mikki freidkin: Excellent experience. I’ve been working on building a home and I have found Ferguson to have an exceptional selection at fair prices. Their entire staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had Andrew Thompson helping me most frequently. He has the patience of a saint and works hard to get me the best item for my lifestyle. He also has never forgotten to take advantage of promotions that can save me money. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Charrese Edwards: I took the time to go into the Fergusons over on Wisconsin where I met with one of the sales people named Tempe. I spent a couple of hours in there looking for several items and making selections, Tempe said she would get back to me by the next day at the latest with some quotes. I did not hear from her so I followed up a few days later with an email, she didn’t respond so I called and left a message, she didn’t respond so I called and spoke to somebody else and she said that she would get Tempe to respond and she still never did. Not exactly what I call good customer service. I drove all the way out to the Rockville store and met with the sales person there, Dixon, and had a fantastic experience. Ferguson should be happy that I just didn’t decide to go somewhere else completely based on the extremely poor service that I got from the Wisconsin Ave store.

Meredith Cross: Keni Jones has helped me on two visits, and she is remarkable. The first time a couple weeks ago I went in to look at new refrigerators because mine (purchased by my builder at another dealer about 8 months ago) was requiring too many repairs. She offered to help me find out how to get it replaced by the dealer for free. That is now happening. Saving $12,000. She didn’t need to help me. She just seems to want to help. Today I went to replace some lights. They have a beautiful selection. I bought a lot of light fixtures with help from Tayler Bordes at the same store in the Fall of 2018. She was fantastically helpful and the lights are great. Today I was there shortly before closing with no appointment. Keni Jones helped me order what I wanted and gave me great advice. I’m a huge fan of Ferguson’s and so glad they opened near DC Chevy Chase!

Jennifer Golden: EDIT/UPDATE: Upped stars to 3 from 1 but can't go higher until I actually experience their services. After the store replied to my review on here and asked that I email them, I did. The manager of the store showed great concern over my experience and seemed quite sincere. Also, many, many, many neighbors on nextdoor dot com voiced their opinions that what I experienced was absolutely not the norm for them. Given most people love to complain and less to praise...having so many take the time to voice praise - I suspect this experience was a fluke. Beautiful showroom, limited refrigerators to look at Totally ignored. I'm in the market for high end refrigerators. Spent a lot of time hovering around the subzero and Gaggenau appliances and was completely ignored. Even asked the front reception when I arrived where the refrigerators are. No even said hi, we'll be right with you. I'll spend my $30k elsewhere, they clearly don't need my business and I'm certainly not going to beg to give it to them.

Allyson Raabe: As far as I could tell, they have a limited selection, mostly priced at full retail, offer little if any valuable design advice, and do not install. I went primarily to look for a bathtub, as I'd really like to see a bathtub before buying it and assumed that a kitchen and bath "Gallery" would have many options, but I was wrong. My bathtub space is probably the most common size there is, but they had only a single option for that size. I have a clear idea of the design I want so really wasn't interested in design "advice," but what I overhead was pretty terrible. A couple was advised to choose a bathroom sink faucet first and then to pick everything else to match. Umm, so forget what kind of shower head you want and need (type, pressure, ahem, legal flow restrictions) and just pick it to match the vanity faucet? That seems crazy, backwards, and potentially code noncompliant. Plus, "matchy matchy" is not design in my opinion. They do have a number of faucet options and a trip there before buying something online would probably help you avoid some annoying online returns, but I think you could find most if not all of what they sell for less through a simple Google search. If you have no idea how to do a Google search or compare prices, then you are probably their ideal customer.

Hanna chakarji: Better prices than you would expect, I was looking for a light for my bathroom, one thatgoes on the wall. Found some beautiful chrome polished triple light. Was the same price as the junk on eBay. They did not have it in stock at Bethesda but they did have it in Richmond, I paid for it at around 3 PM and it was at my home the next day. Awesome place very high-quality items.

E Callahan: This was installed in a home I purchased but a faulty washer / seat meant that the faucet dripped onto a wood counter, staining it. After numerous attempts to contact support to try to obtain a new seat & washer as well as to obtain simple information about the seat wrench size needed to properly install (every single hardware store and plumbing supply store in the DMV area did not have the necessary tool), I was told to purchase an entirely new faucet. For appx $2000-$4000. Aside from the leak, the faucet finish was also fading in part (no harsh cleaners were used). I originally loved the look of the faucet, but ended up replacing with a Kingston Brass after even my trusted plumber could do nothing about the leak. 3 months later and no leaks and no issues with the KB finish. For the expense of these, I would have expected much better performance and much better customer service. Never again.

Yasmin Yatzkan: I'm renovating my bathroom and was looking around the shop, when a glass door swung out and hit me. I cried out and two employees who were sitting at a table upstairs glared at me. A simple "are you OK" would have sufficed, but the look of disapproval that I received from these employees made me feel very uncomfortable that I walked out. I will not be shopping here again.

Christa Forgue: The store is beautiful. The selection was endless. Karen was very helpful and really helped us narrow down to what would go great in our kitchen. The only fallback was price. I would recommend to anyone :)

Erin Murphy: I highly recommend this company. I did a full bathroom remodel- ripped out everything to the studs and put in all new everything. I love how it turned out and the team that did the work were on time, professional, and updated me on their progress regularly. Prices are comparable to others I spoke with; the difference was that Kitchen & Bath/Dupont Design Center procured all of the materials and stored them at their site. They would not start until everything was in which meant the project was done in 10 days. When/if I do my kitchen remodel, I would definitely use this company again. Service: Remodeling

Andrew Gatti: We worked with Josh, Azad, Ozzy, and the rest of the team to remodel our kitchen in an old row house. The work involved completely gutting our kitchen, removing on old exterior door, and installing a new window in its place. We could not be happier with the outcome and the quality of work the team provided. Josh was very responsive to our endless questions and requests. The team was able to quickly add additional work to the project and still finish on time. They were able to complete the kitchen remodel, new wood floor installation, exterior masonry work, and recessed lighting add-on work all within a one month timeline. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new kitchen and will definitely be recommending Josh and his whole team to our friends and neighbors. Brenda Kelly: UPDATE: July 2022 Kitchen and Bath (DuPont Design Center) just completed the renovation/remodel of my basement bathroom and floor, and once again, the work was outstanding!! Again, Ozzy was my point of contact/project manager who assisted with design and product selection. His team, Ali, Pedro and David, did a superb job. They were professional and thorough. I am thrilled with the finished product. I highly recommend this company for any home design/build/renovation project, large or small. January 2022 I used the services of Kitchen & Bath Shop to remodel my kitchen, and this company did an outstanding job. Ozzy was my first point of contact. He helped me with the vision for totally overhauling a small kitchen space, helping me with color schemes, product detail, and layout and turning my kitchen into not only a more functional space, but a much more upscale one. The project manager/day to day contractor was AZ. He was not only the person responsible for day to day supervision of the team, he was also available for help with architectural design along the way, offering solutions/revisions to original design concepts. In addition to the skill set and talent brought to the project, both Ozzy and AZ were great communicators. From beginning to end I was kept informed, always knowing what to expect and when to expect it. My project was completed within timeframe and within budget without any issues. Laura Spencer: My husband and I selected Kitchen & Bath Shop DC and remodeling to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Josh & he was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didn't exceed our budget limit and there were no "surprise" costs that you usually hear about other workers. One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 week period which was outstanding to us! Ozzy- the project manager was awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead! They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our kitchen now and will be using this company when we redo our bathrooms. Fantastic company that I highly recommend!

