American University: what do users think?

Praveen Sriram: Stayed here in the summer of 2005 for my internship in Washington DC and the experience was absolutely fabulous with the dining halls and the gym being my favorites. No complaints at all and excellent customer service from the residence hall staff. I sometimes wish I studied Accounting at this university than at the one I studied at. Great school and great residence halls. Highly recommend! A+

洪銘勳: I have received my master of law degree (international legal studies) from the Washington College of Law of this school. It’s a very internationalized and excellent university. I really miss it.

Santiago Tovar: My friend is away at a summer camp and given the precarious infrastructure of your so called "university" has no wifi. He is unable to communicate with friends and family. This is outrageous, its unfair. Please fix this ASAP.

Adam Cox: Graduated school here in 2005. Students are very engaged and staff friendly. Great place to study.

Gabrielle Thompson: Jacksfilms is a notable alum, and yet, I do not see his name. Therefore, I will not spend my valuable time or money on this university!

Sarah Ashworth: Loved my years at American!! Great diversity and learning community!

Igor Dorokhine: Priced at the level of Ivy League University but return is not at that level at all. BEWARE!

t Whittington: Great university. Amazing area. Amazing people.

TechCarsAnd EverythingElse: Mediocre University in DC. Georgetown is a better university.

The George Washington University: what do users think?

Quinn Peters: This university is ruled out as a possible location for my children to attend. As long as that fraud of a justice Clarence Thomas has a professorship here, I’ll never give this place a red cent and I’ll pray every day for it’s ultimate failure.

Dominick Withanachchi: Love the way its situated. If you like a university in a big city, this is one of the best.

Garth Hedley: Amazing complex, beautiful buildings and friendly atmosphere.

Steven Zimmerman: an outstanding University for our son to obtain his Masters in Public Health

Anthony Scott: While the food was descent, the service was so so. Once the cashier finally paid attention to us and we were able to order, she was very friendly. But prior to taking our order, she continued to talk to another employee and chat about non work stuff and ignore customers. The sweet potato fries and grasshopper shake were very good.

Taylor Fain: Very disappointed in their response to covid. Forcing students who have children to go back into classes of 150 people. Very irresponsible and not taking safety seriously.

Trinity Washington University: what do users think?

Sharon Winget: The pool and gym are well equipped and clean. Locker room is spacious and clean. Friendly, welcoming place.

Chaturbhuj bhojwani: Excellent Education institute.

ANNA: I am a current student at Trinity Washington University and I definitely don’t feel the same way about this school, as i did a few months ago when I started. The school isn’t the worst but I would not say that you get the feeling of a good college experience. I am currently thinking about transferring to another school. So that I don’t create a long review for others to read I will give a bullet overview of what does on/why i want to leave: - The administration as a whole are not very cooperative, nor do they know how to really help you. Advisors just repeat the same information that you could have found in the Trinity website. - The food is NOT good. I have seen dining hall workers take food from the dining hall and take it over to the deli which is one building away and charge more for it. They give you a better sandwich if your using flex dollars, but they give a basic sandwich if your using your meal plan. - Security is not consistent, they pretty much let anyone on campus and don’t ask the necessary questions before having a car proceed to drop off/pick up or parking. - There are no water fountains in the freshman dorm, which i feel is a health hazard. I feel, if they can get a dollar out of me then they will. It’s either $1.25 - 1.75 for a bottle of water in the freshman building, and Laundry is $1.50 to dry and another $1.50 to dry. My first semester of freshman year it was clear that the dean didn’t like my professor so she would try and get us to say things negating about her, she would observe her teaching more than i’ve ever seen, and before the second semester was to start she quit. Trinity is nice in the brochures, and online, but if you come here you will soon realize unfortunately everything is not as it seems.

Malik Freeman: Beautiful campus just a few miles from DC. A great place to meet, eat and sleep.

