Jacob Wernicke: Our favorite Adidas Outlet in the DMV. Always great selections at great prices and with a 20% discount for military it is hard to beat for quality athletic clothing.

Allen Beard: This store is pathetic. You get a voucher for a release and they "sold it to someone else". Such a joke when the employees tell you there is nothing they can do. There is something you can do, act like an adult and learn some adequate customer service. The manager Taryn was less than helpful and Adidas customer service will be notified.

Nancy Castro: THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! My friends and I walked and no one even cared to greet us and no one seemed to care to even acknowledge us what so ever. The team member that was working that day was leaning all over the cash wrap on his phone and didn't didnt even care that we were there. not once did he take his eyes off his phone to look up and realize that he had customers in the store. I work retail and I observe everything. They need a new staff and they need to make sure they train their staff to at least do the bare minimum and say hello.

Lavonnia Johnson: They carry limited line of adidS clothes but are will to order something if you need it. Also, if you shop online you xan have it shipped to this store.

Yuliya Dmitrieva: BEWARE always check prices online first, I just bought two hoodies at the store for $60 and $55, threw away the tags, then happened to look on Adidas site - exactly same things are $40 and $40 online!!! Manager of the store said it’s company policy and difference in prices online and in store is absolutely normal for them! Never ever heard about that! And it’s not a discounted price, just regular everyday price! Can’t return it unfortunately, but definitely won’t do any busyness in the store. Would give negative stars if possible.

Jeremiah Jones: If I could this store a zero stars I would. Not only did I get misinformation about the release of the yeezy 350 that came out today. The manager tells me that “I don’t know if you really spoke to someone in this store or not” like I live 2 hours with traffic to Tyson’s so there would have been no way I would have even driven myself down there if it wasn’t for the misinformation. Not saying that I won’t go back for releases again but they have to do better with their communication.

Ronnie Blocker: I've been an Adidas fan for years, they make good quality stuff - most of my workout clothes are Adidas name brand. However, over the last few years, the selection at this store has dwindled down to everything Soccer. I had to buy climate control socks from their website instead of buying in the store because they did not stock it. I'm going to give Reebok a shot and check their store out in Georgetown.

Emily Crutcher: Gisela was absolutely awesome with my daughter, she must have tried on 10 plus pairs of shoes (one at a time mind you) and Gisela never got impatient with her at all and brought each pair quickly and efficiently.

anita king: I visited Macy's, one of my favorite stores and I did find some sales.

Darryl Carter Stevens: Quick and friendly service. Excellent selection. They were able to get me exactly what I needed plus give me information on some of the other brands I was interested in. I like the location, accessible to parking and a metro. I'm definitely coming back.

visage03: The Finish Line in Macy's downtown DC doesn't have a full compliment of athletic shoes, but if you just need something quick you can go here. I'd recommend you go to one of the malls or Nike outlet.

Althea Black: Have shopped here. At that time everything was ok. Think the entire clothing chain needs to upgrade to a better quality of material. Even though you buy from this caliber of store after you have used or warn an item it gets those little material knots. Gabardine spandex has always been good. Go back to it

Bri Williams: I always like coming here because the employees are always super friendly. I just wish the selection of women’s items were better. It’s usually just the same basic adidas stuff. Maybe personal preference though.

Fatima Gibson Henley: They had better prices than the NIKE store but that's not what my grandson would like. If I was making a purchase for myself I could of made a few buy's.

CMK: Love it here. Always a great deal to be had. A true "outlet" store unlike some of them other shops at tanger. Just wish they carried more merchandise. It's always such a slim selection of basics.

Brendan Mangus: I love the store but the staff need some training in manners and customer service. I was there today and bought over $200 in merchandise. I was not greeted at the register by the sales associate or the person whom I assume was the manager - in fact they exchanged no dialog with me whatsoever as I waited and paid. In an Era when people can more easily buy online than even step foot in a store, it's critical to do the bare minimum. And a job actually requires you to do things like talk to customers and be cordial. Maybe it's the way I was raised and taught to work many years ago in retail but it doesn't take much to act like you care. I won't be returning to this store.

I can guarantee that I will NEVER purchase from this company again and I will defiantly pass the word on to family and friends.

Hemant Chhetri: I will never visit this store again. I brought a soccer shoes on 01/04/2020 and were it in one match so after match I felt like size is little bigger so I drive 45 min to exchange my shoes on 01/08/2020 and the lady who was helping me with the return said they can’t take it back. I told her I just need to exchange the size coz it’s little bigger but she said you already were them and print on sole is gone. So She refuse to exchange it. This is the worst customer experience that I had in my life

Matthew Willson: People are nice, however inventory is terrible in Large and XL. I do understand it is an outlet store so limited inventory is to be expected but they had nearly nothing in those sizes and walked out with nothing in multiple visits despite liking many of their items.