He did not feel like a contractor, but more like a consultant friend. He also has incredible taste. The suggestions he made for our kitchen remodel really took it to the next level. Willie Powers: Stona exceeded all of my interior alteration requirements!! I write requirements to renovate office space. I also work with contractors who renovate my offices so I knew exactly what materials, colors and “look” I wanted for my home. I walked into Mert’s Stona showroom with my interior alteration requirements (i.e., wood/tile samples, photos, schematics), and he advised me on what was doable and challenging. Instead of ignoring the “challenging” requirements, Mert and Javier gave me many interior alteration ideas. They shared photos and made their own drawings, and then they showed me quality materials that were far better than my ideas. Here is the Scope of Work --- repair cracks in drywall; paint every room (walls, ceiling and closets); replace the floor in the foyer (see before and after photos); update the light fixture and electrical in the kitchen (see before and after photos); and give the fireplace a facelift (see before and after photos). This review of Stona is connected to my review of Global Natural Stone because Stona provided all of the schematics and materials. I give Stona 5 stars for interior alteration ideas, quality materials, installation, staying within budget and also completing the project on time. Stona gets my highest recommendation!!

Jeffrey Seisler: We had been searching for marble tile for an entrance hall in our apartment in Georgetown Park Condominiums in a wide variety of on-line and retail stone/tile companies in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We ventured into the beautiful Stona showroom on Grace Street in Georgetown and were pleasantly surprised to find a marble mosaic that suited our purpose. The Stona staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The owner, Mert Bakan promptly came to our apartment, took measurements and provided a very reasonably priced bid to do all the work including demolition and re-tiling. One of the things that we liked about Stona is that they have their own craftsmen, unlike many other stone retailers who could only recommend independent contractors whom we then would have to contact to do the installation. Stona provided a full service. Within a week of accepting their offer Stona sent two installers to do the job; small by comparison to many jobs (38 ft2). The installers were very careful removing the existing woodwork, which they refitted and replaced at the end of the job without damaging anything. (Frequently the demolition requires replacing the moldings.) The demolition of the existing floor was done without much disruption and the installation was very professional. Mert Bakan came to inspect the job before the installers left and to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient as well as attentive to detail from start to finish. We are very satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend Stona based on quality of materials, professionalism, price and overall efficiency.

Shawna Gann: Not a bad showroom, but I wished that the tags were marked with the brands/manufacturers. While there were lots of chandeliers, we were on the hunt for single sconces for our home bar and only found lights for bathroom vanities and a handful of outdoor sconces. Prices didn’t seem astronomical, so that’s good, but we didn’t find what we were looking for, unfortunately. If you use Google maps to arrive, make sure you drive around to the front, especially if you’re coming off of I-395. Google led us to the back of the building.

Marybeth Evans: I am extremely disappointed with Ferguson. Your scheduling is horrendous. I’m an Interior Designer and I’ve tried to make an appointment several times to bring a client in. I have purchased a lot from Ferguson. No one calls me back and the scheduler has not been available the FOUR times I’ve called.. Customer service is not acceptable. I need an appointment and have been unable to schedule . Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Your product is excellent but I cannot sell it if it’s impossible to make an appointment .

Melissa Mattis: Save your gas and just look online, then buy elsewhere. They are overpriced compared to competitors (sometimes $100+ dollar difference). Their website is pretty handy. In person, I’ve never had such non-existent customer service. Went on a Friday at 11am, and they weren’t busy. No one couldn’t be bothered to even say hello to me and I stayed almost an hour.

Valerie DeThomas: No customer service. Not interested in your business. Recommend you go elsewhere. Went to check out TOTO built-in toilet/bidets. Explained that I had questions about different features, etc (some of those toilets are in the thousands of dollars, so yes, I have questions). After some time, the front desk associate printed stuff from their website (at least she recognised my presence!) although I have access to internet and can read things on their website. Two other people (supposedly sales personnel - they were sitting at desks, reading stuff) were not interested in me at all. Didn’t even make eye contact when I approached them. One of them reluctantly tried answering my questions but was completely disinterested in engaging with me, and ultimately did not provide ANY helpful information. I guess I’ll be going to W.T.Weaver & Sons.

Gloria E: I have bought a lot of things from Ferguson over the past year. For the most part I did not encounter any issues with the items that I purchased. The issue that I encountered recently involved a bathtub that was delivered on April 5th and was to be moved from the garage to my bathroom on May 4th. I did not notice when the tub arrived that they was a crack in the tub. From the way that the tub was wrapped I would not have noticed it. I called and emailed Ferguson Rep to let them know that the tub was cracked and she checked to see what could be done. The final response was that I still needed to pay $1334 for a new tub. Very difficult to pay for a new tub when I did not damage the one that is in my garage. All who are buying from Ferguson, check everything on arrival because either at 30-days you will still be required to pay for whatever was damaged in shipping.

Ellen Tyler: Yasin from Firuze was very helpful in helping us choose the tile for our new bath and shower. He has great taste, was very responsive, and the prices were very competitive. The prices were better than Home Depot and much better quality.

Maria Moreno: After visiting close to a dozen different kitchen remodeling places in NoVA, we came across this store. Everything was fantastic: The way they treated us, the incredible selection of quality materials, their professional advice on helping us make a selection, and, of course, the unbeatable prices! Yasin is a god-send with his customer service skills and knowledge. Although we went just for a basic back-splash tile, we ended up buying floor tile and quartz countertops. You just can't match their product quality and prices. Moreover, the looks are stylish, modern and most importantly unique, unlike buying from the big box home improvement stores. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, they delivered the products quickly and on time and expeditiously arranged for a contractor to do the installation.

raina hoang: Mr. Yasin is very professional and thorough. He offers many options and great design ideas. In 2015, we did a kitchen remodel and he helped us more than the contractor. Today when guests come into our kitchen the first compliment we get is on our beautiful floors which was purchased at Firuze. I went back to Firuze and Mr. Yasin helped me again. This time to fix a countertop problem even though I did not buy the countertop from them. He models great customer service and great business ethics! Firuze's is the best!

Emre Dikici: I have a good experience with Firuze. Customer representative Selman was very helpful and nice to us. My wife and I were looking for modern look tiles for our bathroom renovation project. He showed us all tiles that might satisfy our needs. All tiles we wanted were ready for pick up in couple of days. I was surprised that they have almost everything in stock. Also their pricing is very reasonable for great quality ceramic tiles. I am sure I will come back again.

Lauren Troupe: We looked a few different granite sellers in the DMV and selected this place because of the customer service and the selection. The selection is not as large as some of the other places but some of the stones were similar to the larger locations and there were some unique finds we didn't see at the larger sellers. We worked with Selman K. who was fantastic to have by our side - I highly recommend him and would go back to him for future services. He knows the details of the stones like the back of his hand, will give you advice if you ask for it, can help you pull in tasteful accessories (back splash, grout, cabinets, etc.) and at no point in time did I feel like Firuze was trying to "up-sell" us. Granite was installed in just over a week from us selecting the stone and the measurements were perfect. Install was quick and clean. Our back-splash tile was in just a couple of days after the granite was installed.

Beyazit Kazanci: The experience with Firuze kitchen was great. Firuze had the cabinets we are looking for and able to get them for better pricing. The process was straight forward from start to finish. Yasin was super helpful in placing the order and follow-up for delivery.