Xavier Hodge: I have nothing nice at all to say about this awful school. Well, the professors are good and caring. The school administration is the worst! although I am only a few semesters away from graduating with a 3.8 GPA or better, I absolutely regret going here. I wish I could change my alma mater. I am ashamed of being a "soon to be" graduate from this school. I will NEVER recommend this place to a prospective student. I have NO desire to ever participate in any Trinity related alum activities... If they ever reach out to me, I will do all I can to NOT use profanity when saying "HELL NO!"

Hiwot Tadesse: the worst school i have ever been to. All they care about is the money they get from you. the staff are no help at all. community collage appears to be better. the professors are good but the people in the office are rude and mean and all they do is sit around while they drink coffee and talk about their personal life. for any question i asked the answer i got was "I dont know". i am glad i left when i had the chance.

University of the District of Columbia: what do users think?

Carolyn Taylor: This was a enjoyable experience, the seating was great for Covid safety . I would definitely attend an event here again

Henok D: The most terrible school I have ever been to. Both the main campus and the Community college are the same. A lot of slow, unprofessional, and rude staff who keep yelling at students when they are not even doing their jobs properly. I submitted a certain paper to the Financial Aid office and they told me they lost the paper after weeks that I had to pay about $1700 out of pocket. During the 2020 Pandemic, I tried to contact them as I was having difficulty to waive the Student Insurance that is provided through the school because I already had an insurance coverage; no one answered my call until it was due. And now Miss Gaskon told me that I have to pay about $1300 for the coverage I never needed. Mis Gascon was there in 2018/19 when I had the same issue; she helped me waive it then. I could not go to her office in 2020 be a of Covid restrictions. I tried to solve the issue communicating with them but nothing got better yet. I would not recommend anyone to go the UDC unless one needs a headache. I cannot deny that there are some great Professors such as Prof. Sonnie Abebaku. However, individuals are very helpful to us, it’s overall experience at the university that makes a difference in our academic lives. So far, my overall experience is just TERRIBLE!

angel almonte: One of the best experiences I have had as a student. The professors were extremely helpful in guiding me to obtain an education . The facility is improving and they have an excellent student center. The student body is very a diverse population. The administration staff are as friendly. as you are to them. In other words if you act a fool than expect to be treated as one. 😊

C. M.: Took Spanish classes here for one year. I regret slacking on my Spanish.

Georgetown University: what do users think?

Da-Wang Wu: I have several talented colleagues who graduated from Georgetown University, so I always want to visit this school. The campus is very beautiful, especially with the fall foliage. It’s a nice half-day trip to visit the university, the shopping area (mainly on M Street), the canal and the waterfront park.

Danny L: Must place to visit if you are visiting DC. Lots of things to do around the university. Great place for photography and sightseeing. Plenty of Restaurants around that area. You would love it.

David Gilbank: I fulfilled a lifelong ambition when I came to Georgetown to see where The Exorcist was filmed. I particularly wanted to throw my self down the stairs that featured in the finale. Obviously that could cause terrible damage, so I through a soft toy down instead. See photos. Its a brilliant beautiful neighbourhood. Well worth a visit.

Mj Dillenburg: Great graduation ceremonies! Except for the 95 degree heat and humidity....it was beautiful.

Russ Watts: Excellent university, superb perspective on the political realm, mindful about the Jesuit values.

Enric Piferrer Torres: We stopped for a quick walk around the university buildings, and it was worth it! It reminded me of Harry Potter somehow. Beautiful main building. We parked outside for free in a 2 hour parking (no meter). The neighborhood is beautiful too

Justin Ahearn: So charming and beautiful. Feel like I’m going to get culture of Washington DC and the people that I meet are great

Yesly Turcios: GLEN DOMINA rudest person ever if you are working under a facility and a Student is inquiring on information/assistance you should be able to provide that at your upmost ability but unfortunately that was not the case here..

Danny Hirschfield: I graduated UDC-CC with an AA degree in Liberal Studies Fall Class of 2015 Alumnus. This college really helped me develop my learning skills as I am an older non-traditional student that started as a freshman with very little prior knowledge and discipline in academia. I have transitioned to the UDC flagship campus pursuing my BA degree in Political Science as a pre-law student. This university is the most affordable place to get a good quality education being the only public higher learning institution in Washington, D.C.