Bryan Kress: Disappointing stock and subpar atmosphere compared to their primary competitor located just across from them. There were cloths and shoes all over the floor and minimal staff on the floor to help customers.

Rufus Edmonds: Great experience. Love this store. Being greeted was exceptional. Made some great purchases. I would love to see more color, in the men's collection of wearable goods. I recieved great service and was thanked by name.

Jacqueline Bajc: Set up of shoe racks and size organization is unclear. Walk-through between shelves is rather tight so two people don't really fit. Didn't find what I was looking for but the store was spacious with a lot of offers and sales.

PJ: I visited the Adidas outlet at Potomac Mills on 12/4/20. I was excited to see what they had to offer. They had the basic sweatshirts, hoodies, and track pants. They also had two rows of shoes for the men, a little more for the women. Everything in the store was 40% off. Nothing really stood out, and there wasn’t much of a variety. Lots of smalls and extra large men’s sizes, medium and large were hard to find.

Anyway, we need clothes for our up coming 5k and 10k so what better place to come than adidas. Thank y’all for all you do. 5 Star for sure.

Joshua Russell: My son and I wanted to check out this store based on reviews and being a marquee store. It is definitely impressive design and a good vibe going on. The store has 3 floors and is well spaced out so it is not just stuffed full of merchandise. Everyone was very helpful and many staff members were around to help as needed. The one issue I had with the store was that it seemed to lack a good selection of shoes. I would have expected more or even special selections. They had a pretty good selection of clothes including SB brand. Would return to see if the selection is better.

S A: They make people wait out in the cold, winds blowing snow at freezing temps, like we're homeless and not going in there as customers spending hundreds of dollars! And it's not because of COVID restrictions, those are over there are no limits on number of people in stores, these are simply to keep their store neat and because they have no customer service experience whatsoever!! Each time I've tried to go the lines are so long, then you go in and the store is literally empty! They think they are so good and don't want to crowd the store with people, clearly they look down on customers and see us as intrusive or ruin image of the store?!! They literally have guards not letting you in and treating it like we're begging for something! It's awful, unprofessional, and frankly I'm shocked that they are still allowed to do this!! I've had to place large amounts of orders online then return and pick the ones I wanted, because I haven't been able to get into the store since they make us wait outside in freezing, windy cold temperatures! I'm reporting them to corporate office and further soon. These photos are from a cold day but it wasn't even as long of a line as usual days, and inside the store was empty!!! Pretty much any day you try to go in they make people wait outside and it looks like a soup kitchen or homeless shelter line, rather than a Nike store where people (CUSTOMERS) are going in and spending money! The staff at the door, or security, is also extremely rude when we were begging them to let us in since it was sooo cold and our bodies were freezing from the high winds! They act like they are herding sheep or guarding a prison!

Shamsher: I love this Nike outlet and more than the beautiful set up and decor of this place it has to do with the staff. All the staff of Nike Georgetown is just very courteous, amazing and helpful. Two of the associates in men’s section made my experience quick and amazing. I was able to make my purchase and checkout in no time and I was able to get a replacement in a bigger size the very next day in no time. 5 stars.

CHRISTOPHER CHEN: Nike Georgetown is the best looking Nike store I have entered in 2021. I have been in the San Jose, Nashville, Maryland, and two NY stores. The Nike Georgetown store did not disappoint me. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. If I had more time. I would of purchased more gear.

Doo Kim: Store looks awesome but the staff working there was mediocre. I order my shoes online and went to pick up at the store. Parking is a nightmare and the amount of traffic is terrible. Got an email that the shoes were ready to be picked up but they were not ready. Took about 10 minutes to get the shoes. Made sure to check before leaving the store and Glad I checked the shoes before leaving the store. One pair was dirty as if worn previously. Asked for a new pair and took another associate 10 minutes to grab a new pair. Overall customer service was average. Store wasn’t busy but seemed like people just didn’t want to work.

Fredrick Ferguson: This is my absolute favorite store in the area. Yesterday I found a great pair of running shoes for $35. These days that is an extremely fair price for a pair of shoes that I will likely wear almost every day. Over the years this is one outlet that has always catered to military and I really appreciate it. Returns have never been an issue and I can always find more great products the next time I go.

Carla Bates: I always find great prices and something to add to my workout wardrobe at this location.