Raniya Al-Matari: I had a great experience with Firuze. The representative Selman was very helpful, patient, and nice to my mum, brother, and I. We were looking for counter tops for our kitchen in our new house. He showed us all the counter tops that might satisfy our needs. The counter tops was available and was installed in a week time. There pricing was very reasonable. I was very impressed when i called their office and selman was off but he still got time from his off schedule to give me a call back. I really appreciated that. And i will be going again to do my bathrooms renovation.

Omer Cevikol: Great experience at this store. I had a low budget but really wanted a high quality design I could live with and relish! Marco was a joy to work with. He rapidly understood my design constraints, requirements and budget. He was so reassuring during the whole process. In under an hour, we had the whole thing figured out. They have an excellent variety and after researching my estimate, I can say that the majority of the prices were even lower than Home Depot. So glad I went !!!!

Kyle Brown: My experience with Firuze started out positive. They have nice products, but customer service is lacking. The day after my marble was installed the sales associate called me asking for payment. I asked for a final invoice which was supposed to be updated for the actual quantity of marble installed (which was less than the estimate by 3 square feet). The sales associate refused to give me an updated invoice an threatened to charge my credit card without my consent for the amount that was estimated (approximately $180 over charge). After a heated discussion that lasted 2.5 hours the associate agreed to have the manager call me. The sales associate claimed he was actually the managers boss (later found out to not be true). The sales associate had someone other than the manager call me and try to "resolve" the issue. Eventually they agreed to the correct amount and apologized. I did receive a call from the actual manager. Overall I was very disappointed to have to spend 2.5 hours fighting to be able to pay the correct amount for the marble. Be careful when dealing with the sales associates as they might try to over charge you on the final invoice.

Sharon Jentzer: David Schonert at Firuze was fantastic. He patiently walked me through the process of selecting just the right marble for my double-sink vanity. He arranged for the de-installation of my existing plumbing fixtures and full installation of my new vanity top, new undermount sinks, and new faucets. I would have given 5 stars if David or the technician who measured my vanity had explained to me early in the process that my large (4 ft x 6 ft) mirror could be removed by the marble installers but that if I wanted it re-installed I would need to arrange for a glass/mirror specialist to install it. I did not find out until the installers were leaving that they would not re-install my mirror. I found a mirror installer the next day, but they did not have any appointments available until later the next week. All's well that ends well; the mirror is now installed, and the bathroom is both beautiful and functional again.

Elizabeth Chabra: When we initially contracted with the store and availed of their design team to design our bathroom all was well. The design was approved and the tiles ordered - the tiles took a while to arrive, which we were prepared for. On delivery, we noticed that all the tiles were not delivered and ​had the ​remainder delivered. ​Following the design we had the tiling completed, but found that almost half the tiles were left over​. ​ ​Sharing pictures of the bathroom with the Manager, we​ questioned as to why​ we had 10 boxes of tiles left over and why​ so much was ordered in the first place. They have no answers for us. The company continues to ignore our emails. We asked that the tiles be returned since we had no need for them and they were ordered by the store and not directly by us. No answer​​. Highly unprofessional.

S AICH: My whole house has all Kohler products. One bathroom has have a purist shower system. The trim push-button diverter, which smoothly transitions water from the showerhead to a bath spout keeps falling down. I had a plumber fix it twice(cost me several $$) but it keeps falling off. This is a very expensive set but disappointed that the product performance is not up to par. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Anne H: Edwin is wonderful! I am starting the process of a bathroom renovation and needed to price items that my favored contractor did not include in his bid so that I could compare his with the three other bids I have already gotten from more full-service companies. Eddie has professional experience doing renovations and spent over an hour with me looking at tubs, fixtures, and tiles explaining what the differences were and where I could potentially save money while still maintaining quality. The showroom even has a tub that can be filled so that the jets run. Thomas Somerville in Falls Church is well worth a visit if you are starting a renovation project.

Nizar Farsakh: Very big selection of bathroom accessories, kitchen and cabinet s. Staff is specialized in different areas and are very knowledgeable but you need to book ahead of time to get the right specialist. Expectedly, it's on the pricey side, high end stuff. Eye candy if you ask me!

Joe Chang: Tim was great to deal with. When we found out the faucet would not fit, he immediately found another one at a very good price...below any web prices and made arrangement for return. You don't find service like that anymore...I would do business with Tim again and again. Thank you.

connie quinzio: I ordered a kitchen faucet. The sales woman said over the phone that I could pick it up the following day at the showroom store. After arranging for a plumber to come to install, I was told that I had to pick it up at the supply store . This was not convenient for me and poor customer service on Somerville’s part.

Janny M: We ordered materials from Bath & Kitchen Showroom and our contractor constructed the bathroom. First of all, after we ordered, they could not provide us with when the materials would arrive. We had to constantly call them asking for updates. They said when we purchased the materials that we would have to store them and that they would be delivering them. When we called a few weeks later asking for an update and confirm delivery, they told us we would have to pick up the materials ourselves. We had double checked with them to make sure they did not need us to pick up the materials when we originally bought everything. They eventually caved and said they would deliver the materials like they said they would. Another thing that went wrong with them was the vanity we ordered. They did not call us to give us an update on our materials the entire time. We would have to call them. We found out later that the vanity we ordered was going to arrive late. When we finally got the materials delivered, they did not provide us with a detailed description of every single part they delivered. The shower system that they sold us came in five or six boxes however on the invoice, it is one item. It turns out we were missing a few parts as on their list it was noted as all one item. That part we had to buy again at Home Depot when our contractor eventually needed it. We had called them about this missing part but they basically said, "your problem now, you signed off on the materials." Nice customer service there. When the cabinet finally came it was damaged a little. Our contractor had to fix it. And it turns out we ordered a vanity that couldn't fit with our pipes (something the Showroom should have known since they did the measurements). This ordeal turned out to be a big issue in how we wanted our bathroom to be. The Showroom did not give us the options that could fit our bathroom. Instead, it seems they just took measurements and offered everything within those measurements. That doesn't work when it comes to how pipes align with things. I definitely blame the Showroom for this since they were the ones who should have known what we could and could not have. The price was also high for what we got. I feel like I wasted more than $7,000 on stuff I could have gotten at Home Depot for cheaper. We ended up going to Home Depot quite a bit since this place did not provide us with a lot of the other materials we turned out needing (that they should have known we would need). Even though I really liked their selection and they have a great showroom, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Betsey Poulos: Bath & Kitchen Showroom renovated my kitchen and did an amazing job! From the planning and design to the demolition and installation, they were professional, courteous and tidy. I was informed of their schedule and next steps throughout the process. After demolition when something unexpected was found, they informed me and developed a solution. I highly recommend Bath & Kitchen Showroom for their diligent work and expertise. I now have a kitchen that I absolutely LOVE!