Jamilya Allen: Okay So I applied about 3weeks to a month ago and I’ve yet to receive any papers informing me if I was missing any documents or etc. I’ve called at least 5 times a day for about two weeks straight leaving voicemail after voicemail and no one has yet to return my call not only did I call multiple times I have also emailed them multiple and no response. It’s ridiculous what’s the point of having an admissions office if they not even going to pick up the phone, guide you in the process of being admitted or anything else like you guys get paid to do nothing it’s sad.

h T: This University has only good professors! But getting a Bachelor from the UDC will not get you a job!! Their jobs faire is just to get a website from the companies and brochures lol!

Jordan Stewart: The financial aid lady with gray hair and dreads is disrespectful af. Most of the staff here are disorganized and rude. I disenrolled 2 months ago. When I went to disenroll the lady was eating crab legs in front of me. Come to find out she never really disenrolled me, and I had to go back up there today. Smh. I really wanted this to work bc I’m a Dc Resident but I’m enrolling at PGCC.

Gallaudet University: what do users think?

I SLAY ALL DAY TRAVEL The Solo Traveler: I’ve lived near the university all my life and never thought I would be visiting to show students as a school teacher. Yes, I’m a teacher who has been given the task of having a Sign Language Club! So thankful to say I’m from Washington, DC and have access to one of the greatest institutions on the planet for resources!🙏🏿🤷🏿‍♂️🌺🍃

Ashley Marlow: Gallaudet University is a beautiful, outstanding, cultured giant of innovation. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is located on FL avenue in DC. It is 144miles from central va. There is on campus housing, and off campus options. The school has a vast history and a bright future. Absolutely amazing.

Jessica Harper: Awesome visit! My daughter wanted to visit while we were in DC. She took a sign language class and learned about this University. There was a nice museum on campus that we visited as well as the bookstore where she picked up a sweat shirt.

Robert Joshua: A clean shiny and bright option for those who want the best for the least!

Jane Tomczak: It excellent for international deaf students. They are of course deaf friendly. They got high security and police, that make me feel safer. Staff very friendly , must to have permit to park there. Do have visitor park for short term and you must stop by office to ask where to park visitor spot or get permit or you will get cited pretty expensive so be beware. They have dorms for student to sleep and of course have caferina for students to eat. Galladuent are exllecent choices for deaf students. They got good educations. Required use American sign language to commutation at Gallaudet.

Howard University: what do users think?

Madame Dabo: Today I went to drop off my niece who’s continuing her second year of pre-med. the experience was amazing. I love how supportive the staff is. They have smooth transition process during moving in season. They were very well organized and had keys, moving carts, parking permits and guidance everywhere. I noticed that minorities are the majority at Howard. Diversity is embraced and everyone is welcomed and respected. I loved how they have sanitation stations everywhere fondue to Covid-19. The application process is easy and they financial aid staff is very helpful. Howard university os affordable and well known school. The dorms are spacious and private. Kitchen is well organized and the bathroom is huge. Campus was a little crowded because it was moving in day, but it was so organized that by 2pm everyone was situated and the streets were cleaned. I recommend this university.

Elizabeth Bobo: Howard University is in the process of changing, improving and increasing their level of services they offer their community. Good

Evens Dure: Took a snow day with my daughter she had a fantastic time. She enjoyed making improvements to some of the snowman the were constructed. Thank you HU!

Deborah Braxton: DR ELISABETH ALLISON PUT 16 STITCHES IN THE BOTTOM OF MY FOOT. AND I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HER AGAIN TO RENEW MY STITCHES BECAUSE SHE WAS VERY VERY GENTLE AND KIND WITH ME. 0H HOW I THANK GOD THAT HOW UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL HAS PEOPLE LIKE HER ON STAFF ❤️🌷 Deborah Braxton

Harland Abraham: Great institution for higher learning. Homecoming 2019 was fun, except for the score of the game.

