditioner were dated I agreed to have those replaced as well. I was surprised and happy when Rick said that all could be done the following day. Early the next day the team arrived and by late afternoon the installations were complete and operating. The team was respectful and professional and cleanup was excellent. Paul Callen: My furnace died mid-afternoon on a Friday leading into the coldest weekend of the year. Had an HVAC service contract with All-Pro for years. Called them and they said unfortunately there were no techs available. But they called back within the hour and said they found someone to come over. He was there late in the afternoon and after an hour let me know i could repair my 40+ year-old furnace at substantial cost or get a new one. I had no bargaining power or chance to shop around but they offered me a reasonable price on a new furnace and said they could install it on Monday. I took the deal, they were there first thing Monday morning and my heat was back on by 3:30 pm. Have since confirmed with my contractor that i got a respectable deal on a quality furnace in the midst of a frigid weekend with quick turnaround and the work was professionally done. All told, it worked out probably as well as it could have and All-Pro was responsive and responsible. Service: Heating system installation
David Sachdev: I have been using All-Pro Services for 18 years now, but they really shined when I was in an emergency situation. Our heating went out, and since we have a boiler with an indirect-water heater that means no heat or no hot water. Winter had provided us a lull, but really cold weather was not far off. Sadly our boiler had reached its end of life - but All-Pro worked hard through the supply shortage to source all the necessary parts, and get our new boiler/water tank install started in under 48 hours. It was a big job given the 4-zone, 4 story install - but they worked tirelessly for almost 3 days to get it completed - while also taking great care to do their work cleanly and respectfully for my basement tenant. While the job was not cheap - and the pandemic made prices a bit higher then usual, they were always transparent with me and worked to get things back up and running as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend All-Pro Service, and have to give a shout out to Rick in particular for a job well done - but the entire crew was really great, and helped make a bad situation go as well as possible. Syed Younus: NICE Heating & Air was amazing, from the get go when the sales person came, to understanding options / pricing / financing with the main office, all the way through the technical side of things with the installation crew. I’m extremely happy I went with NICE- there are a lot of HVAC installation crews out there but I truly think this business thinks of the customer first. They use great technology in terms of scheduling and are transparent with what they’re selling (equipment, cost) which I appreciate, as many other companies refuse to do the latter. The entire crew was patient, flexible and customer-service oriented. I highly recommend NICE and will use them going forward for maintenance. I know I’m in great hands with them! You will see they are well reviewed in all the sites out there, don’t just take my word for it!

Lew Williams: I recently contracted Hugee Corporation to replace an aging Carrier unit with a High Efficiency (16 Seer) Goodman condenser, coil and humidifier. The HVAC technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The entire installation was successfully completed in less than three hours. All of the old equipment was hauled away and the technicians used lots of company provided floor coverings for extra protection making cleanup quick and easy. Brenda Pilgrim: Yesterday I called Hugee Corporation for their help in fixing my air condition unit that was not working. Around 9:30 a.m. this morning, the company dispatched one of their worker to my home, and upon checking the system, he was able to spot the problem right away. He discovered the compactor was bad, he when to the shop to retrieve the new part for the AC system, replaced it and the system is working awesome. Hugee Corporation was very professional and the technician was well verse as to what was required for the system to work properly. My family was very happy with the service that was rendered. I am therefore recommending Hugee Corporation as an excellent Air Condition Company. I will make sure and past on this information to all of my family and friends. Again thanks, I am colder than ever, and I am actually dressed accordingly for the flow of the air that is coming out from the system.
Kawytae Norals: I recently hired Hugee Corporation to come out and resolve my issue with my AC unit, as well as figure out why my 3rd floor was not cooling to my standards. They performed an assessment, and it was determined that I may need AEROSEAL, as well as a duck cleaning. Upon them starting and running the pre-aeroseal work, it was determined that that was not the issue, and the duct work was clean (honesty). It was later determined that I needed my AC unit serviced, as well as repair a rip in the duct work in the attic. Receiving honesty and integrity from a business goes along way in my book. It is one of the most important qualities when dealing with companies that you have never worked with before. I highly recommend them. Jennifer Rivers: Tony and Kevin arrived to my house, promptly diagnosed the issue, and provided me with several quotes to choose from for the repairs. After selecting my quote, they worked quickly and efficiently to get things working properly again. Both men were very polite and professional! Andrei-Jacquetta Taylor: Made an appointment for estimate. However they are requiring $100 consulting fee. But they don’t make that clear when booking the appointment. They ask for payment once they arrive. I will not recommend and use service. I received a call from Customer Service Manager to correct the error. I received a refund within 1-2 days. To correct the issue and I appreciated the response. So I changed my review from 1 star to 5 star based on my experience with CS Manager.