Kirsten Baldacci: After an extensive search, we landed with GBC Kitchen & Bath to remodel our 1964 original kitchen. They worked with us to come up with the best design to use our space, and even let us get into the small details, including tile layout. It was all inclusive - meaning they did everything, demo, cabinets, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical. Everything was inhouse for GBC which saved us money. GBC started exactly on time, and actually finished earlier than our 4 week timeline. GBC was upfront, honest, and very responsive. James Drew: GBC Kitchen and Bath of Alexandria, Va. did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. We found out about them through a leaflet in the mail. We’re glad we called them. GBC managed the project from concept to design, installation, and completion (if you're thinking about doing it yourself, I strongly recommend going with a professional for this type of project instead). The kitchen was designed by Emre Kuzudisli and the work was conducted under project manager Amoldo. All the workers at the site were professional, respectful and efficient. The kitchen was sealed off to prevent dust during renovation and the trash was removed each day. The work was completed much sooner than we had anticipated, meaning less disruption for us. Well done GBC! We highly recommend their services. Joseph K Hight: I had my kitchen remodeled by this company. ( cabinets, countertop, and flooring ). They installed a dedicated circuit for the microwave, and a waterline for the ice-maker. They painted the walls and ceiling, with 2 coats. The work was completed in 5 business days, which surprised me. I has 4 estimates from companies, and they were the best. I am very pleased with all the work I received, from the beginning to the end. I will have my bathrooms remodeled next year, and I will use them for that. C DJ: Have been wanting to renovate my kitchen for a while. What was stopping me was finding the right contractor. Did my research, got a couple of names from Houzz then read reviews. Decided on GBC Kitchen and Bath. Renovation costs were more or less in the same price range but I thought GBC gave me the best value for my money. GBC made the whole process easy. Every concern I had was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Veronica H: I learned about GBC from a friend who raves about the company’s renovation of her kitchen a few years ago. After getting a few quotes for due diligence, I selected GBC for a full renovation of two bathrooms and my experience was exceptional! From design with Fabian to project oversight with Sujan/Ray and the fantastic crew that did the work, GBC exceeded my expectations. They were consummate professionals, communicative, incredibly responsive, and worked with me at every stage to ensure my vision became a reality. When we hit a few supply chain hiccups, they worked quickly to help resolve the issue. When I was indecisive on specific design elements, they patiently walked me through options to help me visualize the space. I made multiple visits to the showroom, and each time, they gave me the space I needed to look around and think through each piece. There was no pressure; they worked with me and at my pace. Fabian was beyond patient with my many questions. We started design in April and construction in July, with the project 95% complete on schedule and on budget by mid-August. Omar and his crew took great care to keep the work site clean, to keep me apprised daily of progress, and to alert me when they needed me to be onsite for real-time decisions so I could plan around my work schedule. I’ve never done a renovation before and when I first contemplated doing this, I expected it to be nerve racking and frustrating. Jill Lammert: The GBC team did a fantastic job with my kitchen reno that eventually turned into more like a whole house reno. I was so happy with their work I kept asking for more! And, despite the additions, they finished during the original timeframe they quoted me (8-10 weeks) — all during COVID! When we ran into supply issues we worked together to find alternate solutions and they were very responsive whenever issues arose as the work progressed. Their electrician and HVAC tech were fantastic. The GBC design team - Pedro, Luisa, and Liz - were delightful, had great ideas, and helped me to identify a look that would work for me while not overwhelming me with options. The construction team, led by PM Tony, were a pleasure to work with and always went the extra mile to get things right. They sent me pictures of the work almost daily since I wasn’t able to stay there for most of the work. It really helped me to feel involved and confident in the work. Jessica Parton: GBC was great to work with. We did a full kitchen remodel, removing 2 walls, combining the kitchen, dining room and hallway. Both walls were load bearing and after demo we were worried we would have to have another column in the kitchen but that was averted with an additional post on an existing column (Yay!).The designer was awesome (but no longer with them), Ray (project mngr) was responsive, but the real stars were Alex and Jacob! They did an amazing job, always on time and willing to answer any questions I had. They brought any issues to my attention right away and we talked through how to best fix them. The estimate was spot on and additional work was priced before ordering so there were no surprises. We really enjoyed working with GBC and would recommend them to any of our friends or family. The work was estimated for 6 weeks and they finished in 5! I cannot put into words how much I love my new kitchen!!! We had our young son with us, and she was acting more as a consultant to us since this house was not in MD. They had a cabinet style and color we needed to see in person and she was a lifesaver. As a result , I will always recommend her to anyone else in the area..even though we are moving away. She is fantastic!

Sherry Burke: The first call started out great with Evan. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in what seemed like a no brainer to me. He met with us to go over our kitchen upgrade. I heard from him the following week regarding tile selection. He said I would hear back on the following Wednesday with a proposal for our kitchen. Nothing. I called twice, emailed twice since November 29th, NOT A WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we are closing on our new home in a few days and were excited to get things started with our kitchen. NO RETURN CALL, NO EMAIL. NOT A DARN WORD. We wasted all this time when we could have easily met with other contractors. I suppose customer service is a thing of the past. A customer service course should be a requirement in college or starting any new job.

Andrea Schirokauer: We worked with Daniel and Mila from Reico Bethesda and cannot recommend them highly enough. They both did an outstanding job with the design of our new kitchen, completely redoing the space with excellent quality cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process and clearly worked in our best interest both in terms of design/functionality (listening to our feedback to meet our specific needs) and our budget. They took the time to do a thorough job during the design phase (measuring and remeasuring) and delivered a final product that fit in our space like a glove. diane heiman: We hired REICO to remodel our kitchen. Daniel did a superb job redesigning the cabinets to be more useful, helping us find the right appliances and was always a delight to work with! Mila was a terrific help with logistics and choosing colors. The contractors were very careful, on time and especially respectful of our health and safety during this pandemic. We would happily use REICO again. We are really enjoying the beautiful kitchen they crafted!

Jean Gwaltney: I used Reico in Bethesda for two projects--a small kitchen in a condominium I own and a small master bedroom in my own 90 year old house. Both experiences were very positive. The contractors who did the work in both projects did excellent work, showed up on time, cleaned up well at the end of the day, and finished the projects ahead of schedule. There are two people who went above and beyond what I expected. Gilbert, the contractor who did the bathroom, is a perfectionist who made sure every worker did top quality work. Nick Preston, the manager at Reico, is so wonderful. He came to both projects to make sure things were done well and has come twice to the kitchen to fix a hinge issue. He is an asset to the company. I highly recommend the company.

Patrice Feinstein: We did a total bathroom gut and remodel and a partial remodel of another bathroom. I cannot say enough good things. The project went smoothly and finished several weeks sooner than originally promised. The workmen were puntual, tidy, and respectful. They cleaned up every day and protected the rest of the nearby space. The supervisor was in constant contact with me and really oversaw the project and the various tradesmen. Don Parkins: I selected KRB Kitchen & Bath to renovate three bathrooms in my townhouse. Two bathrooms (including the Master Bath) were completely gutted, and the third bathroom was a 3/4 renovation. The designer Burak was excellent with helping me decide how each bathroom would be remodeled. I met with him in KBR's Fairfax showroom and we walked through the design and picked all the finishes and other materials. I had a pretty clear sense of what I wanted and Burak easily guided me in making the right decisions. The job was set to begin right when Virginia was facing closures and restrictions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The KBR crew worked throughout this period ensuring that appropriate safety measures were taken. The project was lead by Omer, who kept me up to date on the status of the project as I had moved out of the house while the work was being done. Omer did a great job of managing all aspects of the project. I was able to move back into the house in three weeks and the project was completely finished after four weeks. This was several weeks ahead of the original contract plan. I highly recommend KBR.