RJ 5: Went a few months back. And yes, SET YOUR APPOINTMENT! It’s really simple and usually plenty of time slots available. Had one small issue which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 (really 4.5). The issue… a shoe in my size showed in stock on their website. Asked the young lady working for my size, who turned and asked the Asian gentleman working the counter. Miscommunication between those two and I was told it wasn’t in stock. After a little bit of a back and forth match between the gentleman and I, he realized he was incorrect because he thought the shoe was a different color! All in all, he went to the back, found the shoe, found me a hat to match and I even grabbed another pair that I wasn’t expecting to grab for a little discount! So the 1 stars I see here seem to be fundamentals in reading comprehension 😂. I would go back more often but I do hate the parking situation but it’s DC! But I’ll be back!

Letetia Thompson: Horrible Experience! Was visiting from out of town! Which is typically what most people in Georgetown is doing, visiting. A tourist would not be familiar with the "appointment only" policy. I was greeted by an extremely RUDE Asian lady yesterday! I understand policy and procedure, as I am a business owner. However, one does not have to be rude or insensitive to get the point across. I would never patronize this company, nor refer anyone else. Due to the horrible customer service! I am sure you all could care less. But, try being a little nicer to your customer base. Especially people traveling, when you have ZERO customers inside the store!

Raul Jimenez: This store has very poor customer service. They don’t really care about the walk in traffic. I showed up on 4/13/2022 around 4pm. I saw the sign on the front regarding appointments but was not sure if it was accurate. An asian lady opened the door and was very rude, and then and african american guy came out of no where and was also very rude and was trying to shut the door in my face. He told me that they don’t care about turning away customers because “we are meeting our sales any ways, we good” and shut the door. This business has no sympathy for customers. Its okay if you work by appointments but you need to be more kind to customers. Also based on the way you respond to people on these reviews it still shows that you don’t care about customers, you get defensive and don’t make people feel welcome. 1 star for sure.
Response: What part of “Appointment Only”did you not understand? We care about customers who take time to actually make the appointment and follow the procedure. Do not try to argue your way in, and do not question the rule. You are not entitled to anything.

Rihab Chaieb: I didn’t even go in. I was walking around and saw the store and tried to enter, and this employee just opened the door and asked me if I had an appointment (like I had any idea to book an appointment for browsing?!). I said no, she slammed the door to my face while saying “you need appointment”. Well I need to not spend my money in your store, that’s as simple as that.
Response: You simply need to learn how to read before trying to enter. There are 4 signs that indicate that the shop is appointment only. Don't feel so entitled that you can just enter when the door is closed. There are plenty of 5 star reviews from those that actually matter.

Kneisha G: I spent over $100 in lyft costs to travel to major on Monday and Tuesday. Monday the was closed shop and when I emailed the manager they told them I'm in front of the store. They replied back we were open, you just needed to reschedule your appointment. I rescheduled it for the next day, and she didn't want me to touch nor walk around the store. Every time I tried to ask a question, she interrupted and said you can't try on the shoes, you can't try on the shoes! laughed and said do you even want me to come in? I haven't even told you wanted. She didn't say anything, and when I left she said just go online

Dukes: Went during COVID. An appointment is required to enter the venue. I arrived well before my scheduled time and still had to wait 10 -15 min post my appointment time before I could enter. It appears I was delayed entry because they were conducting inventory updates on the retail floor. This cannot be done in the Stock room? I digress. The store will have something for every “sneaker head”. However the staff didn’t seem as knowledgeable about their product. Also you are paying reseller price for certain shoes even if the release is a week after its general retail release. Not cool. I think ordering via Major’s website is a best situation vs going to the store. Visiting the store is more of a bucket list experience. Once you did it you’ll never need to do it again.

Dr. Brian Sevier: Easily the dopest shoe spot in the city. The owners are very friendly.. very knowledgeable and VERY down to earth! They make you feel like family every time you walk in the door!!

Trey B: They handle raffles and in store release days horribly. Do not recommend. Edit (since the business decided to leave a snarky reply): First come first serve is absolutely no issue. However, no ticketing system, no information given to those in line about stock, and ridiculous wait times are not the norm for in person first come first serve releases. All online raffles require an Instagram to enter, such an obvious cheap ploy for marketing when their website could easily handle it. My advice: find a shop that actually cares about their customers instead of snarky Google reviews.
Response: Our releases are first come first serve. It's unfortunate that you could not show up early enough to get in line, but don't blame us. We do care about customers. And that’s why there’s always plenty of customers that shop with us. What we don’t need is entitled shoppers who think they need a guaranteed pair of limited shoes during a pandemic. We serve customers that actually care about shoes. Not resale value.