Thomas Agbonyitor: My technician Milan arrived on time both days. He was very professional. He wore a face mask and shoe covers like I asked the whole time. One of my bathroom sinks was leaking. He checked it out and it turned out I needed a new valve and a new faucet. He was very communicative and showed me pictures of under the sink throughout the process. He fixed the valve the first day then I bought the faucet the next day and he installed it a couple days later. There is no more leak and my new faucet works perfectly. MaShana Davis: CroppMetcalfe was great! This was our first time using them. Our hot water had been scarce the last few months. Didn’t know why, and they came in to diagnose it. We have a tankless water heater. Although the model we have appeared new to the tech (Jared), he took time to call the manufacturer and get some advice on how to assess the issue. He even called to get the price of the part that was needed to resolve it. Jared returned after the part was ordered, installed the new part, and stayed around until we were sure the issue was resolved and we were satisfied. Jared was hilarious; felt like a friend more than a tech or contractor. Received a 1 hour window which is better than the 3-4 hour window normally given. The service person called each time they were in route. Happy with the service provided for my rental property. Caren Penso: The nice man they sent, Yohanbes, was very professional and on time. He did my semi annual heat pump check and cleaned my dryer vent. I have this done every 18 months but no one was ever as thorough as he was. He took a lot of lint out and could not believe I had it done only 18 months ago. He told me that probably the guy before me did not do a good job. Very honest of him. I’ve been using this company for almost 20 years. Some of the repair people they send do not have much experience. Others are top notch. Many of them are always trying to sell me something else. He did not. I much appreciated that and hope he has a long and successful career with the company. Service: A/C system maintenance

The scheduling is very prompt in setting up appointments and the service technicians are on time every time and give a courtesy call 0.5 hr before arrival time. Clayton Russell: Don’t look any further if you’re in need for a plumber or any other service these guys offer, you found who you are looking for! From the consultation until the finished job, which was a major pipe break in our house, they were professional, clear and concise about what needed to be done, and followed through on everything that they said they would. They always arrived at the time they said they would. They were always extremely professional and polite to myself and my family. I can’t imagine working with a company and people that do the job any better than they do and it was very much appreciated during a time that we needed them the most. Shahriar Chowdhury: Jim’s Inc literally saved our entire weekend and entire basement from being flooded. At 11pm on a Friday night, wife went into the basement on pure chance and happened to come across our gas water heater leaking. Quick Google search for 24/7 plumbers and Jim’s Inc came up. They were at the house within 20 minutes and immediately drained the water tank for the night to avoid flooding. They were back at the house early in the AM and changed out the entire gas water heater (which was 11 years old) and made a few structural improvements without an added cost. Great service, fair pricing, highly recommend.
John Wallerstedt: I called on the weekend about a leaking pipe that needed to be fixed immediately. Jim was very upfront about the price and the work that needed to be done. He talked me through several options, and then came out right away and completed the work efficiently with high quality. While he was at my house he was very friendly and gave me advice on other general contracting work I was doing around the house. I have had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past but was very pleased with this service and will absolutely be calling again for any plumbing needs we have in the future.