Serena Viswanathan: Happy with KBR’s remodel of my condo kitchen. Designer Fatih suggested nice materials within the budget. The work was substantially completed right on time in 3 weeks. Technicians Luis and Alberto worked hard every day and quickly fixed small things that arose during the project (eg, leaky disposal, reversing a door, and replacing damaged cabinets). My neighbors said that they were considerate and left the common areas very clean. I have stacked laundry in the kitchen, and KBR didn't install it properly, BUT they reimbursed the cost of re-installation by the appliance company. KBR takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Catherine Francoeur: First, let me start by saying that we are extremely pleased with the end result of the kitchen renovation. My designer, Catherine, created a great space to my specifications which was not easy as we were more aware of what we did not like versus what we liked. The project manager, Adem, was professional and kept to the time table. Luis, the head contractor was also very good and his crews were excellent. We were particularly impressed on how tidy they left the work space every day and the quality of their work. Our one small complaint is the lack of communication we experienced. Catherine often promised getting back to us within a day and we did not hear from her for weeks. The progress of the work could have been explained more clearly to us (this was our first renovation ever so did not know what to expect at all): a weekly email would alleviate a lot of the questions we asked. The renovation of a kitchen is no easy project as it is so disruptive to the day-to-day running of a home but we feel that KBR Kitchen accomplished the renovation in a timely manner and we just love how it looks. We highly recommend them.

Stuart Hoyt: We just finished remodeling our two master baths. One was a complete remodel down to the studs, reconfiguring, and rebuilding. The other was more modest where the original footprint remained intact. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, and we worked with KBR Designer Silviya to design a bathroom that we now love. She was more than patient as she guided us through the seemingly endless options including basic design and selection of materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas that we incorporated into our projects. Once we settled on what wanted, Project Manager Huseyin and his crew took over the construction. Like Silviya, the crew was exceptionally talented and completed the project with a minimum of disturbance. Everyone at KBR was very professional, easy to work with, and flexible. Remodeling can be extraordinarily stressful and disruptive, but KBR easily overcame the obstacles and produced wonderful results. We would highly recommend them.

Christine T: We love our KBR-remodeled kitchen! The KBR staff was easy to work with and clearly devoted to excellent communication with clients...which was much appreciated and helped immensely to reduce the stress associated with any remodel. They repeatedly demonstrated that their interest was ensuring a quality remodel, and when unanticipated problems arose (and they always will!) KBR found thoughtful, appropriate, and flexible solutions. The project was kept on time with minimum disruption to the rest of our house. We recommend KBR without hesitation.

Sarah Pelkey: After reading reviews online, we decided to go with KBR to help remodel our guest bathroom. We were in a bit of a time crunch as we have a baby coming in February, so the work had to be taken care of promptly, efficiently and correctly. We also didn't have a whole lot of time to devote to overseeing the project. KBR ended up being just what we were looking for. We reached out to KBR through their website and Cemil (the designer) called us within ten minutes. I figured we were off to a good start! Two days after our phone call Cemil came over for a free estimate. Shortly after that we were in the showroom picking out finishes. We had, of course, given Cemil some direction in terms on what we liked stylistically, and he did a great job narrowing down finishes he thought we'd like. The work started shortly after our showroom visit. Albi, the lead designer, was the individual who completed the majority of the work. I cannot say enough good things about Albi! He was timely, competent, knowledgeable, and respectful. He completed the project on time while paying close attention to detail. On an unrelated note, he was also good with our dog who can be a little skeptical of visitors... Adam was the project manager who oversaw everything from start to finish. If ever I had a question I knew I could e-mail him and he'd get back to me promptly. In fact, a few days after the project was completed, there was an unfortunate incident (our fault, not KBRs) in which a large/heavy candle was dropped in the brand new sink, creating a crack. I reached out to Adam to see what could be done about it, and he was out at our house right away to assess the damage. He was able to schedule one of the technicians right away to come out and fix the problem. If you're looking for a company that will take care of all aspects of a remodel correctly and in a timely manner, we cannot recommend KBR enough.

Stephanie Singer: The project went very smoothly, Adam Sanliturk was a great project manager, and the designer, Gokhan Sim, walked us through everything. The crew showed up consistently and worked quickly and efficiently. The only hiccups in scheduling seemed to be with the island, which I believe was constructed by another company. But everything turned out very well, we're very happy with the result. With the exception of finishing the island, the entire project lasted less than 2 weeks, with minimal inconvenience. Great job!

Jill Burdick-Zupancic: We had a wonderful experience with Eric and the team at BPK. Eric reviewed pictures and measurements of our row home to see how we could make our kitchen space more functional while updating finishes. We quickly learned that we were limited with converting the space we had, but with Eric’s vision, we moved forward with moving the kitchen from a short wall to a long wall on the same floor, resulting in exactly what we wanted and a totally new look – open concept, large island, and functional cabinet space. Eric was patient and detail-oriented during the design process, making sure we went into demo knowing what to expect with the final result. Leading up to demo we decided to use BPK’s suggested construction crew; I’m so happy we did. Luis and his team were wonderful to work with. Everything was by the books (permits, no cutting corners, clear change orders) and while the project did last longer than planned, this was due to delays in appliances and materials and not due to an overfull construction schedule. David Cooper: If you are looking to get your kitchen remodeled, Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel is the company to use! From the initial visit when we described what we had in mind, everyone at Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was incredible. They took a significant amount of time to explain the process, work through the specifics of the design with us, and help us be comfortable with the investment we were making. Marissa was outstanding throughout the design process. Once we settled on the design, we worked with Eric to quickly get the contract signed and they started the work as scheduled. Eric made the contract process easy. The people that came in and did the work were professional and very competent. The workers always cleaned up the house each evening when they were finished for the day. The company also was very quick to come by and supervise the work being done. Any minor changes were quickly handled by the supervisor. When we asked them to change some outlets for us that were not specifically in the contract, they quickly agreed. Jen Brewer: I recommend Bath + Kitchen without any reservation for any bathroom remodeling project. My detailed assessment: Quality: Their work quality is top-notch. The team did an extremely professional job, down to each detail; they recommended material that balanced high quality with the price points I wanted to stay within. The tile-work was especially well-done: I had ordered hand-made tiles that were naturally a bit uneven and thus more difficult to place. Yet they did a fabulous job- it simply looks great. Timeliness: Their timeliness was impressive. While they had to start a week later than originally planned, that was only because one of the fixtures had not yet arrived, and it did not make sense to tear up my old bathroom on the original date planned, then have to wait another week for the part to arrive. I thought that was a considerate and smart decision, and it wasn't their fault that shipping was delayed. Once they got started, they finished ahead of schedule, even coming in some Saturdays to work the project. And they showed up exactly on time every single day-- arriving at exactly 9 am and departing at 6 pm. Very predictable and professional Guidance through Product Choice: This is where Eric Shipe, the design consultant, was particularly helpful! I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Eric helped me visualize a few minor adjustments that made my vision even better, all while honoring and keeping to what I wanted to achieve (for me, opening the space up as much as possible and creating a "modern coastal" look). Value for the Money Spent: Worth every dollar. They are experts and you get what you pay for. Also, there are no hidden or additional costs; they are completely transparent in conversation and in the contract. Overall assessment: Bath + Kitchen was VERY easy to work with from start to finish. Myra Lucero: Reico remodelled my master bath and pantry. Reico only carries Kohler bathroom products. If you want another brand faucet or shower door, you'll have to order it yourself (which will be cheaper). The contractor that Reico engaged for my project was extremely pleasant and accommodating during various delays. I am satisfied with the finished rooms.