Megan Snyder: Not only was the customer service terrible but extremely unprofessional. These owners / employees only care about taking your money & not the quality of the shoes they’re selling. Reached out to them about an issue with the yeezys I bought and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. Not to mention the store looks nothing like it does on the website, when you walk in there’s boxes everywhere you can barely walk through. The women helping did know what she was talking about which pushed me to feel more confident in buying from them, but turns out I got two different size yeezys and they are not willing to do anything to help.
Response: Please post receipts or pictures. We do go through appointment calendars so if you really did shop with us, there would be a record with the name.

Sebastian Johannes Ferdinand: The tone in this store is the worst I have experienced in my time in Washington DC. On top of that, you are not allowed to try on the shoes. You are only allowed to look and then buy directly. Unfriendly, poor selection, no opportunity to try on. Well, then I'll just order from another store, ONLINE!

Aaron Contic: Came into this location to purchase a set of irons, found a set of Taylormade M2 irons that I initially thought were correctly priced at $499. I asked the team member working in the golf department that I was interested and ask where the rest of the set was. He replied that the rest of the set was missing. I asked what was the current price with 3 clubs of the 7 iron set missing? His response was “that’s the price, my manger won’t change it for some reason, but you can ask him” So I asked to speak to the manger which He initially said was available. I was then told that the manager currently on duty was conveniently on a conference call and was now unavailable and the answer was “NO” on a new price for the remaining clubs. To start the team member was friendly and helpful. That being said. I’m also a manager in retail and if a customer asked to talk to a manager about a reasonable question. Im not going to have my employee have to tell the customer “NO” That’s terrible customer service and it’s also a bad business practice to try to sell customers a product that’s missing pieces for the same price as if it’s not!

Hi!: Went here about a month ago and my experience wasn't the best result. I was asking an employee if they could help me find my shoe size and instead of her helping me, she decided to scream at me in a aggressive way, I don't recommend talking to the worker to not involve with any problems possible, I'm always coming here in the happiest way possible to get negativity back. I been coming here ever since 2016 my experience back then was wonderful! But a month ago was horrible, I probably won't come back here since I'm a person with anxiety and I don't want any problems to accure while looking for shoes.

Poro Mitoto: Not much of a shoe shopper but I went to this location multiple times in order to receive the freebies they've been giving out the past few weeks. This location is easy to get to and has plenty of space and selection to keep you looking for hours! No one asked if we needed help, and the free gift card I had received did not work at first. But soon enough we were able to get it working!

Tierra Foster: My mom dragged me to this store because they were giving out free Umbrellas with your purchase. We went here on a Thursday and the inside of this store is big, beautiful, and clean. They didn't have the Van's in my son or nephew size, but the check out girl patiently helped my mom and I order their correct size at her register, and had it shipped to the store. When we went back there was a different check out girl, but the process of picking up the shoes was a quick one. We showed her our I.D, then signed on the line and that was it, a less than 5 minute process. I would definitely recommend this store.

Nancy Castro: Im a huge sneaker fan who collects sneakers, and it honestly sucks not being able to ever win a pair of shoes out of this store. This place always has a massive line on release days, so it's impossible touching anything out of there unless you camp out days before the release. I do like the layout of the store tho!

Sydney Leonard: So just when I thought Georgetown would replace the unforgettable moments of SportsZone on the corner of Wisconsin- I was even more surprise to come back and visit Georgetown and see a dedicated sneaker / vintage spot with street wear attire. Atmos ambiance is nicely laid out but the overall experience from being welcomed in to the store and a strong powerfully aroma of marijuana that will hit you as soon as you enter I was totally not expecting. To top it off the service was an even more disturbing and unpleasant experience given that I asked a simple question about the smell in the store being so poignant and received a rude and unwelcoming answer. I would suggest to NEVER EVER spend your money here if the service is like this for all colored people. Can’t speak on behalf of others, but this store does not have the best employee team. The black guy with dreads is extremely nasty and a poor reputation for the store. Hope in the future things will change for them, but if someone ask me terrible store experience & would never recommend.

The atmosphere and decor gives off homely vibes, so you might end up staying a Little longer. Jacob’s ( an employee at Atmos) customer service skills were great. William Rice: Lived in DC for a decade and part of the appeal is the shoe scene. Location is key to coping and this store has blessed me over the years. Staff friendliness in the early years was hit or miss (I mostly got hits with the staff) but over the past few years it’s been pretty damn good. Just today Iris helped me put together a great fit and actually knew the random shoe I wanted to match them with. A staff that will chop it up and actually knows stuff is refreshing. It’s easy to be negative when shoes get botted these days but we need more Brick and Mortar that gives W’s like atmos. I’ll come up for air now

Rick Filippetti: We were greeted immediately and the woman that helped us gave us a quick rundown, of the brand and sizing, and asked if we’d like to try on a pair. Which we picked a color to try in our size and they are much more comfortable than I anticipated. They they do have a cherry blossom signature color for their location, which we were informed every location has. When you buy a pair they let you take free shoestrings home and they have 3 colors based on DC, Georgetown Grey, Mumbo Sauce Orange, and Logan Circle Green. Pretty f’n slick!