Vanessa S: I felt so proud walking on this campus where great African Americans walked!!!

Jasmine Gilder: A lot of the buildings seem to be under construction. Overall, walking through the campus educated me on a few things that I didn’t know before.

KTD Creative: what do users think?

Brittany Barber-Alexander: KTD Creative is a awesome company. Kate and her team are so easy and fun to work with. She takes her time to listen and really learn about your company and provides excellent high quality designs for business logos, and overall rebanding. I have enjoyed each phase of my rebranding working with Kate and look forward to my full relauch coming soon. I highly recommend using KTD Creative for all your design needs.

Ronald Hughes: Pound for pound, KTD Creative is 2nd to none. Their creativity and versatility allows their clients to really bring their visions alive. Personally, KTD allowed me to believe in myself and my personal training business. My logo, the communication, the ability to take my imagination and elevate it! I’m extremely blessed to have met KTD Creations!

vtdanceorg: What a wonderful experience I had working with the team of KTD Creative. My previous website was well overdue for an overhaul and update. I contracted the services of KTD Creative and am extremely pleased with the results. First of all, I was very impressed with the efficiency and attention to details to the job. They understood my deep intention of work and really elevated this intention in the beautiful design. Communication throughout the process was easy and followed the stated timeline. My website is now even more reflective of the current times of the technical capabilities and industry standards. I highly recommend KTD Creative for your web and creative products designs.

Jennifer Lynn McHugh: Working with KTD has proved to be a fantastic decision! Kate and her team are very professional, easy-going, and receptive. We hired KTD Creative for 3 of our companies annual events- very different in clientele and scope, from a lobby day, to legal representatives, to executives, and they are have been amazing through each one with initiative concepts for each. They really listened to what we were looking for and have been timely with all deliveries. It has been a pleasure working with Kate and team- they make it easy and their final product is always first class. Would highly recommend KTD Creative!

Greg Lehne: I wanted to make a catalog of my African Art, but I had never done a publication before. KTD Creative managed the entire project, and it was wonderful. Kate Tallent was very efficient and creative, taking what could have been a mundane booklet of photos of works of art with a caption on each page and making it into an exciting and stunning catalog. She was easy to work with, brilliant in her plan of the design project, and efficiently completed everything at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend KTD Creative!

Stephen Clapp: We were delighted to work with KTD! KTD Creative designed 3 items for our non-profit org: A program logo, a single shopper/key card, and a program postcard. Kate and her team are wonderful to work with. They provided excellent designs and was very open to dialogue so that small adjustments could be made to fit our needs prior to printing. The process was smooth and KTD Creative was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend KTD Creative! Thanks!

Andrea Jacobs: Working with KTD to design and launch the website for our consulting practice Rally Point for Collaborative Change was a great experience. As project director, Kate brought her years of experience and the skills of the KTD team to task of developing the kind of site that best fit our business model. When we had to put the project on hold for a number of months, they were very understanding and supportive. It was truly a collaborative process. KTD listened to our needs and ideas which they incorporated into the design. We definitely recommend KTD for website design.

George Mason University: what do users think?

M Hutchinson: One of the best Colleges in Virginia hands down. The faculty cares about the students experience and they ensure that their needs are met. Top notch education 👌 from internship to the honors college any student will be well prepared for life after college.

The guy who tries new things: Great university. Largest one in VA and among biggest in the country. Great students, staff, and more. Mason offers many academic and financial resources and services for success. I highly recommend for a world-class education in the most diverse area of the state and country.

Johnathan le: The George Mason University is better than I expected going in. Many Norther Virginia High School students don’t really want to go to this school because they think it is not that good and they do not want to stay home. This is a great place to learn especially is you are on a budget. Stay at home and commute, it is a great way to save money while getting a good quality education at a university. This school is great and although there is not much on campus culture, there are many things that make the school amazing. This was not my first choice school, but I am content with the decision I made.