Lauren Fox: We have been working with Reico for close to 6 months at this point for what was supposed to be a very straightforward small project to get built ins for our house. Reico designed a cabinet proposal in partnership with my contractor, delivered specifications and drawings which I approved, and then placed the order. I was told the lead time was about 5-6 weeks so did not follow up until 8 weeks when I had still heard nothing. I was understanding given all the delays due to covid, and my cabinets were finally in and delivered ~3 months after placing the order. My contractor came to install the cabinets only to discover Reico had not delivered what they had designed for me. Reico "owned" the mistake that apparently their design system allowed them to design something that the manufacturer couldn't produce, but my only option was to take replacement doors that were not what I had ordered or wanted. The replacement doors and a cabinet top (because the first one had been damaged) were delivered ~4 weeks later - after multiple back and forth with Reico and this time the cabinet top replacement was still wrong. I've now had to reschedule every downstream contractor multiple times and still have a half constructed situation in my living room. Main takeaways: - Reico designed and signed a contract for something they couldn't build - They forced me to take replacement doors rather than refunding any part of the project I paid for - They have had ZERO proactive communication - I have had to call and call and call - they won't put anything in writing at this point, only verbal over the phone - 6 months in and I'm still waiting for basically 4 intact cabinets to be delivered - In all of this management hasn't once reached out to apologize for the issues which makes me think that this is not uncommon. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else!
Response: Upon receiving, our manager Evelyn immediately reached out to apologize and learn more about the experience. Communication is critical in any project. We missed opportunities to do a better job and we are very sorry for the frustration it caused. We appreciate the client’s willingness to speak with us, share her experience and to let us work together on a small resolution to part of project. It does not replace the responsibility we take in this instance. That is not at all what we are about and we are truly sorry for that.

Trudy Hall: After many years of living with a horrible master bathroom I decided it was time for a change. My contractor suggested working with Sheri Brown at REICO. She took very detailed measurements and walked me through several suggestions / ideas to complete the project. Her input was much appreciated. The end project was by far better than expected. Bill also was good at keeping me updated on the order status and coordinated with my contractor for delivery. Now a year later and new condo I'm working with REICO again to refresh my master bathroom in the new place. Susan Powell: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Do not spend your precious time or hard-earned money here! Reico in Springfield failed us from start to finish, and you'll regret it if you even consider visiting them with even your smallest renovation or upgrade project! 1. Our cabinetry order was placed late. Our Reico representative went on vacation without first completing our order, so that set up a massive delay from the start, considering that COVID-related delays were already a significant factor. 2. Pam is a very poor communicator. She would share one estimated delivery date, but then tell us what COULD happen, due to COVID delays. She continually gave mixed messages. Not only that, but she gave us status updates ONLY via e-mail. Some of her updates required actions from us by a certain time, but since we both have careers and obligations to our employers, we missed some of her messages until we accessed our personal e-mails during the evenings. She never just picked up the phone to tell us what we needed to do. She also treated our contractor horribly. 3. We ordered high-end very solid cabinets, but one drawer was damaged. It didn't close properly. Don't get me started on what it took to try to get THAT fixed or replaced! It STILL hasn't been remedied, and it's been MONTHS! I just don't get it! My husband submitted a scathing review of Reico from a survey he received via e-mail, and a Reico company official contacted him directly. He assured my husband that Reico would address our issues, but that has just not happened. No major renovation project goes perfectly smoothly. Stuff happens, but this experience with Reico was just ludicrous!
Response: Both our Springfield manager and our VP of Sales reached out to everyone involved to apologize and provide updates based on the information available. We pride ourselves on communication and keeping our clients informed. While our ability to do that has been severely tested during COVID and the unprecedented disruption to the supply chain and lead times, it still must happen consistently and with everyone involved in the project whether we have new information or not. That was not the case here and we are very sorry for that. Our VP of Sales will communicate and continue to follow up on this until it is completed.

Rob Fisher: I have done business with REICO for many years using them to supply me cabinets and appliances. I have found the attitude throughout the organization to be customer focused and very professional. Their showroom is top notch and the variety of product offerings are well thought out and comprehensive. In summary, they continue to be one of my preferred vendors who I will continue to do business with.

Robert Ryder: We had Reico design and supply cabinets for our new kitchen. We walked into the showroom not really knowing what we wanted, but they worked with us to find our style. Their showroom had lots of ideas and then our designer, Shanae, did a great job of creating a 3D rendering of our new kitchen. This allowed us to really get a good idea of what we were ordering. Initially, Shanae selected very high end cabinets for us, but was happy to change our order to fit our budget to more of a mid-grade cabinet model. The finished product has exceeded our expectations, the kitchen is so much more functional and looks amazing. We will definitely use them again when its time to redo our bathrooms

Christine Matthews: We had our kitchen completely remodeled by REICO and LOVE it. Our general contractor told us that he was really impressed by our kitchen designer who had all the measurements perfect and made it easy for him to do his job. She was wonderful to work with and helped in the daunting selection of cabinet styles and colors and counter-tops - even appliances, like our warming oven which we now use all the time. The project began early and took only 7 days to move me from 1972 to 2022. I never had to worry about who was coming into my house. With each phase I was called the day before and told who would be coming. I knew it was going to be a great experience when the first item off of the truck was the vacuum cleaner. My floors and furniture were protected and the work site was cleaned every day. I had the same team from start to finish. No random subcontractors were used. I highly recommend. Jerilyn Sodee: Love Metropolitan Bath and Tile! They remodeled two of our 50+ year old bathrooms this spring. One was a basic hall bath and the other we expanded a small 3/4 bath into a large master suite bath. Everyone was helpful, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to doing fabulous work! Becky designed a gorgeous bath, Frank and Patrick did all of the tear out and installation from moving plumbing, installing a new bath and shower to perfectly aligned tile work. And Reggie (aka the finisher) prepped everything perfectly! Everyone we worked with was kind, patient, responsive and friendly. We had one incident were someone else came to help with caulking which turned out less than perfect and metro bath and tile sent someone else out the next day to remove and redo the caulking to our satisfaction. Gerry McQuillan: I had a vanity replacement and a couple of faucets changed. Metropolitan Bath did a great job. They came back after the work was done and repaired any nicks to the surrounding walls. I so appreciate that they are willing to do small jobs like mine. Other companies were only available for a complete bathroom remodel. Karen Grotzinger: I took a chance and only contacted this company for a small job in my master bathroom, primarily because they advertise that baths are all they do and no job is too small. Working with them to add on to 35-year old tile in my shower stall and to re-grout the bathroom floor, I was really pleased with the process and the results. My master bathroom looks brand new! The tile installer (Alex) on my job was professional, personable, and collaborative in achieving the desired result with the least disruptive approach. Just as importantly, he arrived on time each day of the three-day job and thoroughly cleaned upon completion. I can highly recommend Metropolitan Bath for any tile work or re-grouting you may need.