They are enforcing social distancing guidelines and after a bit of a wait, we were able to get in the store to try on the shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful and they made good suggestions on the different shoe styles. Buy was super easy and they even ship the shoe over to you if your size is not available in the store. Great fans of the brand and shoes!

Always great service and I have had success with the shoes they fit for me despite having really hard feet due to a significant injury years ago. And then, I tried RnJ in Bethesda because I was there for another errand and desperately needed shoes. The guy there got my shoes but didn't help with the fitting and assured me, against my better judgement, that the selection of shoes fit. They were a terrible fit. And customer service was awful. I returned to Fleet Feet and they were - once again - great. Customer Service is always knowledgeable and attentive. Never pushy. Always a great fit.

Sarah Luna: Highly recommend! It was busy when I walked in, but someone had greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I asked immediately asked if I needed help and someone offered to go through a fitting with me. It was a great experience, they asked me about my past and current running experience, measured my feet, and even looked at the way I walked and noticed that I overpronate. They were very knowledgable and told me the benefits and cons of each shoe. Although they did not have a treadmill, they said I was more than welcome to take them outside and run around to test them. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and never rushed me. When checking out, they made a customer profile for me so they know what shoes I bought I will definitely be coming back.

A.N. Breuer: Great shop. I needed comfortable and versatile trainers. They really take a lot of time to listen to your questions and to look for suitable shoes. The variety of colors is very limited, but I still rate this with 5 stars just because I never got such a competent advice. I don't know if this is normal in the US, but in Germany (where I come from) it's more like they want to get rid of you as fast as possible. The man who gave advice to me had more useful tips than an orthopedist I had visited.

Trina Tento: I had just moved to DC and needed a new pair of running shoes. I decided to check out this store and boy was I glad I did! As soon as I walked into the store I was immediately welcomed by the sales associate Will. He told me about the fitting process they provide where they check to see how my feet hold me up. Will was very communicative and told me that I pronate a bit and need shoes with something called a medial post. I have had many foot problems in the past and needed something with lots of cushion. He then brought out a variety of shoe options for me to try and we went through the benefits and cons for each shoe for my feet. He really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew how each pair of shoes worked with my feet. I didn't feel pressured to get a pair of shoes and I was able to find one I really liked. I have never went to a running store where the staff was so knowledgable about feet and shoes. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair. Thank you fleet feet!

Tameshia Henry: On 6-25-2020 I went into Fleet Feet to return a pair of sneakers that I’d purchased along with two sets of insoles. When I came into the store three people greeted me and began simultaneously asking me questions about the sneakers. The woman, Kimberly, asked me if I had the receipt to which I responded “yes”. She asked me if I had the original box to which I responded that I did not. She then threw the shoes down on the floor and walked over to the register huffing and puffing and did not say another word to me. A gentleman walked from behind the register to help me find a different pair of sneakers. As I was trying in different pairs a white woman came into the store with a return. Kimberly asked her if she had a receipt, the woman handed her the receipt, Kimberly smiled and completed the transaction. I made the comment to the gentleman that Kim seemed much less hostile with the white woman doing her return than she was with me. The gentleman responded that Kim wasn’t being hostile, that she was just trying to get information. I said “it felt hostile when she threw the shoes down on the floor”. The gentleman responded that they were just trying to get info. It is sad that as a woman of color I not only have to endure micro-aggressions from white people but to experience it from another woman of color is a complete shame. Needless to say, I will never patron this store again. I regret making my initial purchase. I hope that management will speak to Kimberly about treating ALL of her costumers with respect. I hope that if she is management, she will consider taking some time away to reflect on her behavior and make positive changes moving forward.

Sam Pence: This team is the best! I've been to almost every running shop in D.C. and the guys here are more knowledgable and passionate about the sport than any other place I've visited. If you've been looking for the perfect shoe, they won't rest until you've found it.

Anne-Marie Mills: Good selection of running shoes, but the sales staff is terrible. I came in to get a fitting for new sneakers, and the sales staff was very uninterested in helping me and were extremely condescending. I ended up leaving and going to Pacer's on 14th where the service is much better.