Travers Curry: Attended my granddaughters class graduation. Arena was spacious and easy to access. Also very clean and cool!

Willem Dekker: Very nice experience, good facilities! By the way, this is not a toy but a delivery agent for meals

Angel Cabrera: I love this place. Largest research university in Virginia, one of the most diverse in the nation, youngest school to reach top tier research status in the Carnegie classification, no disparity of outcomes among ethnic or socioeconomic groups, home of first Nobel Prize winners in DC or Virginia, in a perfect location!

Amit Seal Ami: Beautiful campus! The CS department has some awesome Professors, and the food is good. :)

Stratford University: what do users think?

Sultan Al Maawali: Hi everyone! Hope all of you are doing great. In fact, I am one of the expected MBA students planning to join Stratford University very soon as a (full time student). From all what I read so far, it seems to me that the majority of students those have an experience with this academic institution are not happy or satisfied somehow. From my point of view, I strongly believe that if a student (he/she) is planning to join any school, must firstly do some effort to check and ask a little about that specific academic institution whether if it really a good one and fits his needs and ambitions or not. Secondly, try to find and ask the (alumni and staff) who graduated from or worked with this university and their experience in everything (faculty, the heaviness of the academic programs, facilities offered, student services, campuses and any other related information that is important and matters to you). Thirdly, and the most important thing is to check with the university or related authorities and ask about the university if its whether recognized and accredited or currently in the process of accreditation of its academic programs or not accredited at all. Lastly, to be fair with myself and the others I have to check, aske and do more searches about this university and then build a strong healthy infrastructure of information so then I can judge one it fairly. It is been said that “People are the fair reflection mirror to judge on you”! Eventually, I will be very thankful to receive any valuable comments from all those who will read my views and also those who had an experience with this respective university or even new people planning to join as a student or staff. Please remember that your valuable comments and advices will help me a lot to shape my decision and the road map of my both academic future and carrier. Thanks to all of you.

Abdul Samad: Excellent education. Something for all personalities. Will help you grow and also gain well recognized qualifications and also Staff is amazing, great environment for studies and they do ensure that students get best education in their university

paul lennon: Fantastic campus, with great buildings and facilities. The lectures were really insightful. Their support system for students is good and I enjoyed my time here and would recommend the University to others.

awais khan: An excellent international university equipped with professional, well educated, friendly professors and staffs ready to support you in your academic and personal endeavors. I have recommended this school to my family and friends, and I’ll recommend it to you. See you soon.

Linda Vaughan: I just graduated from the International MBA program at Stratford University - Falls Church. I am surprised and shocked that some students are very negative about the university. I am an older student who has enjoyed a 40+ years career in Marketing, Sales, Non-profit Fundraising and as a business owner. So, my expectations were high for the school, professors and curriculum. They challenged me to excel and I met the challenge. The entire school is behind the students. If a student fails, it is because they did not make an effort to succeed. I worked hard and it paid off. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and give you a degree, then you are going to the wrong school. If you wish to learn and excel in your chosen field then you should do well. For all those who complain about Stratford, I have to believe your attitude and approach could be part of your problem. And, for the record, I never experienced racism at any level, from anyone.

Katherine Solange Rivera Torres: The university has a great team at the International Student office. They are willing to help you anytime. Thank you Stratford for all your support.

John Oneill: I really like this school. The staff and Professors are the best. They helped me with all problems that I had going through. Just got associate degree from there in baking and pastry arts and have returned to get my Batchelor degree

University of the Potomac Virginia Campus: what do users think?

Picture Phone: If you just care for a degree and not education come, sadly the majority of the professors of MBA are lazy and don’t teach at all. You have to do plenty of assignments (sometimes even 6per week) reading 3 chapters of the assigned book and almost complete the book in 2 months that are the duration of the courses. You have to purchase online plataforms to self educate you in certain Math related classes. So at the end you get the title related to how hard you work self educating yourself. I wish I knew this before enroll.