Jessica Puhek: I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. I should have read and headed the reviews before I hired them. My mistake and I will never allow them back into my home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Service: Remodeling

Scott Jablonski: This company is the worst! They took over a year to complete my in-laws cabinets. The salesperson promised several things which they did not deliver. Several days pasted with no calls by anyone. Save yourself a headache and stay away! Service: Refurbishment

Eireanne Slagle: Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. I requested this company to come out to my home to look at giving me a quote for a tub to shower conversion. I was told to set aside 90 min. for the consultation. I informed the sales representative as soon as he arrived that I was getting bids and would not be interested in making a decision the same day. He laughed, said he understood but would still try to win my business. The quote he gave me was well over twice as much as everyone else I had received, so I thanked him for his time but made it clear I was not interested. This began the longest stand off I have been apart of. He refused to take no for an answer. Every time I would politely try to end the consultation he would call someone else, spending approximately 20 min on the phone each time, very awkwardly explaining my situation. At one point in time he said she must not have any money as she doesn't want to take this incredible deal. It wasn't that, I just wasn't willing to spend $25,000 on a shower system when I can get a new custom designed shower for less than half that. This went on FOR THREE HOURS. I finally had to threaten to call the police before they would leave. You would think that was it, but oh no! Now begins the harassment from the company. I have been called every single day since this event. I have informed every person I have spoken to that I am not interested in ever working with them on principle even though they have offered to go as low as $15,000 (so $10,000 mark up on the original quote) and yet they continue to call me. Only one person out of the 5 that have called has been a manager calling in response to my complaint. Everyone else just continues to try to sell me on their great product. I had no intention on leaving a review since I will not ever use their service and therefore cannot attest to the quality of their product, but the fact that I was called yet again after begging to be left alone and removed off their list has changed my mind.

Orlando Leal: Jan 2022 - Ordered a Kohler shower All good I am assured by the rep that any issues to contact the rep and it will taken care of Feb 2022 - Coordinator called to arrange Project Mgr visit to review site for potential issues Feb 2022 - Project Mgr arrived and left after 10 minutes. I figured he has done a million of them so piece of cake. I have no idea if that was the case. Mar 2022 - Coordinator called to schedule arrival of materials to our home. All good Mar 2022 - 3 weeks later, they schedule the start of the project. At this time, I tell them that my wife is the point of contact I also ask about who is coming and if they are employees or contractors and what their names are and what time they are coming. Nothing from Project Mgr. Mar. 31st the crew shows up at 8 am and start. The crew are contractors and not employees. They were excellent. Problem: the shower pan the company ordered is the wrong size. They inform the project mgr and are told that one is available in Capital Hts and would arrive on Apr. 1st. The pan arrived but no crew and no communiacation. Mon Apr. 4th - no crew and no communication from Project Mgr until 4 pm. It was to me. It should have been to my wife as I had requested. Project Mgr said crew would come Tue. Tue Apr. 5th - Crew came and said the pan was the wrong size again. It was obviously not verified by the project mgr and he told the crew he would have to order another one and it would take time. I sent an email to everyone from rep, manager, coordinator, and project manager about what has happened and also to remind, again, the project mgt to communicate with my and to let her know estimated delivery date. Apr. 12th - so far, we are in the dark. Apr. 19th - I finally sent the last email that said if I don't hear back from anyone, I want this escalated to a higher level. Apr. 20th - Proj Mgr apologized and said there was miscommunications with the vendor where they ordered the shower pan, but it was estimated to arrive Apr. 25th Apr. 22nd - Shower Pan arrived Apr. 25th - Crew came to install but had to move the drain. Shower glass door crew came in the evening to measure for custom door. May 2nd - Proj Mgr sent me a text to schedule shower glass door install. Do you believe it? After numerous times I have said that point of contact is my wife, he continues to text me. I just want this to end and I said Thursday or Friday (May 5 or 6) works for us. Waiting to hear back from Proj Mgr. May 4th - Just got a notice that my project has been completed and they want their payment within 24 hours. This is another example of communication that has been absent. I don't have a shower glass door installed, but they want to be paid in full. See my May 2nd comment above.

jems stock: The kitchen and bathrooms look amazing (I am very impressed with the tile work). Communication throughout the project was excellent. They were also very helpful in providing design advice. Overall I am very happy with the results.

David Craig: September 2018: Remodel USA completed a full kitchen remodel project for me and they did a wonderful job. Remodel USA installed new cabinets, counter top, light fixtures, electrical outlets, new appliances, sink and garbage disposal, flooring, and painted the walls. I am completely satisfied with their work. I love my new kitchen. February 2019: Remodel USA completed a full basement bathroom remodel project for me. Remodel USA installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. And they painted the walls. I am pleased with the work. It was a 1-week effort. Everything was done on schedule. July 2019: Just like my basement bathroom, Remodel USA completely remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They installed all new materials and fixtures, including tub, tile, flooring, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, lights & wall switches, vent fan, and doors. Walls were painted. It was a 1-week effort. I am pleased with the work.

Black and Green: BAD EXPERIENCE BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN. I hired them to install their cabinets, sink with garbage disposal and my dishwasher, turned into also backsplash and lights as well. It turned out nice because of the options cabinets and backsplash that I chose, with the help of the design guy. I wish he was the project manager (PM). The experience was awful. Project manager was not on sight the first day so when the workers arrived I had to tell them what to do. The second day the worker that could speak English (Memphis) dropped off the worker that couldn't speak English (Alex) who then allowed a guy from off the street into my house to help him load boxes. The man obviously didn't work with them, was looking all around in my house and trying to talk to the clueless Alex, asking if we were selling my car. I (5'0 young women) had to tell the man to leave. Boxes were placed in my living room, leaning on and placed on my furniture. Come to find out some of which were not for my kitchen. I still have someone else's drawer and I can't install it because it doesn't fit. Anyway, when I called the project manager, also named Alex, irate that I had to confront a man to leave my house he explained how busy he was, going from here to there, and given me explanations of why this might have happened and he would arrive at 2. He didn't come that day. I saw the PM Alex 4 times, twice because I asked him to come. When Memphis finally came back he asked if I knew the man that allowed himself into my home. I told him NO! They continued working and left. The next day a representative called me asking how things were going, I told her about the incident and she sounded very unhappy about it and called the project manager Alex. So he called me we talked, I explained how I'm not mad at Hispanic Alex, it wasn't all on him but I was uncomfortable and I wish I could just get a whole new team. Obviously not possible but PM Alex decided that worker Alex shouldn't come back to the house. When Memphis returned Alex was still with him, but waiting in the car. My husband was there and spoke to Memphis and told him we don't have issues with that Alex, it was the responsibility of the project manager to oversee things. So Alex came in and they completed work. There was an issue with my wires being crossed in my stove after Memphis reconnected it which made it spark and almost caused it to catch on fire, but that was fixed by the PM Alex. My biggest issue is that we were promised something that was not followed through with and I felt very uneasy for a few days. I would not recommend this company. They hire Hispanic guys with trucks who are Jack's of all trades, I could have done that myself. PM Alex didn't even know these guys. They did an awesome job on their schpeil about a PM being on site and having different teams for certain things and how they set everything up in a warehouse before delivery. Lies. I love my new kitchen but not worth what I went through or what I am paying.

Matthew Magruder: Dave and the team at All Eco Design Center recently completed a fantastic kitchen remodel for us (included removing walls, new cabinets, island, and floor). At the same time, we also requested additional work to add overhead lights in the living room and replace a bathroom floor, which all turned out great too. The whole team was very helpful during the preliminary and design stages of the project and made sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. During demo work, we greatly appreciated the steps taken to minimize dust and disturbance to the rest of the house (partitions, floor covers, HEPA air filter, and daily cleanup). Work continued consistently from there with every effort made to compete as close to our target deadline as possible. Communication with the team was excellent throughout the process including by phone, text, email, and in person. Response time was quick, they offered great recommendations, and resolved issues to our satisfaction (e.g. backordered items, unexpected changes to design). I also appreciated that the crew would take a little time at the start and end of the day to show what they would be working on, how everything was progressing, and to confirm specific questions. The end product for all three rooms was exactly what we wanted and looks spectacular. Overall, it has been a great experience working with All Eco Design and they are at the top of our list for any future projects! Service: Remodeling

Jill Bernstein: All Eco Design Center recently remodeled our basement, including a half-bath, and our first floor bathroom. Everything turned out exactly the way that we wanted it and we couldn't be more pleased! John Wheatland: All Eco Design Center (AEDC) just completed major renovations in our home in Columbia, MD that included our kitchen, master bathroom, second floor hall bathroom, and the first floor powder room. We are delighted with the results and look forward to enjoying our beautiful home for many years to come. We started working with AEDC after the owner, Dave, came to our house to get a feel for what we wanted to accomplish and to take some measurements. Next we proceeded to work with the design personnel, where our ideas took shape. This process was critical to achieving the wonderful results. The AEDC designer was knowledgeable, flexible, and made many helpful suggestions. The AEDC craftsmen worked in our home continuously until the job was completed. With a project of this size, it is not surprising that there were a few glitches and unexpected events, but AEDC made it easy to collectively resolve them. Our AEDC project manager, Hadi was instrumental in making things run smoothly and correcting issues when they arose. He clearly communicated with us so we knew when things were supposed to happen and when we needed to supply certain items. The craftsmen were highly skilled, professional, very flexible and patient when we decided to make changes to our original design. Now we have an all new modern showroom kitchen, beautiful bathrooms on the second floor, and a wonderful powder room. AEDC installed custom-built cabinets in all four renovated rooms, giving our home a beautifully consistent appearance. And the tile work done on the second floor bathrooms was completed by a master craftsman. We love it all. Kristen Tyagi: We worked with All Eco Design Center to turn our shabby, outdated galley kitchen into a modern and open masterpiece. Our budget was a little tight, and Dave and Kristen (designer) worked with us to design the kitchen of our dreams. Our renovation included knocking down a wall between our kitchen and dining room and relocating our powder room from the back corner of our kitchen to the front of our house. The guys worked diligently, and did a fantastic job of communicating any potential issues (which were bound to arise as our home was built in 1939!) Working with All Eco Design Center was a pleasant experience from the beginning through the end. Dave and his team are honest, trustworthy, and truly operate with their customers' best interests in mind. We are so happy with our dream kitchen and powder room. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, and they were able to not only realize our vision, but improve on it. We will certainly be calling them again for future projects.

Joanne Pascale: I hired AllEco to install a new bathroom and to remodel an existing bathroom. They did a terrific job with both. It took me a long time to make all the selections on fixtures, tiles, etc. and they were very patient. Once the job started they were really good at keeping me posted on plans, schedule and bumps in the road. Their workers were all professional, polite and skilled. Unlike other companies I'd worked with before, the workers I chatted with had been with the company for years and had a certain loyalty that seemed mutual; the company valued the workers and vice versa. This really showed in the quality of the work. I was especially impressed with the craftsmanship of the tile guys. I had decided to integrate a DIY accent tile (using pennies) and they were really accommodating and patient, and worked with me to figure out a way to execute what was just an idea. The results came out better than I ever expected. We did have some issues (fixtures were installed at wrong height) but the company agreed they should have checked this ahead of time, and they fixed the problem without an argument. I'm super happy with the results. They really did such a professional job with all the details - no crooked tile, off-center switch plates, or any of those kinds of short cuts that we often have to just accept. Both bathrooms came out just how I had hoped and I expect never to have to go back and redo anything (for once!). Gary Dupree: VERY happy!! We were very Happy with ECO Design. Living in Singapore and finding a contractor from there was a challenge. We were looking for a company that could meet our timeline and quality to renovate the bathroom that included installation of a walk-in shower. We were told about Home Advisory. After contacting several companies, we decided ECO Design checked all the boxes. Especially our timeline and cost. I met with the consulted from ECO Design who came out to the condo and advised what to expect. Few days later I met the owner David and his team who were very helpful. I met with consultant Jeanne who helped me with the design of the bathroom and selecting the right materials. I met with ECO Design project manager Hadi, and his team. His did an amazing job in converting the old bathroom into a thing of beauty. They completed the work on time with no problems. Everyone knew what they were doing and was professional in every way. We truly want to thank Hadi and his teams who worked on getting the bathroom completed and turning it into amazing bathroom. I recommend them to anyone in the Washington, DC area. We can’t thank ECO Design enough for the amazing work the entire team did. Our friends and family have been very impressed with the work. Thank you again.

Barbara Acosta: I looked everywhere for a contractor who could understand the style I wanted (Mexican kitchen with Talavera tiles and a terra cotta floor). Ligia, the designer, worked closely with me to find the materials and to create a beautiful design that truly shines! Dave, the owner, was involved at every step of the process and made sure to respond immediately as issues arose. After tearing out my old cabinets, they even found a slow leak from the bathroom upstairs and repaired it. Then they discovered a vent pipe in back of one cupboard which meant we had to reorder a new pantry to fit. They took care of it all, finished on time, and it looks gorgeous.

John Hanson: All Eco Design Center just completed a gut renovation of my main bathroom. Everything came out, from floor to ceiling, and everything new went back in. And it is beautiful. It is tempting simply to say: Great work! Completely satisfied! And that’s true. But you need to know that every step of the project went wonderfully smoothly. Dave and John Paul are simply great to work with; excellent communication. From getting a good and competitive estimate for the whole project, to getting a detailed printed design/plan, to acquiring all the needed components/fixtures prior to starting. When the work began, the demolition was quick, complete, and without any mess for us the homeowners. The All Eco teams came, did their work, and left, taking the mess with them. They were neat, fastidious, with no grousing about the hill and climb to get to the rear of the house. When the work of putting in all the new materials started, the crews were timely and efficient, no muss and no fuss. When there were questions, answers were readily gotten and resolved. The basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity went just as planned. But when the final finishes began to be installed, then I was stunned. The quality of the floor and wall tile installation was first-rate, a thing of beauty. The surfaces of the vanity and tub wall were excellent. The painting and caulking, the accessories, all went in easily. The attention to detail in every part of this project was gratifying and reassuring. When you know and can see that you are in good hands, the satisfaction level is incomparable. I can’t wait for my next project with All Eco. Adriana Pavletic: All Eco did a partial remodel of our two bathrooms (replaced vanities, medicine cabinets, lighting fixtures, and painted the walls). We postponed the project for several months as we were initially hesitant to have workers in house during the pandemic. Dave, the owner, assured us that his workers would practice all the necessary precautions, and we are glad that we proceeded with the renovation. The workers were punctual, pleasant, and considerate (always masked, exhausting the dust, and leaving the work area clean). Dave was responsive and flexible (e.g., he was OK with me obtaining the 2 cm quartz countertop from another company as All Eco had only 3 cm quartz at the time). Minor issues and concerns were promptly addressed and resolved. We love our updated bathrooms (including the vanity cabinets which we got from All Eco) and are pleased with the quality of work and price.

Heidi Friedman: All Eco Design Center designed my new kitchen and basement, including laundry/mud room and bathroom. Everyone at All Eco was great to work with from the owner to the design staff, site manager and laborers. They designed beautiful, functional spaces for me and were very responsive to my difficult timeline and design desires. They were completely transparent about costs and options and helped me to understand issues that arose with other contractors. I highly recommend the whole team and would definitely work with them again. I especially like that All Eco is a small, family owned and run business and that they are committed to serving the local community as well as good ecological practices.
